A pearl in Vilnius. Highly recommended!

My husband and I were checked-in to one of the rooms on the 5th floor with a sloped ceiling. The room looked very small and closed in. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating and changed us to the beautiful room on 2nd floor — 212 with a gorgeous view to Pilis St and St. John’s church.
The hotel setting is beautiful with many old-style lounge rooms. But the plumbing needs some improvement, bc we can smell the unpleasant smell coming out of our bathrooms, but there is no exact fan installed to reduce the effect of the bad plumbing.

A great hotel that is worth its stars, and maybe even better. A mass of cozy rooms with love made by the interior. The location is the most favorable, in the center, next to the university. Great breakfasts. Attentive friendly staff. And, of course, good spacious rooms that have everything you need.

I didn’t stay at the hotel but I ate dinner on the patio. The waiter was very helpful and recommended their special of potatoes and chanterelles. It was really delicious.

The Narutis is a fun hotel with a lot of interesting character. We've stayed here many times over the years and the only think keeping it from getting 5 stars is that they've recently started up-charging for things (especially at breakfast) and the spread isn't as good as it used to be. Still a great choice and a great location in the heart of the old town.

Pretty and clean hotel but who are they kidding charging 6.50 for water and €35 for a £8 wine. They must think that tourist are stupid to come to Vilnius which is advertised as one of the cheapest weekend breaks in Europe. Outrageous. Breakfast is ok. Hotel is located in best part. Bed covers are old but like the size of rooms and bathroom.

Totally great hotel. It has its own beautiful atmosphere and charm. Situated in old town, you can walk around to see some beautiful streets.

Very nice hotel, nothing worse than Kempinski, and the prices in the restaurant are an order lower. The hotel has free parking for guests, which is a big rarity in the old town. Very helpful and friendly staff, ready to help. Good English speaking.

Beautiful hotel in a classic medieval building in the central part of Vilnius. We spent two nights and loved it here. The rooms, ambience and staff are excellent — and the breakfast is one of the best I've ever had… anywhere!

Very cozy, romantic, charming 5 star boutique style hotel in the heart of the old town of Vilnius, Lithuania. Sauna, pool, whirlpool is from 6:00 a. M until 10:00 a. M. For free (hotel guests), during the day and evening 25 EURO/person.

I can't believe that you still use eggs from the hens kept in such a horrible conditions. Those cages are not appropriate place for any of the animals. You are supporting the cruelty.

Is it true that you still use eggs from caged hens? Shame on you! I thought you are luxurious hotel, but for sure you don't treat your customers in this way serving such low quality ingredients in your restaurant!

Stayed 2 days in this hotel. 1. On the first day there was hot water on the second disappeared (5 star hotel) 2. To go to the hotel parking, you need to go through the very narrow streets of the old town and stretch in the barrier, which does not open automatically, you need to walk 50 meters to the reception, that they would open the door.
3. There is not one window to the street from the room.

One of the most high-status places in Vilnius, the restaurant is chic but do not forget that it is for gourmets, not for lovers to eat more.

I stayed here three nights in December and loved their Christmas decorations. This is a very fun hotel, beautifully maintained and well appointed. The delicious breakfasts are served in the cellar, which makes for a great experience. The staff are all friendly and speak very good English. The hotel is located in a great part of old town and provides easy walking to lots of local destinations and shopping.

Stayed at the Apia Hotel, and the breakfast was served by the Narutis Hotel. Awesome breakfast in the cellar with attentive staff. They serve coffee and tea by asking what you want, be it black or lattes. Well stocked warm buffet and good selection of cold dishes.

Calm and quite. Very traditional with a good kitchen. In the middle of the the old town. Very pleasant place to stay and also good for a business meetings.

The Spa is free until 10. After 26 Euro It was not told when we booked. Because we ordered even late check out to use it. But not for 52 Euro extra. Evening check in was just unfriendly. He didn't even tried to be friendly. Very crazy for 5 star Breakfast was nice tried but in the details it is visible there is no interest of the personnel. But the manager is to be blamed. He is getting paid to advise the details. He is failing totally. In first sight it looks good. But a clear look shows old salad, mayonaise, ans so on. And even poor quality of shrimps & salmon It is worth &3 star but for a 5 star hotel you get only 1 from my side.

Luxury hotel in the center of the city. Exquisite menu. Hospitable and sophisticated hosts. Discreet maids. Clean, very comfortable. In the rooms the atmosphere of comfort, luxury, convenience. There is a swimming pool, sauna, hammam. Parking, despite the fact that it is a historical center. The old building retained the spirit of the former times, withing the virtues of modern civilization. Any problems are solved together with the personnel. More than recommend.

Elegant, beautifully appointed, well run hotel with fine furniture, lighting, decor and fabrics succesfully merging a historic building with up to the minute design and colour schemes. Delicious. Superb breakfasts… also delicious.

The hotel is very cozy, the staff is friendly. Dinner and Breakfast in the hotel at a very good level. The room is clean and cozy. Happy to visit.

Those reviews are fake, it's not budget hotel and there is no metro in Vilnius.
