A very good tall building hotel where wider range of scenery could be seen while having my lunch at level 20 cafe.

Makan malam kat tingkat 20. Makanan buffet yg disediakan Sangat ok. Staff yang mesra, view yang sangat menarik, harga sangat2 berpatutan dengan servis yang superb.

Went there for a buffet. It is alot cheaper than other luxury hotel, the food range is okay but not up to expectations. Lovely scenery.

20th floor Coffeehouse is the place for a relaxing and enjoyable Sunday Hi-tea. Delicious food and good service from the staff. My favourite is the mutton stew which taste so original. Compliments to the chef.

Nice hotel… comfortable with good and strategic location in town. Nearby to toll exit and amenities such as gas station, McD and convenient shops…

They dont do clean up when im away. Im a bit frustrating since I was tired, went back to room late but my room is not clean and tidy. When ask the staff they said they only change towel and take the rubbish. After few conversation then they do the clean. Since I bring baby and todler with me, I feel uncomfortable for this situation. This will be my first and last check in here. They ruin my birthday because of this problem. I suggest they should check which room need to be clean.

We organized a dinner event here. The cooperation was fabulous. Ms Syahirah really did a great job providing us wonderful services. We also booked a room to stay and the room was spacious and the room came with welcome drinks and icecream. Food also fabulous. We love and cherish the experiences here. Thank you MH!

Attended a wedding banquet at The Grand Ballroom. The Chinese banquet food was delectable and venue was presentable, easily fit 50 tables with room to spare.

Nice place to chill. Its open air and located on the 7th floor. There is live band, food and plenty of beers and drinks. Nice view of the surrounding area although its only 7th floor up.

The rooms are big and the bathroom is ok, room service is ok too, for me overroll I am satisfied.

Reasonable price. Big room and big bathroom. Should improve housekeeping profesional. The dest and the hidden corner full of dust.

It was ok. Consider clean. Toilet amenities available except toothbrush and toothpaste. There's a Chinese restaurant located at the lobby area. Foods are quite decent. If you want to grab a quick bite, McDonald's is just few steps away.

The environment here is quite good. It's about 5 minutes to get to the mall. There are also many shops nearby. There are also arranged wedding dinners. The food is pretty good, too.

The first sight of this hotel is very good, but later when I saw the room, it is extremely dirty. There were the hairs and dust, and some piece of crackers remain on the floor. The hairs is also on the bed, looks like they didnt change the bed sheet from previous roomer. The staffs then cleaned the room after we complained it but very roughly. They cleaned by changing the cover sheet by lying on the floor which is already dirty. They used vacuum clean the mess in only some area, the corners, and nooks were ignored. I try to complain this as many places as possible so that others wont experience something like me.

Room is clean but not spacious. Rate is at high side. Breakfast selections is consider good.

Room was nice and large for our stay with 2 people but there were barely any lights in the room. There were also noises (running water? ) that could be heard throughout our stay. Luckily we were both dead tired to let it affect our sleep too much.

Hotel room is super comfortable, clean and good foods. Recommended!

RM258/day is very expensive for this kind of 2 hotel. -No swimming pool, -very basic room -poor housekeeping -no covered car park for guest -fixed shower head, no handheld shower head available, not a baby friendly shower room. Varieties of many for bfast and taste good.

Not a bad hotel. The seminar room is ok. The Wi-Fi is good. The food although not many tasted good.

The hotel is clean, has good enough service… the breakfast menu offers a variety of items, which are very nice n they hv ample parking space.

A comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price but the buffet breakfast need to improve.

My preferred hotel to stay in Ipoh, despite the above average price. The place is clean and even have exclusive rooms for ladies. The best part would be the sky lounge. It's really windy up there and has a good view of the area surrounding it. Nearby has plenty of eateries too.

"MH hotel is a very hotel, the rooms are up to date n comforable. The best thing that everyone should come to this hotel is because of the sky lounge. The view is great is great from up thr n it is a great place to also hang out wit friends or family for a long chat while enjoying the drinks n food. The staffs at this hotel is kind n very polite ".

Bad experience with the house keeping. Their charge super expensive for local call. 2 dollars per 60 seconds. Phew.

Their rates are quite expensive compared to the other hotels. The great side is; it is one of the most beautiful hotel grand ballrooms in Perak and they have an open-aired Sky Lounge. The worse part is they do not even have a swimming pool with around RM250 and above per room/night charges.

Bad hotel, expensive, very simple and no reason to stay here unless u can't find a place to sleep in whole ipoh.
