The entrance is tucked away in the busy shopping and food street that is bustling in the evening. The hotel is excellent choice for my family, while the street is busy, the room is surprisingly quiet.

This house was absolutely amazing the creativity and Attention to detail was First class! It was clean, comfortable, and I think they thought of everything.

The accommodation was very spacious and cozy. There was talk that the location of the accommodation was dangerous for security, but there was no problem when I used it. I am willing to reuse it.

Wonderful place: garden, facilities, amenities and room are absolutely perfect. We had a great time here, thanks to the amazing and thoughtful staff.

I stayed at Oukai Villa Izumi for two nights, and it honestly felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being gently welcomed into someone’s home.

The staff is very friendly and has a cute Shiba Inu.

Spacious rooms with shower and toilet in the unit. Close to Hanazonocho station (10 minutes walk). Everything was clean and tidy.

Good value for the price. Convenience stores and decent restaurants nearby.

Amazing space! We travelled to Japan with 19 people. This was the only accomm we found with common living space so that we could play games and hang out together.

Nice place, rooms are well equipped, washing machine, separate bath, shower are, toilet, separate bedroom, large enough apartment.

Excellent service. Good location near Tsutenkaku and other metro/train stations. The place is sparkling. Highly recommended.

Quite cool idea for a place to rest for the out and abouts. Their biggest room is just 2 twin beds together between the wall and window. Footboard, clothes rack and mirror. Restroom is communal.

It's Airbnb, dividing for 3 house. Tsudoya "BENI" is at the middle.
Cleaning stuff (Russian, we don't know why? ) is somehow late for checking time, they come here after we arrived.

I love this hotel!
I would recommend this hotel, 2mins walking from Shin Imamiya station. That's already so good! And behind the hotel, Don Quijote that opens till 5am. Also one stop to Namba Station.

To be honest I do hope every floor have their own shower room rather than need to go to specific floors. However I must say the hotel room is clean and the sauna also good.
