I had a great stay at Golden Roof Hotel Falim. The room was clean and the service was excellent. Most importantly, the price was very affordable.

Got a room for overnight stay.
Spacious room for 2 single beds.
Clean and pillow has no weird smell.
Though the room is without window, but we were totally fine with it.
Hair dryer is provided.

Booked this place through a property agent which managed the place through Airbnb. The place was simple, modern and value for money.

Arrived and was helped with the self check in process. Took a few minutes to get key card but after that everything was smooth. Room was clean and had free water in lobby area.

Great hotel and an even better host. Location is also very good and ways to get to everything you require.

Small private rooms, shared bathroom, inexpensive — walk in rate 25 RM/night. Wifi works well, luggage storage available at the reception after checkout.

Value for money although the room is small. However location is the best — 10 mins walk from Ipoh Railway Station and about 15 mins walk to the Concubine Lane tourist hotspot.

Rooms looked nice but the heater didn't work at all. Complained to housekeeping n front desk. We stayed 3 days n complained 2 times every day.

Very clean and owner is very friendly. Reply very prompt and will meet u in person when check in. Any questions ask will reply immediately. So far best homestay I can find!

I had a decent experience during my short stay at this hotel. The newly renovated unit was well kept and there was a restaurant nearby with great food. Parking was also easily accessible.

Not sure why there are some negative reviews — my personal experience was great. The room was very clean and this hotel is in the city center. I'll definitely come back next time.

OK, if Warisan in Malay is heritage this hotel is absolutely not that. It is a very new, very modern, functional hotel with all that you need.

Room is clean and neat (thanks to housekeeping team), staffs are helpful and cheerful. (Thanks to front office team). Food is less variety but taste good. (Good job chef. Met chef at the cafe).

Had a pleasant stay at Vikri Beach Resort. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, making it very convenient for relaxing and enjoying the sea view.

In my experience, this place has the most relaxing and shady place to chill, the food is literally good home cooked food! The best fish curry and chicken rendang!

Is a good place for short stay, room is clean and we'll maintain.
Easy to find foods & drinks and shopping malls.
Most important is a kind and responsive person that will assist you during the stay.

Can park my motor bike inside the compound big enoigh, very clean, aircon cold & Quiet, room c got its own toilet & very clean highly recommended.

The room is spacious and clean but totally not soundproof.
Service is good. Location wise depends on individual to rate. The price is super affordable and worth it.

Breakfast and staff was very good. Hopefully the management improves the cleaning of toilets. I found a cigarette butt on its sink.

I give 5 stars for a budget & short staycation (rm250 for 2 nights). We checked in the standard room which is on the 4th floor. There is a lift just next to the reception.

This hotel is located near the city center, driving to any attractions within 15 minutes only.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Towels provided from the reception.

Very sorry, I just pass by on my way to Lux Hotel. It's a bouquet hotel without parking space but road side.

— Shower heater and ventilation fan works.
— Bidet flow is nice.
