Best hotel on the island Maafushi. I like the front staff and waiters for their hospitality. The hotel has a private beach and beach side restaurant. Food spread in buffet breakfast and buffet dinner is good. Great views from the sea facing rooms.

This restaurant will only ask me if I want to take part in the snorkeling trip and none of the others care. Dinner Buffet Open for everyone to pay to participate, so the dinner time Hall crowded to death! Rooms are small, access to the bathroom is easy to kick to the door! Asked a thing, the hotel staff will only frown ⋯ silly! But the accommodation is clean.

The passengers rushed overboard to see the very vague suggestion with its flower 85 beauty watch 5-10 minute whale shark not as much as spend some deep dive see maybe more people think it's not worth it. 12 Beautiful.

Services are superb! Staff really friendly, the room very clean. Easy to communicate. Overall, I really love the services of the staff. Love them.

One of the finest hotels in Maafushi! Rooms are really spacious and cozy. This is hotel is right in front of Maafushi beach so you can bask in sun in day and I night you can enjoy candlelight dinner with live music (on selected days). You can enjoy excursions arranged by hotel. Narain.

Super friendly and caring staff. A kids friendly hotel with lots of kids facilities like bikes and pools table. Food from the restaurant is awesome! The only access to the bikini beach by the hotel guests is a big plus. The upcoming new and upgraded Arena Beach Hotel will make it even more attractive to stay.

One of the most professional hotel in the Maldives. They are awarded the best Hotel of 2017. It is such a beautiful stay with my friends.

Lovely and cost stay with great view of the ocean. Rooms are clean and spacious. Rooms are provided with balconies which gives Arial view of the ocean. Front desk officers are friendly and they provide water activities too. Food options are decent. The island is well connected with male.

I stayed with my husband in this hotel 10 g… I want to say that in the island seems bigger, more popular, however, there are waiters asleep, at lunch, we waited for (not only us) ordone more than 1 hour! in addition, there are work-in-progress to the side, noise from the 7-8 in the morning until the night. It was impossible to stay even on the beach. At the reception are not so careful. Breakfast poor, little ftutta. And it is not good. Dinner discreet. Depends on the day. There was no one.

Very good hotel, very friendly staff and have a variety of testy and amazing food. I would like to thank Ethel and shafeque for thier friendly and professional guest services. I recommend this hotel for a nice vacation. We accommodate at Arena hotel on the end of July 2016 and we are planning to visit it again soon. Thank you.

I did not live there, however I was lucky to try their special dinner which is offered for everyone for $15 only. You can eat as much as you can (salad, soup, main course, desserts and fresh fruits). Beverages should be paid separately.

I learned about Arena hotels from Coral Holidays, and I’m so glad my best friend and I booked our stay here. Even for solo travelers, I would highly recommend this hotel as the staffs won’t allow you to feel lonely at all. From the front desk, waiters/cooks to their excursion staffs — they gave their best service salute to the staff named Nish! — thanks for everything!

The Best hotel in maafushi, Staff is super cool, Very trust worthy, Helps u a lot. Just loved the place and the view from room. The best part was the surprise cake in our room. Thankuu sooo much people for your love and care. I dont remember evryone but I can thank few like nish, gaurav, mippuuu the best dj :)

Rooms are nice and clean, properly cleaned every day. Staff is very friendly. The food is OK, but not that great. It lacks versatility and quality. The power from the sockets is unstable — it made my Macbook Air power supply stop charging and my phone would sometimes stop charging in the middle of the charging cycle.

Clean facilities, reasonable price. Staff were friendly. It provided services for excursion. And the hotel has its own beach.

Great place to live in Maldives on a budget. Views of the beach in front of hotel are great. Try to get the Sea View room in the top floor to get the best view and experience. On top of it, hotel staff is exceptionally great and helping. Have never seen such welcoming and hospitable hotel staff in my other international trips.

Food is expensive and isn't tasty. Find other hotels to eat at like Crystal sands. Staff are friendly but they need to work in cleanliness.

Best hotel on Maafushi! The hotel has an amazing staff and is situated on the best beach from Maafushi, you have bikini beach (the only beach on Maafushi where you can wear just the swimsuit) exactly in front of the hotel. The food is very very tasteful at a very fair price (12$ per person buffet dinner). Their excursions are amazing and cheap (50$ for 2 adults) for a half day excursion: we saw dophins on the way, we swam with 2 turtles, we visited great snorkeling spots and had also lunch included. Definitely you cannot find a better place on Maafushi than this hotel! Congrats to the management of it! All the best!, And Special tanks to Musa for arranging everything smoothly. For sure we will come back in this hotel.

Way to expensive for what they offer/what you get! Positive things first: + Kind and helpful staff. + The rooms are clean. + Food is good. Negative: The hotel itself is build in a very cheap way. The building itself will start fall apart in just a few years I guess. Here why I think so: — Noise: We had a room in the first floor. We could hear EVERYTHING! Neighbour rooms, restaurant, lobby. There seems to be no noise isolation at all… — Floor: It's made of linoleum and isn't even at all. — Ventilation: During our stay offered a BBQ dinner. The whole hotel smelled/was stinking like meat and most of all like smoke. We had to bring our clothes to the laundry. — The hotel is massive overcrowded (mass tourism place). Conclusion: After what we read in all the contributions and what we payed for our stay (110$ per night), we expected a lot. We were really disappointed after our arrival. We wouldn't go there again, even left one day before we planned. I'd like to mention again, that it wasn't the fault of the staff, they were really nice. Recommendation: We visited also the other hotels on Maafushi. If we ever go there again, we would choose the Chrystal Sands. They have also very kind staff, but the hotel is build in a much better quality way and it's not so overcrowded. If you're searching for a bikini Beach: just walk to the beach at Arena Hotel and enjoy the sun, nobody cares if some outside the hotel is sunbathing there.

Food food food! They have the best food in town. Excellent steak, mashed potatoes, set meals, BBQ dinner buffet… We stayed in Maafushi a week, we tried many restaurants but Arena Beach hotel-restaurant had the best food. Price was very reasonable compare to the quality of food.

Me and my wife stayed at arena beach hotel at Maafushi for 2 nights. The room was clean and the view from the room was really nice. However there was not enough lights outside our room. Going down to the lobby by stairs without lights was a problem. The staff were polite and helpful. They went the extra mile by providing free dinner for iftar since we were fasting. Their buffet dinner had a good variety.

We were my wife and I twelve nights in November 2015 and it was wonderful the service the hospitality the food and the location all excellent hope to return in 2016 insurance congratulations to all the staff at the Sand Beach.

I love this place. Near the beach, complete service, very friendly staff, balcony with wonderful view. Great place to stay!

Nice people. Good rooms. Bit 70ies style. Hotel surrounded by 3 large constructions. They seem not to bother to keep their beach clean.

For two weeks I visited three Islands, three hotels. This was the most comfortable and cozy. Very good managers. I especially want to mention the restaurant. Here cook very tasty. Would recommend this hotel.

Had dinner/BBQ at this hotel/restaurant. Delicious soup. Freshly prepared pasta sauce, good chili chicken and veggie tempura. For just 10$, a great outdoor ambience amongst the lit trees — recommended.
