Best Western Plus Doha

The room is too large but it is not clear, having old furniture is ok but it should be well maintained and cleaned. Also there is a night club at 14th floor. We were hearing it from 8th floor. It wasnt unbearably high but was disturbing enough. Bathroom is not clean and towels were left dirty and it caused me goosebumps after that point. Personnel is helpful, reception is responsive. I wouldnt prefer this hotel if I come back Doha since it is loudy and rooms and bed sheets are dirty.

I had a very pleasant stay at Best Western Plus Doha. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff were always polite and supportive. Everything was well organized, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

The place is very accessible. Hands up to all the staff, they are so approachable and hospitable. I really love their food. The rooms are neat and spacious. 10/10 we had so much fun staying here and will recommend this hotel to my friends.

1. We never had a good sleep, because it is too noisy. At first we were living on the 6th floor — couldn't sleep because of all honking taxis coming to pick up people coming out from the night club. 2. Then we were moved to the 10th floor and couldn't sleep because of loud music banging in da club. The clubs are located on the top floor if the same building. Who could possibly think it is a good idea? 3. The pool is not functioning as promised at booking. Com. 4. Beds are ok, but foldable couches are terrible. 5. Heating system was not functioning, so we were freezing there at night. Location is great. Amazing and helpful stuff. But the rest is by far below any reasonable expectation ftom a 4* hotel.

My birthday bash experience in Koronfol Restaurant at Best Western Plus Hotel was amazing and will be a memorable one indeed. The food was superb and the staffs were so friendly and accomodating especially Soula, Sanjay, Siraj, Noor and Elissy. We will definitely come back. The location was at the heart of doha and near Souq Waqif and very accessible as it is near the bus stop.

Excellent hotel to stay and relax. The rooms are clean and spacious good for group of friends or family. They also have complete amenities. The staff are approachable and respectful. Ill never get tired of visiting the hotel. I will recommend this to my friends.

Our stay at Best Western Plus Doha was fantastic from start to finish. The location was perfect, right near metro link stops and arround markets, and the rooms were beautifully designed and very clean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had an excellent variety. A wonderful experience overall.

The food was simply delicious! From the variety of delicious dishes to the expertly prepared seafood, every meal was a treat for the taste buds. The seafood, in particular, was fresh and flavorful, cooked to perfection.

It seems that when this hotel was first built, it was quite good, but now it's been so poorly maintained that it's one of the worst hotels I've seen in a while. The only remaining positives are the convenient location and spacious rooms. Everything else is terrible.
We literally had to wait an entire day for a crib, causing our children to miss their nap. The reception kept promising it would be ready "soon, " but after hours of waiting, nothing happened. I had to complain multiple times, and this cycle repeated from morning to evening.
The room itself was in bad condition, with rusty plumbing, a thick layer of dust and dirt under the bed, and a clump of hair stuck in the drain from previous guests. The sheets and pillows were torn. Room cleaning almost never happened, and I had to ask for fresh water and trash removal. Everything in the room is very old and in desperate need of renovation.
Additionally, there's a bar and a nightclub in the hotel, so at night, the music is very loud, making it difficult to sleep.
This hotel is a shadow of its former self, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Spacious rooms, good ambiance have good service and good for relaxing 😌 I didn’t go in pool 🏊🏻‍♀️ lack of time. Mybe next time but highly recommended. 👍🏻 staying 2 days for my birthday 🎂 @bazooka bar top floor. See you again for sure. 😍

Bad room service and bad reception service as well, you call for room service and you have to wait you whole life.
I got charge 100 qr for a towel cause it was wet.
I don’t recommend it at all, unless they improve.

I had worst experience in this hotel. I had only 10 water bottles for 10 days hotel quarantine that I finished in the 5th day itself. I checked with customer care and they told me that I have to pay extra money for bottle. Worst part is one bottle costs 14 riyal. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends since I had this unpleasant experience. I spend almost 350 riyal per day and my food was very bad.
