Deluxe rooms is my favourite as we are family of 2adults & 3children.

Extremely friendly staffs! The rooms are comfortable as well and the location of the hotel is very near to restaurants. Love it!

aircond not cold, floor leak with water. got room 1912, water all over the floor. Take back the 4star hotel. Only deserve 2 star hotel for the facilities. Staff are friendly but yet I don't understand why they don't act towards the problem we had.
problem is water all over on the floor probably because heavy rain and made my dad's beg wet. So called the staff, they brought lots of towels. But dear lord, it's a friggin hotel. How can you let customer in the room when you know it'll be flooding with water.

The hotel was in good location if travelling purpose was shopping… kida will enjoy the pool. Nice breakfast but unfriendly staff specially the reception lady… nobody to help for luggage upon arrival excrpt if being requested from outside going in to ask for help. They should have someone at the entrance for arriving guest on my stay there I observed that they dont help unless u ask them or they wouldnt even look at the artiving guest to avoid getying the luggage out of the cab. Over all stay was good for shopping, far from city,. Room were not as good for a 4star.

Great view. I love to stay here. Next to the mall. The main problem is parking area, but for me I don't need parking.

Great decor of the hotel,, a very brand quality concept since is a Novotel group operate franchise before. Service is definitely top notch with local touch.

Hotel transportation is convenient, close to the mall, dining shopping is quite convenient, counter explanation detailed, strict service, room 610 rooms spacious, wide view, concierge card sensitivity, bathroom corner and bathtub around the dirt spots too much, bathroom curtain rod dirt, restaurant spacious, breakfast a variety of delicious.

Rooms are fairly basic but clean and with good service. Breakfast was the usual buffet fare as found in many other hotels.

Getting better in so many ways.

Big room big toilet big bed… crowded with tourist turn this hotel like budget accommodation. Noisy at coffee house, lobby, lift every where.

Was having wedding dinner here, I would like to comment that the service was bad. I think it is a commonsense that one table has 10 pax, however the staff only served for 8 pax then go away, we will need to serve ourselves for the remaining which I never met this kind of service at another hotel.

We are driving rented car and had hard time finding parking, end up parking near shop lots which costs us RM6 for 4 hours. After check in, only find out they have limited season parking (Free) in 1Borneo Mall besides the hotel. Overall, the hotel facilities are all good. Big spacious room with almost everything complete. Had issue with the bath tub hole, and the staff came fix it in short time. Breakfast is acceptable nice, but can add more choices to make the price more worthy.

I wanna say million thanks to the staff and some of the technicians for helping me yesterday morning. It was around 9.15am after check out from the hotel I found out my tyre punctured and I didn't bring along the tools to change the tyre. It was raining and intense situation for me and my sister. Fortunately, the front gate guard told the staff inside to look at my car and then came one of the technician in a blue black uniform to help me. Later on, 3 more technicians came to help because lack of suitable tools. I really appreciate their effort and kindness. I forgot to ask their name. I hope the hotel management can figure out those kind ppl who helped me yesterday and send my regards to them. I give 200% for their attitude and kindness. May Allah bless all of you guys. I just snap the back of the staff and the technician who help me earlier.

The room has not been properly cleaned. We were not informed that the room has a lousy view, just that we would be given a lower floor, as the other higher floor room is not ready. The bedside light is defective, the TV remote doesn't work at all, always stuck at one channel. The shower was leaking at joints, thus water was overflowing the bathtub and wetting the bathroom floor. : — (It's a 2.5

Nice and big conference hall.

Stayed there for two nights, the room is big and spacious, there's a mini bar, lcd TV with few choice of channels, the toilet is big and there's a bath tub too. Bed is really comfy and room is clean and well maintain. Staffs are good and accomodating. A swimming pool area with fresh towel. Breakfast is not bad but I think we can add up more choice of food. Next to the hotel is 1 borneo hypermall, so its really a good place to stay and do some shopping too. A great place for a short visit stay where everything just within your reach.

Had air-conditioning problem when we arrived. Someone came in to fix but it still wasn't cool enough. Place looks dated. Some wallpapers/paints have cracks, and this is in the executive suite. Biggest problem is coming in with a vehicle. Parking is a problem as they don't have a reserved parking in front of the hotel. Limited season pass is given but when we arrived, we were told they didn't have any left. Staff are nice otherwise and work swiftly. Access to shops at the mall is straightforward but concierge is rarely seen at the front. I also do not like the see through bathrooms. Good location, needs better maintenance.

BAD Wi-Fi connection as not internet. Bad news for business travellers as internet is down. Shopping mall is a plus. The cons would be rooms may need upgrade but still reasonable priced. My room has dirty curtain stains, like blood or lipstick stains. This time staff is pleasant ad fast checkin though.

Priced right hotel within the largest shopping mall, away from the city centre.

Basic cheap accommodation. A little below the standard of other Tune Hotels.

Really hate this hotel. Never want to stay at this hotel in future. Bad facilities.

Table and counter lamp not functioning, called many times for room service but engaged, the comforter is dirty don't know if they changed it, booked for twin bed room but given different room. : (not satisfied.

Six mainlanders come to note own wash small parts, yum can shop around, not afraid of late could not be found.
