Service — smooth check-in and out, approachable staff.

Good service, Great room 802, Nice view, excellent placement.
The pillows on the bed was to hard, the smaller ones in the cabinet was more to my liking.
Could not adjust the temperature in the shower.

Very nice place pretty central to most sight seeing destinations in the city. Very nice building and entry hall, while the room itself felt a bit old.

Overall I was happy with the hotel, I stayed at the Radisson in Kaunas before I came to Vilnius.

We had an exceptional stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect and up to the highest Radisson standards. Skybar on the 22d floor is a must for a visit late in the evening. Views are amazing!

Location is right in the centre of Old Town. Rooms are large & very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel and I would stay here again.

A legendary Vilnius hotel visited by many well-known guests over the years.

The location was superb. It was just a couple of blocks to the historic district which is what we wanted. The reception and check-in was easy and flawless.

Checked in very early, quickly by a very friendly receptionist who showed us to our suite. It was bigger and even nicer than we expected. The hotel is a beautiful old building.

It the nature of the structure of this hotel that room can be really strange.

Great location, walking distance from old town.
Restaurant need to improve on breakfast time. Ran out of coffee, plates, spoons… To get coffee from one machine took almost 10 minutes.

Receptionists were nice and helpful. Location is ideal and the room was clean and comfortable.

We had a memorable stay at Hotel Pacai. The staff were responsive to our questions during our reservation. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff.

The location is perfectly situated in the center of vilnius within walking distance to all main spots in the city/old town. The outdoor is area is very welcoming.

This is a great boutique hotel. It has a great location to the old town, everything is about ten minutes away. It’s a 25 minute walk from the train station but it’s an easy walk.

Quaint boutique hotel. Some road noise for rooms at front due to cobblestone road outside. Breakfast a little pricey at €20pp, but lots of options nearby.

Fantastic hotel in an ideal location, right opposite the stunning cathedral. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. My room was amazingly spacious and had all the amenities I wanted.

Stayed only one night but was very happy. Once you get over the numbers issues and no key just numbers it’s all good. Room as fine and a door that lead to a small balcony was very pleasant.

We stayed there for two nights, the room was very clean, staff was very sweet, breakfast was just perfect with many options. I loved that the fitness and spa areas were free for guests.

Our stay at the Imperial Hotel in Vilnius was truly exceptional.

Super cosy and nice atmosphere. 100% we will come back. All the details surround the place make you super happy and of course relax. Hurry up to this place if you want your own time.

The room was extra comfortable even for two friends, not a couple, to stay for 2 nights. Jacuzzi was waiting for us in the terrace with a view to a lake and all the green lavender decorated zone.

We had an exceptional stay at Esperanza Lake Resort and truly enjoyed every moment.

We have just got back from our stay at the newly renovated Esperanza Lake Resort… which was well worth it! We usually have a few nights away in South Tyrol, so we are used to luxury.

Overall great, however the rooms and aesthetic feels aged and quite 90s. Not necessarily a minus, but being in the center of the capital, you'd expect something more luxury and modern.

Wonderfull experience with Grata, Staffs are more than happy to assist, late check in, information, guidance.

The resort is excellent. Everyone is so helpful and polite. The meals in the French restaurant are superb 👌. The chief knows his trade and the presentation of the food is skilled.

The hotel was great and conveniently located near Vilnius city. It offered excellent amenities, including golf, a lake, water sports, a pool, and spa activities.

I’ve stayed at Urbihotel several times during tennis events at SEB Arena, always together with a person using a wheelchair.

Food are delicious I recommend Salmon Salads delicious. But don’t order pork ribs very salted I was disappointed.

Amazing tenis Club. Thanks to my friend, the super tennis teacher and player Saulius, I enjoyed the great experience of playing a match in the indoor courts. Looking forward to go back!

Positive: Absolutely unique place in 40 min from Vilnius. Beautiful green closed territory with private small lake for swimming.
