Your staff at the train & carousel ride are not friendly, some of them did not smile at all! What Christmas spirit was that? They should at least greets the kids & not making long face through the train ride, the driver even give a dead look at the pedastrian who was blocking his way. Please educate your staff to be more cheerful in attending to the customers. Looks like they hate their job. Im a frontliner service myself & I keep on smilling to my customer even if I had a bad day.

Terrible management who are constantly at war with the residents in the complex. They have no respect for the residents. The noise pollution from tenants or events is pointless and can be so very easily managed for all, but why in the world would they do that?

This place has always been a cool place for me to hang out with my family or friends because of the cool ambiance by the sea, walking along the water front looking out at the sail boats enjoying the warm breeze after having a good meal at the many selections of restaurants and bars and ending the evening with a perfect cup of brew at my favourite coffee place ☕️ Love the refreshing and rejuvenating environment. The best thing for me also is, I can find everything that I need all in one place too. Good hair saloon, pedi mani, amazing thai massage, a good facial/spa which are the best of the best in town that I can find. My favourite place indeed.

I was there 3 years back for the new year eve celebration. It was well arranged, good vibes, excellent dinners, perfect view for fore works.

I was at SQ attending wedding. The surau? It is super far from the function hall, aircond was not turned on and the space provided is even more challenging too! Not a muslim friendly place. I wont recommend muslims to organize an eveny there.

Was a pretty good stay but the bath tub was clogged bed was fine and the room had lots of space. Kitchen was ok and the balcony was fine but the pool was ok, not to deep amd not to shallow. But the pool temperature was a little bit cold.

I would like to thank your security team located at the front entrance today. I was with friends for lunch there. I am using a wheelchair since I partially disabled. Your security guard at the entrance assist in allowing my friend to park somewhere near the entrance so that it would be easier for me to get to the car. Thanks again for being very considerate.

The sound system was the worst I've heard for a talent competition… omg… No money to hire better sound system?

It's a really cool mall, it's just very big with very little people.

First time come (at marina side) for first look like at overseas. Anyway this very class. Feel relax by taking side walk near marina and enjoy view with many luxury boat at seashore.

Disgusting dirty room. MALE BODLY FLUIDS on the headrest! Hair in the fridge, in the bed sheet and around the room galore complimentary from other guests. Only one sheet covering mattress. Windows, mirrors, walls dirty, fridge kitchen are very dirty. Furniture disintegrating literally! Had to wash the sheets to be able to use and wipe furniture myself (all other hotels full! ). Wasted lots of time in Penang! When arrived as there is no lobby it was difficult to find the key while searching for it in a mall carrying luggage. Good thing I bought a sim card at the airport. Complained but no reply! Will NEVER be Back! I'd give zero stars if I could! The suites are falsely advertised as 4 star.

Very nice place. Nice ocean view, gym, pool, near coffee shop, grocery store. I would stay here if I visit Penang again.

Dirty Dirty Room! Other guests hairs in the bed. Only one bed sheet covering the mattress and a duvet. No lobby but hard to get a hold of the key as nobody knows what's going on while wondering through the mall with luggage trying to find answers. Will NEVER be back!

I loved it here. The pool is nice. Facilities is five stars. Sam groceria is just downstairs making it so much easier for grocery shopping as we have one toddler with us. Will definitely come back.

It was quite a fun night and had the opportunity to info my young grandkids about their heritage… and culture. Coming from a nyonya n baba background so they are now little nyonyas and little babas and were quite tickled when I told them that the dancers are nyonya and baba.
The event was quite organised and all in all it was truly a great event.
Thank you to all the organisers.

Had a satisfying meal at Blue Reef and loved the menu. The security and information staff were also very helpful in addressing enquiries. Beautiful retail marina worth dropping by again.
