Superb service. View of the hotel is good. Staff is very nice.

So far so good, staf ok, breakfast is good. Not bad, but bathroom so small and no bathtub and my child unhappy. But I like coz near shopping mall 1 b and my child can play at kidszonna…

The plus points are: it's connected to 1Borneo, and relatively close to UMS. Very convenient place to be if you have an event at 1Borneo or UMS. On the other hand, it's relatively far from city centre and airport, also the road leading to the hotel could be very congested at times. Breakfast was minimal and not very tasty, since it was included with the room, it was fine. Not worth to pay for otherwise. Condition of the room was marginally satisfactory, could be better for the price charged.

Quite far from the centre of the town although it is next to Pan Borneo Mall. Room is cosy but not well lit and small. But diner area is awesome with moutains view.

The bathroom got some problem. The water didn't go down the drainage and I called for maintenance check. The maintenance boy was nice and polite. The problem is when he called the housekeeper to come clean the toilet, the housekeeper yelled at him through the walkie talkie for so many times. Her voice was very loud and she seems to be angry for being call to do her JOB that she was paid for to do. How veryyy rude. She called my room several times as if she was calling her friend's room. She really had no manners, impolite and rude. She called my room few times when she was not satisfied for being unable to talk to her friend in which she expected to do the cleaning job that she was supposed to do. She also came to my room with angry and tight face instead of asking nicely and says greeting to me. She directly asked me sarcastically where is the water has been pooled with her ugly tight face after I opened the door. I think she didn't fit to work in a hotel because she doesn't know about hospitality at all. I was considering to make a complaint about her attitude to the manager but no one pick up my calls and I also didn't catch her name at the time. Hope she doesn't work here for long as her ugly behavior will bring bad reputation to the hotel's name. The toilet also was not so clean when I arrived at the room. Overall, everything is not so good eventhough this is my third time staying at this hotel. Maybe this will be also my last time staying here.

No kettle. Water heater not functioning, door cannot be shut properly, toilet door is broken.

This hotel is attached to the 1 Borneo Hypermall. The room rate is reasonable and the hotel is nice.

Everythig is poor for this hotel. From cust servis to. Food.

Acceptable services provided. The location, safety and food are satisfactorily provided. But guest and other visitors are needed to purchase same parking ticket priced at rm15 per entry.

Awsome place to stay chill and the breakfast is very delicious.

My room hard to recieve any mobile line and no Wi-Fi.

Very run down and poor maintenance. The wall paper on the wall is peeling off, my toilet bowl was stuck and maintenance had to come twice to repair it and poor upkeep. Poor phone connection in the room and there is no Wi-Fi except for the 6th floor and Lobby. Complain to the receptionist but they dont sound bothered about it Their standards have drop extremely. This will be my last visit to this hotel for sure. Giving one star is too high.

Suitable for a very short stay. Car park is not free. Rm10 per entry.

My 1st and last. Booked for twin bed premier, below average below expectation not worth the price paid. During register, check in only had one staff at front counter to handle everything. Bed size was small, those with big size will have problem. A lot of improvement need to be done or in the future will be a run down hotel.

So frustrated. Room condition very bad. Not worth it. Not even deserve any star. I checked out immediately.

The room is too small for two person and the window is small too. But the place is good.

The room are okay for the price. Some of the facilities are old. Wifi not available to all room. Parking was limited. I hope the hotel will improve the service.

I dont like it. This is the first and last. I checked in at room 338. The aircond is broke down. I felt like in hell and soooooo hot. I told the receptionist and he answered sorry sir midnight already. Our technician went back already. The next day I asked to check the air cond. They said already but the did nothing. Really angry. I asked to change the room but they said cant. The water heater have to pay RM5. They dont provide it. Gosh… very bad!

Nice place to stay near to shopping mall, just don't like the receptionist who don't give a soft voice when talking. The waiters very helpful.

(-) The only Wi-Fi is in the lobby. Your room has NO Wi-Fi. (-) quite bare… (-) There is no mini fringe. Can't buy things and keep in the room… though (+) there is a 24 hr shop just below the hotel, and (+) is linked to a shopping mall. (+) has ironing board in the room, for those on business trips.

Nice view, friendly staff. But the dessert helo2 was a bit tasteless.

Seriously need maintenance & renovation, their facilities & amenities are getting worse each time we stay there. The flowtrap in the shower is always clogged, the air-condition is always not cold. The hotel breakfast is getting pretty bad too. They've become so lazy they dont even bother to reply emails from customers inquiring room rates.

The room is relatively small but I'd say adequate. There is an iron and iron-board provided. There is also a safe deposit box but no kettle or any other means to boil water is available. Internet connection (via network cable, not Wi-Fi) is free in each room. The free Wi-Fi is only available in the lounge and in the cafe (at 6th floor). My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. Breakfast tasted good and they changed the menu daily (unlike some other hotels I've checked-in before). Room service was so-so. They changed towels, shampoo, provided 2 bottles of drinking water everyday but did not pick up the trash — even though we purposely put the trash bins in plain view to show they were full. If you're driving, free parking is available, but very limited. It's first come, first served basis. Missed that, you have to pay for nearby parking spaces, which often can be full too. After all this hotel is located next to 1 Borneo Hypermall, one of the most happening places in Kota Kinabalu. Overall, for its price, this hotel is good.
