Excellent, clean, and warm hotel. The service is top-notch, and the rooms have everything you need! I recommend it.

Excellent hotel. Quiet, clean, newly renovated, everything works. The room has water, tea, soap, and dental kits. The mattress is firm and comfortable, and the bathroom is large with a shower.

I stayed in this hotel to live the full Turkestan experience and can only recommend it! I loved my room with harbour-view, very spacious, modern and comfortable.

The room key has caused some troubles because it stopped working after sometime. Also, the emergency exit only opens from outside but there is no warning about that.

Most amazing hotel. Turkistan is a bit boring, but that is not the hotel’s fault.

I went here for the breakfast. The buffet had a huge choice, but they didn't have kazi which they had had in the past.

The hotel is in a good location, close to a park and a shopping center, the staff is very polite.

The hotel coffee shop has very good original coffee. And the coffee service is very cool. There is a message or wish on the glass. And it’s interesting what you get.

Best hostel in town and the owner is so so kind snd helpful! Clean, AC is great and beds have curtains! 100% recommended.

Hotel Khanaka is one of the first in Turkestan and is still relevant. Clean and comfortable. The atmosphere was impressive.

We stayed two nights at the Karavansaray Khaganate Hotel in Turkistan in late June 2024 and enjoyed it very much.

Front desk reception was rather indifferent but correct.

The hotel is great value for money. For those looking for a comfortable overnight stay, this is the best option in Shymkent.

The new hotel-restaurant complex is located a 5-minute walk from the Mausoleum and Caravan Saray. Quiet, safe. The room has everything you need, clean, shower with hot water.

Hello! Two of us stayed at this hotel from October 22 to October 24. Very nice, clean, beautiful hotel. Although it is far from the center, it is convenient. It is also located in a new microdistrict.

The best thing about this hotel is the size of the room. The building and rooms are brand new, and it feels like nobody has stayed there before. You literally get a one bedroom flat.

Great location. 10 minute walk to the mausoleum of Khoja Akhmet Yassawi. Breakfast included. The price is reasonable. Junior suite for 2x 18, 000 per day. Recommend for stay.
