A standard airport hotel, featuring a shuttle bus connection every 30 minutes or every hour (depending on the hour). The connection to the airport is about 10 minutes. Big rooms, although maybe a bit old. Check-in takes a bit of time because almost all guests arrive at the same times (when buses from the airport arrives) and therefore queues are formed. As expected from an airport hotel, it also has a gift shop and two restaurants (one buffet and one a la carte). When we stayed, there was also a barbecue dinner option at the gardens.

My flight got delayed a day and the airline put me up in this hotel. It was perfect. There was a shuttle from the airport, they had a shuttle bus to take you into Narita city to shop or eat. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Enjoyed the location near the airport, the pool (though you have to pay 1000yen for it). Spacious rooms, in the room you can use a dressing gown in the Japanese style, free to drink tea and coffee. In the lobby on the ground floor there is a shop where you can buy relatively inexpensive food, as well as various souvenirs.

The worst of the worst. The food is disgusting. All the money: fitness and the pool. Staff don't know English well.

The location of the hotel was super convenient! The service was super nice and the room was excellent as well. We stayed in a quadruple room with 4 beds. There wasn't too much space outside of the beds. Two of the beds were twin sized. Overall though it was just what my friends and I needed for a quick stay by the airport! The free shuttle was also a plus.

Nice rooms, everything you need. Ours had an awesome view of the airport runway. Don't worry, double glazing prevents noise. A free shuttle will take you from Narita airport to the hotel and back again. Lacking in character, but remains a nice clean place to rest your head.

A hotel a little dated which the corridor is quite noisy. Nice for a short stopover but absolutely not planned for a long stay.

We spent the night before our return flight at the Narita Tobu Hotel. Getting from the airport to the hotel as well as the next morning back to the airport was no problem with the free and punctual shuttle bus. The journey takes about 10 minutes. For wheelchair users, it should be noted that the buses are not accessible for disabled people. Unfortunately, our room was very poorly insulated and we could only sleep badly because of noise on the aisle. Our room in the East Wing looked pretty old-fashioned despite renovations. The bed was hard, as usual in Japan. The cleanliness was very good for that. There is a small supermarket in the hotel.

Nice staff, clean and basic hotel. Can get a shuttle bus (free of charge) from Narita Airport and back. Nice beds as well.

Solid hotel. Pretty Western. No surprises (none wanted at an airport hotel). Note 1: Airport shuttle runs every 30 min. Starts pretty early. Pretty quick. It's a full fledged bus. Free. To go from terminak 2/3 we waited at bus stop 25. Any information person at airport can confirm quickly which bus stop you need to wait at. Note 2:. Hotel is big. Has its own souvenir store and grocery store and I think a couple dining options. Breakfast is not continental. Note 3:. There is a pool and hot tub but there is $10 entrance fee (probably why it was empty). Note 4:. Rooms are solid. Only qirk was air conditioning which was flaky.

Very convenient hotel with shuttle to the airport and to go to Narita city.

The hotel is located conveniently near the Narita airport. My flight from Chicago departed very late. I missed all means of transportation to my city by the time I reached Narita airport (option to hire a taxi was available but it's super expensive). I got a list of hotels from the information desk. I checked for the availability of room by ringing the hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle service between the Narita airport and the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful. Room charge was very reasonable. I booked a room with two beds option with roughly 11-12K JPY.

The hotel offers a very good service. Price-performance is top! The breakfast is also good. Buses depart every hour to the airport. The journey takes only a few minutes. The rooms are clean and spacious. Only the bathroom could be better. Fingerprints and stains on the metal outcurses were seen. The sink could also be cleaned properly. For one night it's great.

We needed a last minute place to stay since our flight was delayed. It was affordable and easy to get to. Shuttle buses run frequently from both terminals. As for the hotel, the staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Amenities were just what we needed and then some. Thank you!

Pretty good spot if your looking for fairly reasonable Airport hotel. The bus is easy to find and very efficient, like most things in Japan. Its very regular and on time. Rooms are small like usual, but fine. Beds were a little hard however. But still pretty good. Breakfast was busy, but I think its just because we timed it with a Chinese tour group, which was unlucky. Overall very good and we would stay here again for the price.

Booked a quadruple for two nights. The room was spacious, came with a free mobile phone for personal use, and a full size bathroom. It's a bit of a walk to get to anything in the area, but there are free shuttles to the airport, from which you can quickly link up with the amazing Japanese rail system. If I could have stayed the full duration of my trip here, I would; there are few places that can comfortably accommodate four in a single room.

