Shymkent Hotels

Excellent, clean, and warm hotel. The service is top-notch, and the rooms have everything you need! I recommend it.

Excellent hotel. Quiet, clean, newly renovated, everything works. The room has water, tea, soap, and dental kits. The mattress is firm and comfortable, and the bathroom is large with a shower.

I stayed in this hotel to live the full Turkestan experience and can only recommend it! I loved my room with harbour-view, very spacious, modern and comfortable.

We stayed two nights at the Karavansaray Khaganate Hotel in Turkistan in late June 2024 and enjoyed it very much.

I stayed in this hotel to live the full Turkestan experience and can only recommend it! I loved my room with harbour-view, very spacious, modern and comfortable.

The room key has caused some troubles because it stopped working after sometime. Also, the emergency exit only opens from outside but there is no warning about that.

Excellent Stay – Exceptional Staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
As a loyal Hilton Diamond member, I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the amazing front desk team at Hampton by Hilton Turkistan.

As a Hilton Diamond member, I want to sincerely thank the fantastic front desk team at Hampton by Hilton Turkistan for their outstanding hospitality.

Good hotel in terms of location, price and quality.

Hotel Khanaka is one of the first in Turkestan and is still relevant. Clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was impressive.

Our stay at this hotel was consistently positive. From our smooth arrival to our departure, we were very well looked after.
· Staff: Extremely friendly and always helpful.

The staff here are very warm and kind, and warmly received the Chinese and Malaysian couples for the global road show and test of their self-driving pure electric vehicle.

A very comfortable and clean room.
Breakfast was nice.
Front desk reception was rather indifferent but correct.

The hotel is great value for money. For those looking for a comfortable overnight stay, this is the best option in Shymkent.

Great small hotel with good prices. Responsive and polite staff. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need. Breakfast is not fancy and doesn't have much choice, but it's delicious.

A very decent, very cozy place, clean, comfortable mattresses, chic staff and administration, breakfast is standard, but very filling - pancakes included, the children are delighted.

Excellent small hotel in the quiet center of Shymkent. Fresh furniture, good repair. Varied buffet breakfast.

Quiet location, varied breakfast, clean simple rooms.

The hotel is simply awesome. Breakfast included. Buffet. Just 10 out of 10. And the restaurant is right there. The cook cooks great. I recommend this place to everyone. Just need to book in advance.

Not bad for short trips. Mini bar is fully loaded. Rooms are big. Just tools a bit old but clean.

Best hotel in the city of Shymkent, great price for the service provided.
Friendly staff, nice breakfast, comfortable room full of essential utilities. Cozy spa&gym, delicious food.

The hotel is very nice. It is built to all standards. We had a great time with my family. ❤️

Rixos Khadisha Shymkent place combines the charme of a vintage hotel with state-of-the-art amenities. Very friendly and professional staff. Quiet environment.

We felt very welcomed from the very first moment, especially with Mustafa showing us around and giving all the useful information for our stay.
There is a great breakfast buffet is a lot of choice.

Nice breakfast with local fruits. Big rooms and nice view for sunrise.

Nice breakfast with a large selection of breakfast foods, good coffee and tea; great spacious rooms and bathrooms, very polite and attentive staff.

The hotel is very good. But I have some issues with pay, because I already put my bank card in booking. Com, bit stuff tell me to pay inside hotel, it's strange because I already pay in booking. Com.

A very centrally located hotel (bus from airport stops other side of the road), absolutely massive rooms and bathroom and spotlessly clean room. The chaise lounge was a nice addition, I thought!

Great hotel in great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and cozy.

Nice rooms, clean bed, rich varied breakfast.

The hotel is in a good location, close to a park and a shopping center, the staff is very polite.

The hotel coffee shop has very good original coffee. And the coffee service is very cool. There is a message or wish on the glass. And it’s interesting what you get.

Most amazing hotel. Turkistan is a bit boring, but that is not the hotel’s fault.

I went here for the breakfast. The buffet had a huge choice, but they didn't have kazi which they had had in the past.

A modern hotel. Small. The room surprised me with its large bed, which filled the entire room. I slept well.

Stayed here for two nights. Hotel was perfectly clean and equipped. No complaints whatsoever. Owner was really helpful. Also allowed hourly checkin with late checkout.

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the city.
Very tasty breakfasts!
The room was great. Equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

A very unusual and pleasant hotel. The design of the rooms and the hotel itself is 5. I liked everything. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and smells nice.

Good hotel. Clean, comfortable. The room has everything you need: especially a kettle and air conditioning. The staff is very friendly. Price/quality ratio 10/10.

The hotel was chosen for us by a travel company.
Our trip to Turkestan was a team trip from two companies. Some of them completed their trip in the evening, but my group was faced with a choice.

Great staff. Basic room but practical. Incredible tasteful and extensive breakfast. Very kind prices.

The room was extremely spacious, large, and clean. The room was well heated and ventilated. The service provided by the staff is beyond expectations. All the staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay at Yassi Hostel. The hostel is very clean, the rooms have air conditioning, and the owner is incredibly friendly and funny.

The owner was incredibly kind, funny, and welcoming. Even though we didn't speak the same language, we somehow always managed to understand each other.

The value is exceptional, however, this is unfortunately its downfall.

Stayed for two nights here in a twin bedroom with shared bathroom. The cleanliness is fine and you can see the cleaning lady working every day.

The accommodation is in a perfect location, right next to all the attractions, yet quieter than the hustle and bustle.

Good location, very close to the main attraction of Turkistan, small but clean rooms with everything you need, shared kitchen with equipment, refrigerators available, so there is a place to store

It is a perfect place to stay. The family that runs it is very nice and always available. Everything is very clean and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. Hot water, good pressure, comfortable beds.

Excellent, clean HOSTEL. For your money it's just great! Downtown. Everything is within walking distance.

Motorcycle safe and secure parking.
Parking on the backside of Hostel, a bit tricky to find at first.

Second night here now, but I might stay longer. It's a very well-kept hostel with helpful staff. Decor is colorful. Location is great.
