Hotels in Almaty with a Pool

I stayed at Resident Kazybek Bi Hotel, Almaty for 5 nights, and I can confidently say this has been one of my best stays in the city so far.

Comfortable stay. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly front desk. Breakfast had limited options specially for vegetarians. Overall, nice experience.

I spent 4 nights at Rahat Palace (April 21–25, 2026) during a business trip with key partners, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Our room was super nice with a walk-in shower and large bathroom. The room had an in-room safe, refrigerator, and hot water pot. A large desk area with ample plugs for electrical equipment.

The owners that managed the place are very helpful and friendly, The rooms are very clean and well maintained and the Breakfast Buffet is Really Good. 😁

The rooms and services are too good.
The staff is always happy to help and travels extra mile for helping.
We asked for vegetarian breakfast and they did comeup with the veg options.

We got a very spacious and comfortable suite for a very good price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with mostly local dishes which were very tasty.

Had a lovely stay at the Rixos to celebrate our anniversary. Have stayed at this hotel twice earlier on my birthdays! The hotel is centrally located adjacent to a park.

I had good stay at rixos and from arrival to departure was great experience. Rooms are old style but very good and size is great. Breakfast is must eat. They have everything from spa to pool to gym.

I knew from local people this hotel is 5 stars hotel. I don’t have anything for complain. I just used for slept and breakfast because I went with tour group and I didn’t stayed all day in everyday.

My stay at Hotel Grand Mildom was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was available and are working as well. They aslo had a SPA which was wonderful.

Let’s get one warning out of the way: do NOT take Blue Sky Taxi from the airport.

Excellent stay with the best local sullort from the caretaker. View is just mesmerising. Top view of Almaty.

I really liked my stay in this hostel. Quiet and friendly enviroment. Staff very kind and helpful. Only negative point the position.

It's an old property. Little dining options. The bar serves only 1 type of draught beer. Need to upgrade services like my safe was not operational. Rooms are ok but the tubs are old fashioned.

The hotel is situated at the heart of the city. All the popular places can easily be accessed by here. The rooms are good and the hotel service and food quality is good.

We booked a Comfort room with 2 rooms, with a mini-kitchen, arrived at night, checked into the room, didn't really look at it, went to bed!

Beautiful place. Mountainous part of Almaty, clean air. Cozy place, mountains visible. The territory has everything for relaxation: a heated swimming pool, areas for recreation and sports.

We stayed in a deluxe room, the room had an excellent comfortable mattress and bed. Please add coffee in the room; there was no coffee at all and 3 in 1 coffee at breakfast is not the norm.