The staff should be a little more relaxed and much less formal…

The expensive restaurant for the Q offers.
We paid 1000 yen per head for a gym in the prehistoric era.
If you have people it is only because you are next to the airport.
would not return or free.

The rooms are good and they are cheap but they stick you in the food.

A wonderful experience so far. I am here for a few day layover before I go to Osaka, and the service has been lovely, everything is very clean, and all the staff are very accommodating. I have nothing bad to say! Very wonderful price too!

Great hotel, we found kindness and professionalism, clean rooms and rich in comfort. Full availability of staff to specific needs, with the possibility for those who require guided visits to nearby Narita. Great dinner and Breakfast! Very recommended.

The room is spacious and the bed is big. Although the hotel is old, it's well maintained. The staff speaks English as well, so we have no issue understanding the information from the staff when we checked in. Look forward to the next visit to this hotel. Very close to the airport. And there is free shuttle service at the airport T1&2 to the hotel.

It is very well located, the transport from the airport to the hotel is free and as much with shops for tourists.

The room is good, clean and comfortable, also calculate the shuttle, the price is reasonable, have the bus to the airport, one hour two classes, noon only one class, the hotel has meal 㕔 and the canteen, but there are no restaurants or shops around.

It is a perfect hotel to rest after landing in Tokyo.

I got there by car and it took me five minutes.

This hotel is very spacious and comfortable. They have a shuttle to take you too and from the airport which is very quick and nice. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast buffet looked nice but was rather pricey. Overall a nice hotel if you have an early morning flight out of Narita.

Very comfortable hotel: Given the location close to the airport I recommend it if you have to take the flight early in the morning. Convenient the shuttle to and from the various terminals.

The location is perfect thanks to the transportation services between the hotel and the airport terminals.

A pleasant space that allows to be in transit and to be able to shop at prices not very excessive compared to the other airport.

Rooms unexpectedly spacious for the type of hotel, and also very clean, courteous staff, free shuttle service (the hotel is only 10 min from the airport) and more than reasonable price.

Everything was good! Except the scrambled eggs. Don't get the scrambled eggs.

Convenient location within walking distance from airport rail and bus transportations. Indoor pool and gym. Restaurant and bar in hotel. Business center as well as gift shop.

The room was huge and there were speakers that filled the room with configurable music. The staff was very nice and always ready to help. The hotel was near the Terminal 1 at Narita Airport (NRT)

Good place to stay overnight before a long flight. The prices are the way more reasonable when comparing to hotels in Tokyo.

East wing is not terribly nice, stayed in the West wing about a month ago and it was much nicer. Breakfast buffet is average, nothing to race about. There is a regular free bus transfer to and from the airport which is nice.

Very good Western Hotel. Very well kept, welcome. A nice view of the airport tracks. The interest of this hotel lies mainly in its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle every 15 min.
Despite this proximity we did not feel any noise from the planes. Icing on the cake: there is a souvenir shop in the lobby of the hotel for the last purchases before the flight!

Just a short shuttle bus right away from Narita International Airport, this hotel was great for a overnight stay before a short haul flight to another Japanese city. Rate was reasonably priced. Room was adequately sized, better than the average rooms you'd find in Tokyo. Other than that, nothing to write home about. Age of the place showed in the paint and decor. Bed was on the hard side.

Very dated interior and everything felt like it needed s good clean. That being said there were friendly staff and it's the cheapest upmarket hotel close to the airport. With buses leaving everything 15 minutes from the airport is quite easy to get to.

In Nrt Tobu Airport Hotel, Vietnamese were respected. When someone wanted to meet me, reception was not me, and say I didnt know, although he is japanese. I know someone Vietnamese are not good but don't think every are same.

Perfect to as Near as possible at the airport overnight. Large rooms with plenty of space, what in Japan at this price otherwise not present. Great, I found the Convenience Store in the ground floor. The Hotel has much more to offer, what however, I did not use and therefore cannot judge.

What kind of hotel doesn't borrow adapters. And the front desk person had a terrible attitude. In addition, you need to purchase at least 1000 Japanese Yen to use credit card at the convenient store in hotel. Even the bedding of the room looked too old and felt rough. Such a miserable place. Do not stay here!

Currently in my room enjoying the view. Such a clean and friendly hotel. English friendly and while the restaurant is a bit pricey for my blood, the gift shop has all types of goodies that are kind to the wallet. Great hotel and staff, staying here will be well worth it. :).
