Place was awesome. Everything was clean and it felt comfortable. Unfortunately it's the other people that stay that make it or break it I find. Everyone has to make a conscious effort to be quiet but I didn't get that experience. Had people talking loudly in the sleeping areas at like 5AM. Or else it's being woken up to different alarms if you're a light sleeper. Other then that it's super convenient and would recommend it if you have a morning flight!

I managed to use the showering facility as a business class passenger on JAL arriving at Narita. You just need to show your boarding pass and you will be passed as bag containing towels and a key to a locker you can store you stuff. This facility is modern/minimal and clean. The shower gels smell great. And I enjoyed the much needed bath especially coming from a red-eyed flight. There is a time limit of 1hr of use but the average person should be able to settle everything in time. This place is not difficult to get to. As you come out of international arrival at T2, head towards the train station and continue walking pass the station through a tunnel right to the end and you will start seeing the minimalistic nine hours emblem and directions. This is a must-have for me and I hope that JAL will continue to offer the program especially when there are no arrival lounges yet.

Fantastic! That's great! A puntazo and wonderful idea the basket with the basic accessories, to me the airline lost my suitcase, with clothes, shampoo and various belongings, so the fact that I was in the same airport, the basket with pajamas and towels and the one that had free shampoo and soap M and saved the day. I would repeat for sure! And also the staff fantastic, although I do not speak Japanese and just English managed to understand thanks for everything.

Perfect for a stop over: either for an early morning flight or a late night flight coming in Narita. Plain and simple for just about what you need but nothing much more than sleep and taking shower. Oh you cannot and are not expected to make any noise. If you have a little more time then, staying in Narita station will be a better choice for you and your company.

Landed at Narita airport at 9:30pm and planned to head out to Kyoto the next morning, so I stayed here for one night. It was clean and quiet, and exactly what my jetlagged self needed. The mattress and pillow was a bit hard and the maintenance staff wasn't necessarily the friendliest, but the location was easy to get to within the airport (by shuttle to Terminal 2), the lockers were big enough for my suitcase, the toilets/showers were super clean, and the capsule speaker played this soothing wave sound/white noise that made the whole "Woah, I'm in Japan! " experience surreal. Great for night-time layovers or late/early arrivals/departures.

Super super cool hotel. The location is great when you've a flight early morning and you prefer to wake up and not be in a rush in trains to Narita from Tokyo (which take about 1 hour). As a couple, upon check-in each one go to the other direction so make sure to scatter your clothes between the luggage you've with your colleague. Bathroom is nice, clean and private. A bit slippery when you come out so be aware. The capsule itself is super spacious and you won't feel in tiny bed. You have ocean sounds and power outlet for your phone. The capsule itself isn't locked but only a curtain. The only thing I didn't like is that during morning time I heard already the staff cleaning other capsule. I'd really appreciate they will wait to around 9-10 so people can take their nap much longer if they can…

Staying here for 2 nights, I barely speak Japanese and some staff does speak English even if they barely speak any they try their hardest and o try my hardest and we can have a short conversation. Staff is really nice. Everyone is really respectful to keep the capsule part quiet which is amazing, pods are really comfy and roomy overall a really calm environment, great place to stay between flight. Showers are really good and washrooms as well. It is cleaned daily and cleaned well. My only issue is with how warm a pod can get and how thick the given sleepwear is, it can get really warm. Still great though in the pod you can change lighting and have white nose ehocj you can change brightness and volume respectively.

Reasonable price, good service, close location of international terminal. But a little noisy.

I stayed here for an overnight layover from 12/21-12/22. It took me a while to find it, but once I was checked in my stay went smoothly. Several amenities were provided and the capsules were more spacious than I thought they'd be. The ambient lighting and the ocean sounds in the capsule were comforting and much appreciated! The only downside is that there aren't any restaurants nearby outside the terminal if you get hungry, but they do have a vending machine for drinks placed near the main entrance (I was too tired from my flight anyway, so I just slept through the hunger). If I had another short overnight layover in Narita I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The nearby location to the airport is great, and the fact you get a toothbrush, a large gown that actually fits and shower gel/conditioner/body gel is great. The capsules are also reasonably comfortable and roomy for a capsule hotel. Cons: The walls between the capsules are thin so if some guests decide to talk outside your capsule it can be hard to sleep. Also only one plug is provided, which was a bit annoying when I wanted to charge my spare batteries. Though I suppose there isn't enough room for more than one plug!

For what it is. Cheap and convenient. I don't think I could have handles more than 1 night though. Was great to be able to stay at the airport without struggling to get into Tokyo so late at night by the time I found the post office and place to get my rail pass. An experience worth trying.

Extremely convenient for a length lay-over or to make sure you're close to the airport for an early morning flight. Staff were welcoming and friendly, all amenities were spotlessly clean. The lockers for suitcase storage were more than large enough. The capsule itself was so comfortable, I was worried wouldn't be able to sleep but I slept so well I missed my check out time by 30 minutes! The Wi-Fi had a strong connection, good phone reception even in the pods. The one improvement I would make it having USB chargers in the pods for cellphones, my phone was on 35% but I was only in Tokyo for 6 hours between flights so I hadn't bought an adaptor. Having USB chargers in the pods would be that extra little detail to really make it perfect.

