Bad room service and bad reception service as well, you call for room service and you have to wait you whole life
I got charge 100 qr for a towel cause it was wet.
I don’t recommend it at all, unless they improve.

I had worst experience in this hotel. I had only 10 water bottles for 10 days hotel quarantine that I finished in the 5th day itself. I checked with customer care and they told me that I have to pay extra money for bottle. Worst part is one bottle costs 14 riyal. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends since I had this unpleasant experience. I spend almost 350 riyal per day and my food was very bad.

I used to visit the Krosswords in best western hotel. I had a very bad experience on yesterday evening. I went to the bar desk for ordering a drink the bar boy who wear a T shirt named Norby is shouting on me. And I ask him why you are shouted he said I cannot hear you and laugh on me. Same happened to me before also but I ignore that. This is the second time. I didn't recommend any of my friends to this bar. This will be my last visit why i'm going this place by giving entry free and taking disrespect of the staffs.

A shame of service, 2 hours waiting for bathrobes that were not in our room! I have talked to the supervisor, and he has been completely inadequate with us, they have not cared for everything we have asked for, it is a shame to pay for a 4-star hotel and have the service of a 1-star hotel, they are not professionals. They have not been able to call us to inform us of anything, we have had to call 4 times! I advise against this hotel for everyone, and I will publish it on all social networks. Shame!

Lovely staff and comfortable environment. Being in the middle of Al Corniche area, it is very strategically located and quite accessible to most tourist attractions.

Poor hotel renovated from a very old hotel. Food is horrible, serving is poor. The only good thing is the club on top. Very nice Filipino band.

Location and facilities are excellent. Room service was little late to respond. Rest everything was very good. We stayed in a deluxe suit which was very luxurious with its layout and furnitures.

Great shuttle service that picks and drops you from the airport. The hotel staff are very friendly and answer all your questions patiently. The menu items are extensive and offer you lots of variety. The room itself was huge, excellent a/c and sound proofing. You really have no idea you are in a busy part of town.

Used this hotel on my trip to US and to describe briefly it has attractive facade, best sound proof rooms from the busy street across, restaurant had a lot of varieties that can not leave you without a choice. Dinner therefore was very memorable. Did not have time for breakfast as we had very early departure flight to ORD. Will visit you one time with my family again.

Situated in Corniche area and this hotel can provide you a very cost effective stay near Corniche. They have got all the amenities. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. Highly recommended.

A good hotel close to the airport and in which we had to stay for a problem of delay in a flight, the rooms are luxury and the restaurant has a buffet more than acceptable.

Our company program was a success here. They served an excellent buffet. Lots of choices & all were tasty. The bedouin tent they put up was very nice. The staff were helpful & attentive. It has also a nice view of the city outside.

Room wasn't clean despite request the staff to clean the room no action. Sink waste pipe was leaking for two no one taken any action it only someone to come up to fix when I was angry over the phone. Window lock was broken and it wasn't locked and all the traffic sound and people chatting you can hear. Breakfast was rubbish no choice of of any egg apart from boil egg. No bread and butter unless you ask them. No proper tea or coffee there was wendding machine for tea or coffee Horrible everything.

All spacious, large rooms also double. Single beds at a square and a half. Comfortable sofas, kitchen too local, little European… however good for those who know how to adjust. Friendly and smiling staff. Very clean environment.
I wanted to congratulate Chef Adil because he was really helpful, an exquisite person besides having made a great pasta bolognese, perhaps better than those that I tasted in Italian hotels. Congratulations to your professionalism.

Scary, the rooms are quite spacious but: missing towels, 1 bathrobe in Double room, the minibar — empty, the empty packages from the predecessor were still in the room. I've added a few pictures once. And in the bathroom it smells uncomfortable. All in all: 1 star.

All this for around £50 per night. Fair enough I was upgraded (according to the desk clerk) but even the first room I had was excellent. Great staff and great amenities. Only given 4 stars as there's a problem with the hot water being like warn at the minute. Would easily book again on my next trip.

Nice room, I was upgraded to a suite… As I was on my own it didn't really matter, and ultimately it just meant I had further to walk to the toilet! The location is ok… 10-15 Min walk to the souk waif and giant pearl.

Big rooms… Nothing luxury but it has all you need with a good location. All is located nearby, specially the "Doha sooq" which can be done by walking. Staff are friendly and it has a good breakfast with lots of typical Arabian food. Recommended for the value/price.

I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel. I don’t think the bedroom floor has been swept in weeks! Room key didn’t work and when I went to reception to get it fixed it still didn’t work. Staff were friendly and it’s an ok location for the airport but they need a new key card system and a vacuum cleaner.

