We loved our stay here at the Acacia Tree Lodge. The staff goes out of their way to make the experience once in a lifetime. The food was amazing (especially the stir fry night).

Hosting a birthday during the rainy season can be tricky. This was perfect for my daughter's birthday and the service was excellent.

The customer service was awesome. Bilha and Mitchele accorded a very nice and quick check in. Being a platinum member, I was able to secure an upgrade.

All is well, hospitality is good, food very good, rooms are clean.

We were so well received and felt most welcome @ Biblica Guest House. The major highlight for us was the food! Unparalleled in their 'home' cooked meals, they have good portions.

I stayed in Yaya Hotel and Apartments for a whole month and felt like home here. The loft single room is so cozy with the living area downstairs and bedroom upstairs.

Simon and his team took very good care of us, beyond expectations. We loved the place and will definitely recommend it. Keep up the good work.

Worth it… polite waiterse. Fresh food. Can't complain. Made our Christmas special and great… we will definitely recommend the place to our friends and family.

The service was amazing from the front desk to the accommodation. The food was great. Muthu was exceptional. I would definitely recommend to other friends and family.

Great, friendly staff. Great food. More than enough. Variety. Options.
Building — Nice, but main light flickered in our room a lot. And there is what appears to be a mold stain on the ceiling.

Praise for this place would never even begin to express my gratitude for the way all of the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The joy with which they served was exemplary.

Reasonable cost and they provide a clean and safe space! The location is also great and staff is friendly and accommodating!

It was a great experience with Fedha Residence. It is close to a few great cafés which serve good breakfast. This area is quiet and safe.

Very short visit — we had a 20 hour layover in Nairobi and decided to look around. This hotel is really nice, had a great dinner here b ut had to leave very early and missed dinner.

Nice place! Spacious rooms, service minded and helpfull staff and overall good/ safe place to stay. As a family with 4 persons we had 2 rooms.

Thank you, Manager Margaret, for calling me this evening. I appreciate your effort to reach out to me as one of your clients, and I promise to continue our business relationship with ACK Guesthouse!

This is an excellent Guest House (Really five stars, as long as you understand this is not a five star hotel, it is a Christian Guest House)

I dropped a star because the batteries in the room safe needed replacing, then when I wanted to get to bed and watch TV the remote was missing a battery too.

The host was gracious and attentive. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is convenient and close to two big malls.

I enjoyed an excellent day stay at the Drexel House while waiting for a late flight out from the airport. I felt very welcomed and at home.

This is a beautiful hotel with spacious lounges and garden filled with elegant jazz music. Breakfast is cooked to your order. Wifi is reliable.

The apartment’s location was very convenient for me and offered beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with most units fully furnished with essential amenities.

Lavington Residences is a highly rated serviced apartment hotel that truly delivers on comfort and convenience.

A great hotel in Nairobi! The food is good the rooms are clean the pool is nice and the gym is adequate. It’s also close to all of the places we need to be going so it is very convenient for us.

Great hospitality. I love the cookies they serve upon check-in. You can buy them for souvenirs if you like them. Their breakfast buffet is fine and room is comfortable.

It was a wonderful experience for me actually my first time there nice nature.

Great place to stay if passing thru Nairobi. Safe, quiet, green and a very homely feeling. Really worth going. Attention paid to detail. We loved the Game of Scrabble by the bonfire.

This is a great airport hotel — it is beautiful when you walk in and the food is delicious — still thinking about the pesto fusilli.
