Very nice luxury hotel with friendly well-mannered stuff. Conveniently connected to subway, Hanzomon line, Suitengu station. Right next to Tokyo Air Terminal. They can issue you a Limousine bus ticket & deliver luggage to the terminal. I difinitely recommend this hotel for people need go get to Haneda or Natita airport.

Rooms are very dated. They charge guests USD20 per person to use the pool per day, I find this hard to swallow. Convenient as the subway station is right underneath the building.

Ideally located in the center of Tokyo, close to TCAT, easily to reach from both airport's. The hotel has a subway station in it's basement. The stuff is very helpful in every way possible.

Very accessible to and from the airport via its location close to TCAT. Service is top notch — attentive personnel. Language barrier is not a problem. Location to subway is very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

The makeup chair of the room has been concave to the extent that the butt will be injured, and the other chair is about the same state. Because the location is good, so this hotel has been in the quality has not improved, feel very sorry also very disappointed!

Stayed in a smoke free executive room at the 12th floor, you can see the city line and it has a great view facing the skyway. Nice room features include free use of phone that could provide not only internet access for your stay in Japan but also unli call for Japan and other countries, multiple sockets, IoT controlled lighting, Air filter, etc.

Located right off a subway stop, this hotel is extremely convenient to most places in Tokyo. The staff is wonderful and the hotel provided us a free cell phone to use during our stay. Rooms are spacious for the area and the breakfast buffet was extensive and high quality.

Loved it altogether. Great access to public transportation. You can basically go within the hotel down to the subway. The staff as you know it from Japan are very kind and courteous — they gave me one simple map of the subway lines which was my wee daily bible every day and it's so logical that you are criss-crossing the city easily in no time. Very good location to food district (small bar restro with no pictures or English on menu but the tastiest mega (grilled in front of your very eyes) chicken teriyaki can get). For breakfast just walked across the street to get the local taste of Tokyo morning routine and had a blast every morning — this time menu with pictures. :) I recommend the hotel and would return any time.

Well maintained as in any Japanese places but they have been maintaining it for too long. Needs a thorough refresh.

Nice enough hotel, and yes some rooms are a slightly larger size than average Tokyo hotels — but it's feeling dated now, and really needs a lift and a lick of paint in many places. At time of my stay, the Executive Lounge was being refurbished (which is a good sign overall) meaning the Lounge was moved to a nearby part of the building and not offering quite the same view. However, I feel the price of my stay at the Hotel was too high given the ageing appearance. I hope they refresh it soon, and adjust their prices in the meantime.

The Royal Park hotel is a great hotel with helpful staff. The hotel is located above Suitengumae train station. This was convenient but as the train station was not a major one it was necessary to catch multiple trains. The rooms were a little dated but clean. The buffet breakfast didn’t have the largest selection of food but the food tasted good. Since our room was on the executive level we were able to have free pre dinner drinks and snacks.

A very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Tokyo. The breakfast is good for a vegetarian like me. The rooms are convenient and well laid out.

Good location. A 5-minute walk from several Metro stations, you can reach almost anywhere in the city. Great location. In the hotel itself the restaurants are expensive.

The Hotel is good. Staff is attentive, Dinner agreeable and the rooms are not too badly refrigerated. The main feature is the neighborhood to the city terminal that gets you to all airports. Running is best along the riverbanks.

Wonderful hotel and amazing staff. We stayed on the 16th executive floor and enjoyed the great breakfast for the length of our stay. Everything always tasted above my expectations and the staff was very kind. Our hotel room itself had a great view facing Odaiba. It was quiet and everything was very clean. The bathrooms were very large and the shower with a separate bath was perfect! Loved that the location near T-CAT provided easy access to the subway in the basement and use of the limousine bus makes it quick to get to from Haneda Airport. Our amazing experience has made this hotel the hotel that we will continue to use for the future! We love the Royal Park Hotel and all of it's staff!

Excellent service, good rooms (renovated) with views and the staff is extremely courteous. The location is also very good and is well connected with both the business and leisure related destinations!

Big rooms on top floors. Purely. Useful. Comfortable.

Gorgeous hotel for the area. A lot of English speakers available. Higher floor rooms are enormous for Tokyo. Great location attached to both Subway and bus hub. This place nickels and dimes you whenever possible. Printing boarding passes is at minimum ¥530. No ice machine, ice is considered room service, no vending machines, attached restaurants are comedically expensive. Stay here if you need to be in the area and are able to say No to frivolous charges.

I am fortunate to stay in fantastic hotels around the World. While some hotels may have better facilities than others, and local expectations may differ, I believe the best way to judge the quality of any establishment is the commitment of management and the delivery of that commitment by the staff. Having stayed at the Royal Park multiple times in the past, the quality of the hotel is a good standard for a 4* hotel in Tokyo. However, what sets it apart is the commitment of the staff to an exemplary level of service, most recently demonstrated by the manager Yamamoto-san who resolved a minor issue I had (which to be hoenst was as much due to my confusion as the hotel's) with speed, politeness and outstanding service, even coming to my room to apologize. While I have always been satisfied with the Royal Park due to its comfort, location and facilities, I am now a committed customer due to the service and committment to their guests.

Well appointed, slightly old-fashioned hotel that is very conveniently located right next to the Tokyo City Air Terminal, which makes it an absolute breeze to get to from the airport (particularly if you're coming in on a late-night flight). The location isn't too close to any of the major tourist attractions, but you can access the Suitengumae subway station directly from the hotel basement so it's very easy to get around. The rooms are comfortable, decently sized and impeccably maintained. Don't expect anything too modern and you won't be at all disappointed.

Certainly one of the most beautiful 5 star hotels I ever stayed, great views over Tokyo. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, hotel restaurants offer a wide variety of choices. Totally recommended. 10 out of 10.
