Nice place to walk around, but need some upkeep as some irresponsible people left behind their rubbish and lack of maintenance and rubbish bin.

Nice view and relax place in penang, great place to see yatch by sea and with the beautiful modern traditional architecture with positive vibe by the sea.

The long stretch of road from main road leading up to Tesco deep inside residential area is an excellent jogging track.

Nice place for exercise, good view seaside and sunrise.

Your staff at the train & carousel ride are not friendly, some of them did not smile at all! What Christmas spirit was that? They should at least greets the kids & not making long face through the train ride, the driver even give a dead look at the pedastrian who was blocking his way. Please educate your staff to be more cheerful in attending to the customers. Looks like they hate their job. Im a frontliner service myself & I keep on smilling to my customer even if I had a bad day.

Terrible management who are constantly at war with the residents in the complex. They have no respect for the residents. The noise pollution from tenants or events is pointless and can be so very easily managed for all, but why in the world would they do that?

This place has always been a cool place for me to hang out with my family or friends because of the cool ambiance by the sea, walking along the water front looking out at the sail boats enjoying the warm breeze after having a good meal at the many selections of restaurants and bars and ending the evening with a perfect cup of brew at my favourite coffee place ☕️ Love the refreshing and rejuvenating environment. The best thing for me also is, I can find everything that I need all in one place too. Good hair saloon, pedi mani, amazing thai massage, a good facial/spa which are the best of the best in town that I can find. My favourite place indeed.

I was there 3 years back for the new year eve celebration. It was well arranged, good vibes, excellent dinners, perfect view for fore works.

Good if you are staying above it. But not much restaurants or shop compare to gurney plaza. But a nice stroll along the back path where Yachts are docked.

Laid back, relaxing and different from most malls. There are couple restaurant bars which I find it the perfect spot for a Saturday night. Love the atmosphere. It is perfect for a stroll during morning or night.

A nice modern mall to shop, breakfast, lunch or dine with family and friends. Or relax with a cuppa at Starbucks and The Coffee Bean. Or simply to check out the beautiful waterfront and marina behind the mall and various eateries. The Mall owners should promote it even more to attract more customers.

Dear Straits Quay management office,
I would like to thank your security team located at the front entrance today. I was with friends for lunch there. I am using a wheelchair since I partially disabled. Your security guard at the entrance assist in allowing my friend to park somewhere near the entrance so that it would be easier for me to get to the car. Thanks again for being very considerate.

A good place to visit if you want to enjoy nice sea view in. The evening. Many western food restaurants and bars available. Parking is convenient too.

A very nice place to visit. Pretty good, clean, nice to walk around. But, things a bit expensive because it is a high end place. Many places to eat and worth mentioning the bathroom is very clean. I think the parking fees are the cheapest in Penang.

The sound system was the worst I've heard for a talent competition… omg… No money to hire better sound system?

Again another good massage, this is my second massage in five days, at the Thai Odyssey. Going for my third. Why? Because the masseuse knows where all the knots are and does her best to ease the tightness. Fyi I work in front of the PC daily hence the poor posture and tight muscles. The marina is great with activities and restaurants. Love the fact you can walk your dog there. And the dog owners I met there were good too, cleaning up after their pooches.

Straits Quay mall is small and big as the same time. Is just 2 floors of shop. Above that is luxury residential. But the area is huge as is also the luxury marina harbor of Penang. Is a lot of restaurants. The mall is very quiet, I mean not busy, out of week-ends and some celebration and happening. Out of an handle (a dozen) of flagship, most of the shops doesn't survive over a couple of years.

Bike cycling is definitely a number one recommendation. Bike cycling along the quay and pass by the apartment, you'll be able to reach the temple just next to the beach. Awesome scenery and great leisure. Quay mall doesn't have much outlets but there are a few food options. Mostly western cuisine. Bar and bistro is very popular. Many yatchs and cruise to observe. If you're lucky, you might get to meet one of the owners drifting way to the sea.

Straits Quay Marina Mall is a beautiful and scenic place by the seaside. There are some nice and good Eateries and restaurants for their tasty and delicious food. Not much Shopping as there are few. Boutiques for clothes and accessories and shoes like Converse and Adidas. But there is a nice Supermarket for your groceries nearby. What I love is the sidewalks by the sea where children can cycle with their bicycles and people can stroll along by the seaside.

Nice place to stay in Penang. Nice view and cool ambience. What you need is all in one place. Price reasonable…

No longer a pet friendly zone. Most of your tenants especially restaurants and cafe informed us that outdoor seating no longer allow for pets anymore. Guess we can't enjoy our wonderful breakfast and lunch at Straits Quay with our beloved pets.

Wonderful place for shopping n relaxing! Like the Surrounding shop design n areas along the sea sides.

It was quite a fun night and had the opportunity to info my young grandkids about their heritage… and culture. Coming from a nyonya n baba background so they are now little nyonyas and little babas and were quite tickled when I told them that the dancers are nyonya and baba.
The event was quite organised and all in all it was truly a great event.

Had a satisfying meal at Blue Reef and loved the menu. The security and information staff were also very helpful in addressing enquiries. Beautiful retail marina worth dropping by again.
