We spent 5 days at Jumbo and we loved the experience. Welcoming staff, excellent service-we felt welcomed, clean rooms.

Very nice place with unfortunatelly not so interesting sea. Nice beach, very nice hotel staff, plenty of food of any type in the buffet-style restaurant.

Good location in the city that's close to the city attractions. Despite being in the city centre, it's not too noisy, atmosphere is good. Clean and spacious rooms with good amenities.

We had the best time ever! Best place for kids and families! the food is good and the ambience is just great! The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort and had an excellent experience. The property is very spacious, well designed, and extremely well maintained. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable.

The services were perfect from the start.
The check in was very fast.
The rooms were well decorated and clean.
The food was fabulous and delicious.
The staffs were very friendly and welcoming.

We could not fault the service and friendliness of all the staff.

A wonderful hotel to stay in, had the best time here with my family. Rooms are lovely and kept clean all the time. Food was always fresh with lots of variety each day.

This is a great place to come for a day at the pool. At low tide, you can walk to the little islands which is a very fun and unique experience.

The place is good but needs some sprucing up. Dinner was average. Breakfast average.
No welcome drink, no confirmation if can be picked from the airport.

If you're looking for a place where relaxation and adventure come together perfectly, this is the perfect place!
Our experience was fantastic.

Let’s start off with the buffet, the ceviche octopus is really nice. I really recommend the grilled octopus.

Amasing place. Beautiful rooms, very comfortable, sourended by a beautiful garden. Close to the wonderful beach. Pools are great. Food is excellent.

Very nice stay! So lovely to have the room cleaned like you’re in a hotel but the privacy of an airbnb. All the staff were so lovely and the beds were very comfortable.

Excellent location, the rooms are well air conditioned, kept clean always. The food is Ok not too fussy but very fresh. The staff are soo nice, kind and very welcoming.

I recently stayed at Sun Palm Beach Resort in Watamu and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed warmly by the staff, who were always friendly and ready to help.

Such an beautiful place for a romantic vacation… great sea food, authentic pizza n amazing service.

Lovely place right on the beach that has a very lively bar with live music on the weekends and great seating facing the ocean — I had the calamari they were perfect.

At first, we were given a room that smelt a bit, but the staff were very friendly and allowed us to change room immediately. The restaurant serves good food.

I came here a few times about 3 years ago, my experience then was wonderful. I am not usually a repeat traveler but my first experience was too great it made me come back 3 more times.

We had a wonderful stay at Neptune Paradise. The rooms were clean, air-conditioned, and equipped with mosquito nets around the beds.

The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The location is absolutely stunning, the sand is soft like a powder and the ocean water is warm and clean.

We have stayed in the hotel with my wife and 2 daughters for a week.

We were there from the 9th to 13th of June. It was a beautiful experience, the staff were really professional, welcoming and very helpful. They have us free cake for our honeymoon! So nice!

Hello, after not having a holiday for over 5 years due to cancer and blood clot, I was worried to travel on 3 flights to get to mombasa Kenya, but im pleased I had the will power to face the journey,

Mombasa Continental Resort is a wonderful place to stay. The hotel offers excellent food with a wide variety of tasty, well-prepared meals.

Had an amazing time. The service delivery is a bit slow though especially when you're only there for a meal but the food is good. Very serene environment.

I had a taxi pick up from here. At the time of arrival the receptionist called the transport company and told them I was there waiting.
It was very nice of him.

When I saw the prices (quite low) and read reviews I had zero expectations whatsoever.

The price was good.
The receptionist had me send an extra 2K to someone’s personal number. The manager found out and gave me the 2K back. Not sure if the receptionist works there anymore.
