The room was so nice with comfortable bed, bath tub, and the washroom are very unique. Best choice for couples 🥰 I really love it 😍 and the service also very good.

Overall the place is quite good and cozy and private. Even though the location is quite remote from town.
The room and toilet was okey clean.

I stayed at this hotel twice in two years because my kids had yearly event at Aeon Falim. And I'm sure I will book this hotel every year for the event. The room is nice with modern bathroom.

The owner allowed us to extend our checkout time for an hour which is greatly appreciated.

Newly refurbished hotel. We stayed at the family suite. It is spacious, very clean and nice. Staffs are friendly. Parking space is a bit tricky and quite dark at night.

I slept well… It's very comfortable to stay there…

Hotel is simple, clean and nice. The shower is good. But, while we were staying the island had problem with water and it was hard.
But the main problem was with breakfast.

Room was spacious and clean 👌. Easy excess to main road. Restaurant looks great. Swimming pool need to be maintained as lot of pigeons surrounding so need some action taken.

Ipoh Concept Services is a very basic service apartment that is linked to the Ritz Garden Hotel in Ipoh.

It's a nice and comfortable place to stay in. Very near to town. The place is clean and friendly staffs.

Great homestay to relax. Great view. But no any attraction place near by.

Security is good. Room was clean but under 1 aircon floor was oily a little bit. Beds were comfortable and overall was a good vacation place.

Rooms are basic one but clean, provided with towel and shower gel. Beds are okay too. Toilet attached to every rooms with exhaust fan. Common area comes with sofa, table and fridge.

Very welcoming host with a clean room. Very close to the jetty and lots of tasty non halal food. Everything is within walking distance.

For me… it is a five star hotel.

Very nice room suite, Bedding is good for a 3 star hotel, staff were very friendly and attentive.

Stayed here twice, my first stay was lovely and had a real nice hostess. The second was just okay except I had to go to the lobby at 4 am and wake up the attendant to tell him to shut his alarm off.

Location is at the centre of Sitiawan, nearby with foodcourt, bakery and even some shops for food. Rows of groceries as well.
Hotel Service were OK, snacks were sold at lobby.

The hotel is situated close to the centre of Sitiawan and therefore most amenities are within walking distance. The rooms rates are very affordable and the rooms are very clean.

The best location, service, and room for great price. Highly recommended.

Self service hotel, after payment, sent payment slip to the staff thru wassap. And then u will get passcode for 3 door. Very easy. The room was good. Suit the price.
