The hotel is in a nice location, within walking distance of Nara Park. The walk from the train station to the hotel is a bit uphill, but still manageable.
The service is excellent. The hotel offers a free morning tour, including an English tour option, though communication can still be a little challenging at times. Guests can also enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks, plus a lovely library with a beautiful view of Sarusawa Pond and the deer roaming nearby.
The room was a bit cramped, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.
