Can't use any other adapters apart from the one they use I Europe. They don't have a adapter converter too. Breakfast is good. Located in city center. 20 minutes to airport. Good ambience.

I've been twice to Vilnius and would never even consider a different hotel. The Novotel is in the plain center, all is walking distance from here, there is a multitude of great restaurants around, but the hotel also has a pretty neat restaurant. The bar on the ground floor connects with a winding stair case to the first floor where the breakfast area is, which gives a great view and a feeling of a large open space. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very rich with some service directly at the table. I fell in love with this city and the Novotel has its share in my fond memories.

Great location, good service, decent breakfast. There is a bath and shower at once. In addition to the mini-bar there is a kettle, coffee machine and nice little things. The only minus is the restaurant/bar: The worst club sandwich and Long Island I have not tried yet.

Great location. Room is basic but clean. And the bed is extraordinarily comfortable. Service is OK not outstanding.

:: Comfy + in the heart of the city :: The hotel location is superb, across is a shopping mall with supermarket. The hotel is nearby to many attractions. The room is a bit small but comfortable. Front office staff are super friendly. I stay in the twin room and one thing I don't like is the design of the bathroom where the door is right next to the other bed. When your roommate uses the bathroom at night or while you're sleeping, the light will shine straight to both beds so that is quite disturbing. All else is great though. Breakfast is also very good with variety of choices to choose. Love it! Free Wi-Fi is average at about 10+ Mbps.

It's a great location. Good breakfasts. There is a paid underground parking nearby. Of the minus mattresses are already squeezed and not comfortable to sleep, also pillows terrible (it is better to sleep without them otherwise on the morning you can wake up with a headache) and still minus the bathroom, or rather the door to it through which everything is heard.

This is a nice relatively modern, bright hotel, very well located in the city center. It is suitable for all average scholarships. The rooms are spacious, clear and the bedding good. The bathroom is well equipped, modern and nice. It feels good, it's important. The staff is very attentive to the clientele and receptive. Ok.

Very fast in Check in and out The decoration is a little old I get a free upgrade during the stay. Located in the very central of city, that is perfect! I want to visit it again when I back to Vilnius.

It is located perfectly — in the heart of the city. It's 2 minutes to Gedimina Square. Rooms are spacious, cozy. The beds are very comfortable. The room has a shower and bathroom together. There's not much where that happens. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. They came with the child, they gave him a small toy at the registration. There's a children's corner in the lobby. They settled in without problems an hour early. The hotel is large so no problem with the rooms. Although we were in the pre-New Year period. They came to the Christmas market.

It's a nice hotel. Attentive and polite staff, good soundproofing, comfortable beds. The room overlooks Gedimina Avenue, the room has a kettle, tea bags and coffee, sugar. There's a safe. Great varied breakfast, places enough, coffee from the coffee machine for all tastes. There is a gym with a sauna. Nearby the old town, from the railway station by taxi reached for 3 euros. From the cons too early ends breakfast, weekdays to 10 a. M. Weekends 10-30. Porridge wasn't every day. The bathroom is very close to the bed, the door with glasses interferes with light and noise. The room costs water for 5 euros. They're supposed to put free water in the room, but we've been forgotten.

The hotel has good location within walking distance to the old town and easily accessible by bus and tram's to major attractions. Staff is nice and friendly; the day staff were certainly more jovial and helpful. Breakfast spread is decent enough altough a few more options would certainly be welcome. Neat clean decent rooms as per Accor standards. Value for money — good for Solo travellers, families groups.

The location was superb! Staff were very helpful! My room was quiet and comfortable. The fitness room, free to guests, includes a sauna, which I enjoyed. The breakfast was good with great views over the central square. Highly recommended!

We had forgotten a parcel in the room, the staff were kind enough to send it back to us in a very quick time.
Moreover during the stay we had all the necessary advice for the following trips and our visits.

Lack of a convention hotel parking underneath the square in front. So very expensive to park x the night.

It's place I would be happy to come back. The hotel stuff were nice. Room was clean. It was an option including breakfast. We were traveling with 10 months old baby so we requested a crib for her. Baby even got a small toy at the reception when checking-in (appreciated since really not expected).

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff service minded. Walking distance to old town and lots of restaurants nearby. We had lunch at the hotel, but got the wrong dish. Food was good though. We don't like to waste food so we did not complaint.

Fantastic spot to stay in the middle of Vilnius. Room was large and airy, with a big bathroom and a good sized bed. The room and bedding was all immaculately clean and newly furbished with high quality appliances and furniture. The breakfast was included in the price, and was typical but tasty continental fare with plenty of hot options too.

We were welcomed here by a nice receptionist, the room is large and clean, the entire hotel looks nice. Very close to city center. We received good advises regarding what to visit, where to eat. I recommended staying here.

I have been there twice, very good hotel centrally located. Very good restaurant except for some italians that don't understand that you don't use your mobile at restaurants. Something they dio all the time in Italy.

Staff a bit with autism, but if a problem arises, decide quickly. A little would be cheaper and would be hit.

It's better to leave your car on the street where parking is free at night and on weekends, you get less at a decent amount of parking meters. Communicate in Lithuanian and Russian and accept cards and LITA-trivia: test only) in the Hotel do not provide slippers slippers (only in Deluxe rooms.

Excellent hotel and generally chain. Everywhere the high standard of service, regardless of the name and country. I recommend to all chain Accor Hotels.

Free fast Wi-Fi. Separate shower and bath tub in executive rooms. TV is flat but small. Bed is quite hard. Coffee machine in room :).
