Beautiful hotel centrally located.

The hotel is good. Located in the heart of the city. Two steps from the Cathedral. The rooms are large and comfortable.

Good service, but meal portions are too small.

Hotel is very well located in the center. It is modernly furnished, has two transparent lifts, comfortable staircase, cozy ambience. Great service in the restaurant and café.
We stayed 2 nights. Impressive!

Breakfast was good, AC worked well, and location is good. The off street parking is difficult to get to, limited space, and expensive. Staff was friendly and attentive.

The hotel have horrible rooms. Only 16 channels all in lituanian. Horrible service with only trainees. We all hate. The location is good.

Location is great. Was lucky to get a room with a nice view. But there was nothing else I liked about the place. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, old furniture, bathroom needs a renovation and they charge for everything even the tea that's in the room. We asked for a taxi at the reception for early morning ride to the airport and that was not taken care of. Overall very dissapointed with the hotel. It only looks nice from the outside.

Really disappointed with this hotel. I am here for a week's business and have been getting back to my room late every night. Tried to order room service at 21:55 and was told that the kitchen was closed (room service stops at 22:00 — i. E. Last orders taken at 22:00, not the chef leaves the hotel at 22:00). When I asked if they could please, please make me a sandwich, it was a decisive — 'No! ' Just got in tonight and went straight to the restaurant to order before the deadline and asked for room service — a steak sandwich to be sent up to my room (10Euro just for the privilage I might add) and 25 minutes later I'm on the phone to the restaurant to ask where my sandwich is? The man in the restaurant I spoke to simply said "It's meat. They're cooking it! " What he 'should' have said was "I do apologise Sir. Let me go and find out what's happening. " 5 minutes later, it arrives and is stone cold. In other words, it's been sat on a shelf for the last 15 minutes. I mean — come on! You don't answer back to your guests like that. Come on Amberton — if you want to be remembered by your guests in the hope that they'll return or recommend you, then this is absolutely not the way to do it. If a guest wants a sandwich at 22:00, or even 22:05, then you make it and you make them remember you in a good light. As you have left me with such a sour experience (and believe me — this IS all about experience), I'll be asking to stay elsewhere next time I'm in Vilnius. Very disappointing.

Location, cleanliness, breakfast. But there are rooms with windows in the hallway and this is not indicated when booking.

Clean rooms, daily housekeeping and a delicious breakfast. Convenient location in the center of Vilnius. The only noise is the ventilation.

В ванне отдельно шампунь, лосён, кондиционер. Если достанется комната с окнами на улицу — надоест звон колоколов от собора. В 7.30 утра они радужно бьёт во всю. Сразу по прибытию просите комнату во внутренний дворик. Будет лепота, без колоколов. На рецепшионе люди приятные. Жил в начале Января в комнате было прохладно. Есть чайник. С собой везите пакетики чая, а то в комнате по 3 евро штука. Бутыль воды в комнате — 4.2 еу. Есть русские каналы. В этой гостинице приходилось жить не раз. В некоторых комнатах занавесы воняли Ариэлем или другими стиральными порошками.

Hotel is located in front of Cathedral square — good access to Lower Castle, Gediminas tower, semi-pedestrial Gediminas street and Vilnius Old Town, President's Palace and old Vilnius University buildings. Spacious lobby, nice view from restaurant window. Good breakfast selection. Rooms are clean, friendly staff. Decent rates for rooms.

Best location for the hotel. Just a shame that rooms needs some modernisation.

Great hotel, very good service, perfect view from the window, and the location is above all praise. Right from the balcony there is a beautiful view of Cathedral Square or Gedemina square. In short, worth every cent of the cost. 5 * is my assessment.

The location is good-the city center. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
The downside is the lack of parking. Parking at the hotel on the street from 19.00 on Friday to 9.00 Saturday is a fine of 40 euros. There is no free welcome water, no tea or coffee.
Bottle of water-0, 75 L-4, 5 euro. A package of coffee and tea for welding-3 euros each. Nonsense for hotels in principle. Very narrow single beds-size-maximum 0, 75 from single. (a little wider than the pillow).

Minus: there are rooms with the smell of sewage and smoked, although the room plate does not smoke. On the site photo rooms with new furniture, on arrival you get rooms with old furniture, plumbing with chipped. This is not a professional approach! There is no parking, although they write there! You can't book a parking lot in advance! On arrival they send to the city parking lot. Plus: location. Breakfasts are not bad.

The center, everything in the hotel was clean, it was cool, on the 4th floor was pulled by smoke smoke… 1421!
The restaurant is good but dishes with prebobah, for connoisseurs! But many dishes are very good!

Very good hotel, right in the centre, Great Panorama restaurant, good breakfast, nice staff, no sauna, no fitness, upscale room upgrade for 15 €/night possible, men's bar in the house nevertheless quiet hotel except Sumende air exhaust system in every room.

Perfect Hotel for visiting Vilnius. The location is ideal, rooms very comfortable. Attention, however, to rooms without windows, (central). The breakfast was more than satisfying served almost on the central square. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great value qialità price.

This hotel is in the centre of Vilnius, walkable distance to pretty much everything if the weather is not raining heavily. The rooms are cozy with relaxed sphere. The staff friendly and helped a lot with information.

Decent room. Hotel undergoing renovation but we werent bothered by it. Breakfast selection was ok — mixture of lithuanian, cooked and continental. Staff were friendly but could do with going extra mile (e. G. Recommending local attractions and places eat) Room was ok — had no window outside only onto hall which was a bit odd. Bed comfortable but only 2 pillows on a double bed.

Very nice rooms and good service. Breakfast area on the smaller side and very weird sofa layout making it harder than necessary to go for a refill of the plates.

Nice hotel in the middle of downtown. Some rooms are upscale while others are in need of updating. My shower leaked and soaked the carpet outside the bathroom. Luckily I was only spending one night. Great views out the balconies.

The staff is very courteous and willing to help. My card somehow got deactivated and within seconds of notifying the staff I had a new, working one. The view from the room I am in is absolutely beautiful, you can see the cathedral square and the wooded hills in the distance.

However, the breakfast is a buffet very lackluster desserts.

Good location. Bad hotel Beds are far shorter than appear in photos. If third bed is required go fir another hotel. Rooms are dirty and breakfast is below acceptable.

Was here with 22-24 October. The hotel is fully reaffirms its 4 stars. Cosy rooms, free Wi-Fi. It was one small problem: suddenly broke down the cooling Chamber, and, unfortunately, for the 3:00 that I was not in the room, it never recovered, although I reported to reception on the damage and the time of my absence from the room. And in General at all at a high level: and rooms, and the service and food at the restaurant.

Perfect location. Quiet nice atmosfere, when there is still noisy in outdoor. Very soft and cosy beds, spacious room, all necessary beverages and snacks. I had a room whit magnificient and picturesque view to Cathedral square. Helpful nice stuff. I want also to ment about reastaurant in separate way:quiet posh for it's price, best breakfast I ever had in hotels.

Stayed one night in March 2010. Good location, room spacious but decor a little drab. Bed very comfortable, good internet connectivity and TV channel choice. Reception friendly and efficient and evening meal and breakfast very good. Staff in the restaurant very friendly and took time to speak to me. I would happily stay again.
