My experience at this hotel was extremely inconsistent, with the most disappointing aspect being the valet service.
From the moment I arrived, the situation felt chaotic and poorly managed. Despite a clearly visible sign indicating valet service at the entrance, I was abruptly and dismissively told to go park on the opposite side of the property. There was no greeting, no guidance, and no attempt to assist—just a blunt instruction delivered in a rude and unwelcoming tone.
When I questioned this, instead of any explanation or professionalism, I was told, “Just go park there, we don’t park cars here, ” which directly contradicted the purpose of the designated valet area and left me confused and frustrated upon arrival.
This set a very poor first impression and made the entry experience feel disorganized and uninviting, as if guests were an inconvenience rather than being welcomed.
When I later approached reception for clarification, I was informed that parking is only for room guests, which was not clearly communicated at the entrance and feels inconsistent given that the hotel hosts multiple public outlets that attract outside visitors.
In contrast, the outlet (Krossroads) staff were excellent—professional, attentive, and genuinely pleasant—making the front-of-house experience even more disappointing by comparison.
