This is a great place for a family stay. Very child-friendly and set in a lovely, relaxing environment. The rooms could use a bit of renovation, though.

It's great value for money, much cheaper compared the other resorts in the nearby area. The pool is very clean and we had a really fun time chilling in the pool.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. There was a certain smell in my bathroom that I didn’t like. Otherwise the meals, staff and ambience were up to standard.

I stayed here in June and honestly, it was amazing! The place is super close to the beach (less than 10 min walk) and the views are just beautiful. We had such a fun and relaxing time.

We really enjoyed our stay. The view and the location are just stunning, it was intimate and felt we were on the far side of the world on a stranded paradise island.

The main house is amazing with AC and ocean views. Gilbert was amazing with top notch service and always available. It was our second time and definately not our last.

THE BEST VACATION/ HOLIDAY HOME.
Villa Mela Hse is in a very serene area. The staff are very professional. There are two swimming pools very well maintained.

We had a wonderful stay at Neptune Paradise. The rooms were clean, air-conditioned, and equipped with mosquito nets around the beds.

The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The location is absolutely stunning, the sand is soft like a powder and the ocean water is warm and clean.

This is my all time favorite resort in Mombasa. We've been frequenting the hotel every year for the past 10 yrs. What keeps taking us back is first of all the great customer service.

Great resort with nice rooms. Close to the main highway and Mtwapa. Wonderful and friendly staff. Good food and drinks. Nice clean pool. Recommended.

The place was A1 with A1 service. Super clean with a big compound. Child friendly with all toys and games. Trampoline, hammock, darts, table tennis, swimming pool, basketball court with balls.

Had the best experience at the facility. Christine is a fantastic host, and Phidallice manages the property with grace.
