Service people are extremely unprofessional as, they don't know to attitude of servicing.

Visiting Trakai is always a pleasure. Supporting local restaurants at winter also. But I can't recommend this kind of services. The main manager greets us well. But in the middle of eating our food, she (Main manager) interrupts our conversation and asks me if I can pay for the meals? Are you serious? It's just very rude and impolite. I have an idea for your restaurant: Before eating, you should ask people for a deposit like keys, jewelry, and other valuable things. Then maybe you don't need to ask people in the middle of eating can they pay for the meals they ordered. By the way, other staff are great and polite :)

The view to the Trakai Island Castle is great! Helpful and friendly stuff! Delicious food and great atmosphere!

We only had lunch here (we did not stay in the hotel) so I can't comment on the rooms, but I can say that the restaurant was delightful. Very pleasant staff and wonderful views of the water and Trakai Castle.

Had Dinner on the street, chic view of the castle. The breakfast was good and the breakfast was great. Not all waiters know English. Had to wait for the English language to come, he was fortunately very polite. From the minuses that on the table there were no napkins, salt and pepper… Although half of the others were. Because the waiter did not fit for a long time after the delivery of the dish, had to take them from another table.

Appears fancy and, if you pay attention to the detail, it is not (toilets). Tolerable service, when you realise that most of the personel are students without adequite experience ("vyno bonke", really? ). Organisation poor, when ordering additional services. Food was outstanding to my understanding — thanks for that! Overall, I would spend that same money elsewhere I would be made feel much more comfortable:) don't stop developing!

Both food and service was ok, but prices are inadequate. The view would be ok, but place is crowded. All in all — wouldn't choose again neither as a restaurant nor as a place to spend evening with a drink.

The view of the lake and castle, the menu and last but not least the price level got our expectations up, but sadly we were disappointed. For a cheaper place the food and level of service would be quite ok, but this place pretends to be something it is not — a white shirt and a bow tie does not make you a professional waiter. I'm still thinking how many kibinai those 90 euros we spent would have bought us up 100 metres the street — I'm still hungry…

This restaurant is always buzzing with people because it's located in the best spot in Trakai. The food is good, service is quick, the people working here are young and can speak English well.
