If you read this, thank God you didn't get flooded by the "amazing" and "nice" review. What I'm saying here is the real sxxt! 1st the facilities, "students" are not allow to use the gym and swimming pool at ANY public holiday and only allow to use at Mon to Fri with a restricted time. We are not paying the "student" price so don't categories us as a student and limit our usage of facilities. University didn't subsidize us to live here, we pay full amount same as the working adults to rent the house here. Therefore, please call us the TENANT, NOT STUDENTS! **Personal experience. I was insulted by a man called himself as a management last night and the experience was terrible. What he was saying is just blowing my mind away. How come such a rude and disrespect person can become the management. ** 2nd, now they updated the card and almost all the people here are affected. They can't access the entrance with the card they paid for RM50. This is truly ridiculous! And they limit 2 card/house? We have 7-8 people live inside the same unit. 2 cards? Are you kidding me? ** The problem is unsolved yet** The management here are rude and come out new rules every single month and blame u for not seeing the tiny little notice that u will never notice. If you can withstand this type of management, you can move in. Last word, I will never recommend any people staying here.
