Nice little guesthouse where we spent the night whilst taking the slow boat from Thailand to Laos. The room was basic but exactly what we needed to crash, service was very friendly and you can pre-order breakfast sandwiches for 35-70k Kip for collection at 7am for day 2 on the boat. It is a 5 minute walk from the pier and surrounded by plenty of restaurants.
We stayed one night while taking the slow boat to Luang Prabang. Despite asking for a quiet room we were given one facing the street with no glass windows — just screens. So you can imagine the noise. But the worst part was the bedding _ the sheets had not been washed and there was pubic hair in the sheets. The bathroom had dangerous electrical wiring. It was too late to find another place to stay. Yes it was cheap but the minimus is clean sheets.

Very disappointed with the behavior of the inn. First of all, we were overcharged with the conversion rate.
Then they moved us to the guesthouse opposite. This guesthouse was simply intolerable. Unfortunately we noticed it too late, but very annoying. Be Aware of Scam!