The first good thing is that this is not far from the Airport; around 15mins — 18mins. The window of my room was blurry from outside (dirt streaks), no complimentary slippers and toothpaste available — oversight I guess. Good concierge… and excellent restaurant services. The meals are wonderful with warming restaurant staff!

Door locks and smart card keys have some issues. You have to wait till the some staff to get you inside. Happened few times. TV is a jock. AC wasn't working properly. Water is very hot. It wasn't a nice bathing experience.

Good hotel, good rooms, catering room service can be improved…

The hotel was just OK. The pros… not too far from the airport. About a ten minute drive. The rooms were big and spacious. They do not have designated smoking areas and as such the lobby and elevators were filled with smoke. For a non smoker like myself, the stench was pretty rough. The rooms didnt have any towels at all, but when front desk was informed they sent 1 towel up immediately. Apparently they had a big group of people check in and either ran out. Of towels or. Didnt stock the rooms properly. All in all, it wasnt the best experience, however for a one night stay for a layover, courtesy of the airline, it wasnt bad. I would not pay to stay here though.

Absolutely horrible. Where do I begin with the issues I experienced at this hotel? Firstly, I was supposed to be in a non-smoking room. My entire floor smelled of cigarette smoke. In my room, it was obvious housekeeping did not properly clean. Again in a non-smoking room, I found an empty carton of cigarettes in the closet, and cigarette ash by the mini fridge. To make matters worse, a lot of things were missing. The towels, the remote for the TV, the iron and ironing board and items from the mini bar were missing. Mind you I checked in an hour after the check in time. The sheets had a red residue on it and there was dirty linen in the bathroom. Finally the rude and noisy neighbors. I was woken up at 2:30 in the morning to the sound of someone swiping to get in my room multiple times, pushing on the door and finally knocking, I opened the door, the person said sorry wrong room. This neighbor further kept me up all night with her children running up and down the hallway and slamming doors. I would never stay here again. Pros: Cheep (you get what you pay for), free breakfast Cons: dirty, rude neighbors, items missing (if you do chose to stay here, ensure you note what is already missing)

We ordered food using the room service and took them 45 minutes to deliver. They served the soup without spoon! Big room but dirty windows from both inside and outside. They provided just one set of towels for two guests. Asked to call a taxi for us and they directed us to go in the street to find one. They say that we can exchange money but they don't, told us that they accept foreign currency for payment. Fortunately we stayed there just for a day.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely large room, equipped with all the essentials. Good choice of middle eastern food at the buffet restaurant. Excellent service.

Nice place for staying. Hotel staffs are polite, helpful and always at your service. Room condition is excellent. On the top of it, its Mousikar bar — is a nice place (but expensive! ) to spend time, enjoy native music and drink…

Good ambiance but not satisfied with the behavior and efficiency of the staff.

I have never stayed in a hotel as bad as this, it is like a building site. When I complained about the drilling at 10 in the evening and asked if they could stop it I was told NO! Now it's napping again and when I phone reception I get a promise that they will inform the manager and get back to, I will not hold my breath.

My first night of the 11que've been thanks to a power surge broke out me the charger and the phone. The manager it took to repair without success and according to says the failure not is yours is mine because the iPhone had too many applications… Incredible! I asked if they had not secured the hotel and not have received a response. NEVER AGAIN! I took photos of as already have outlets in the two rooms which was were hanging. Only be concerned of the image in the hall it others is quite precarious for a 4stars.

Holy sh*t — i've been to many crappy hotels in my life, but this one take the nr1 spot over all others. And this coming from a guy who actually slept in cockroach motels. Avoid at all cost.

Worst hotel ever! Do not made the same mistake I made.

Apart from the nice gentleman when I checked in, the hotel was mediocre at best. Only stayed here on a friend's recommendation who said that they had treated her superbly. Tried calling the hotel upwards of 10 times to ask about airport pickup, each time put on hold (while calling internationally) only to have no one answer. When we finally reached someone, was told I'd have to pay for airport pickup (though my friend received complimentary transfer and that was one of my reasons to book here). A group of several foreigners arrived at the same time, in the hotel's van though not traveling together, and said they had been offered complimentary transfer; mine 70qar each way. Room, though requested non-smoking had a lingering cigarette smell, but was adequate despite the smell and non-working television. Room service? For the price, I would have expected more, but received a kid's meal size plate. Overall, wouldn't stay here again, considering for the 400 qar/night price I could easily book elsewhere.