It looks the way it is from the picture. Its makes you feel futuristic. Check in is super easy. They give you a gown, slippers, and towel, and keys. The locker room you receive is large and fits all of your luggage. Its like twice the size of a high school locker and much deeper. Straight ahead are bathrooms which have airdryers. Also, the showers have conditioner, shampoo, and body wash. Inside the capsule, you have one plug to charge. Also a music box that plays relaxing sounds to sleep. Its exactly what you'd expect. I love it.

Nine hours Narita Airport Bersih, tenang, nyaman dan murah. Hotel ini cukup unik dan berlokasi di dalam area Bandar Udara Internasional Narita. Saya pilih hotel ini karena jadwal flight saya pagi. Meskipun "kamar" yang disediakan tidak biasa namun kebersihan, ketenangan dan kenyamanan dari hotel ini sangat memuaskan. Ada tiga bagian utama dalam hotel ini yaitu koridor ruang ganti dan loker, koridor shower room dan toilet dan koridor kamar kapsul. Setelah cek in dan menerima kunci loker dan alat mandi kita masuk dalam koridor ruang ganti dan loker. Tas koper dan barang bawaan lainnya harus diletakkan di dalam loker pribadi dengan kunci masing-masing yang cukup memuat 1 koper ukuran paling besar, 1 koper ukuran cabin dan beberapa tas kecil lainnya. Untuk menjaga kebersihan dan kenyamanan kamar kapsul kita hanya diijinkan untuk makan dan minum di koridor ini. Dari koridor ruang ganti dan loker kita masuk ke koridor shower room dan toilet. Shower room dan toilet tersedia berderet seperti layaknya pada jaringan fitnes center, terpisah dengan koridor kamar. Kebersihan shower room dan toilet sangat terjaga. Sudah tersedia shower gel, shampoo dan conditioner di setiap shower room. Bagian terakhir yaitu koridor kamar kapsul yang sangat hening, nyaman dan kondisi temaram. Kamar-kamar kapsul ini berderet memanjang dalam satu sisi koridor yang terdiri dari kamar atas dan kamar bawah.

Every capsule has a power socket. One should bring earplugs in case your direct neighbours are snoring. I slept very well.

After reading the other reviews, I think I must've gotten lucky — I was in top capsule. I slept great! The nice ocean sounds were great and calming. This place was exactly what I needed for a simple place to rest my head before a flight. The only annoying thing was leaving all of your clothes in the locker and you also had no where to buy any food or drinks once you entered — but you can always just walk out to a vending machine a little bit away.

Oh good god do not stay here unless you have ear plugs and are not bothered by your bed rocking like a sailboat. There are no doors on the capsules and the staff and patrons walk and talk openly, not to mention the snoring everywhere. When someone goes into an upper capsule near you, your bed rocks. As you can imagine there is no security without a door. Anyone could grab anything or you in the capsule while you are sleeping. There is also no power in the capsules so your phone will be dead when you start your day. This is a great idea but terrible execution. Really terrible execution.

Fancy hotel near the airport.

Very clean and organized. They gave you a bag with pajamas and toiletries to carry around. My flight was delayed for an hour so I arrived late, and I had no problem with checking in. I checked in first to keep my big luggage in the locker first, then I was given a number coin in exchange for my key, to head out to the 7Eleven for my dinner at 11pm. Good place to stay for the night, except for the pillow. Mine was a "hole" in the center, so I tried to lean on the sides for some support for my head.

I like this place. If it were in terminal 1 I would stay here more often. The way it is unfortunately it is in terminal 2, outside of security, two floors down from the arrivals hall. So as much as it would be a great option to go between flights on a long layover, the dayrooms inside the secure area are a better option. Use this hotel if you're staying overnight. My rate for overnight was ¥7000 which at this time is a little over 60 dollars. Some of you expressed concerns about the size. Its basically a full to queen size bed with more than enough room for a large American adult male to sit upright with no issues. You should only really encounter problems if you're over 6'2 or so. Hope this helps!

Very convenient, very clean, like all capsule hotels, noisy, non-respectful customers are not welcome. There are no removers products, cotton make-up remover or cotton swabs on the spot … A little flat.

Before leaving, be at the airport to eat the last meal!
MAPO tofu package, not very hemp, slightly Sweet, the tofu itself is very fragrant; a sister, say, Yokohama where the‘spicy tofu’more delicious! That bowl of ramen is there for you!
Will come again.

From the city too far to the Luggage too much to ride the subway too tired to take a taxi is too expensive.

It! Unfortunately no night flights, so some flights must be early on departure! Of course, the reason is afraid of the impact of night time the ground people the rest! Maybe in the future there will be a better sound deadening material, and then the government to subsidize a way of giving back to the surrounding tenants, I do not know feasible?
