Excellent place to stay in Japan. Loved everything about the room. The room was small, but in the usual Japanese way they accounted for everything and it was just a fantastic room. Very very pleased, if I’m in town I will certainly shop around for this Hotel.

Nothing to say about cleanliness, well-organized room, well-presented restaurant, various menus. Cheap price, I made a stopover and I m installed a inn hotel… well I got satiated by the service of the hotel team!

The new 3rd New Pavilion, which is near Narita Airport for early flight, receives a personal or a number of group guests or an official website of about 1. Hall 2nd Reception Travel Agency Group guest 1 floor and a new Lawson can be purchased.

It is a nice hotel for this category. The rooms were clean. There is a convenience store inside the hotel working 24 hours. The breakfast selection was poor. The room was small but well organized, with space to put luggage under the bed.

Much larger rooms in a great location, does not lose its distinctive characteristics.

Very nice room and breakfast. Many things were available with English translation, except for the A/C controller. The Wi-Fi for our room was difficult to acquire, but the staff at the reception desk were able to help us get it figured out. I liked pretty much everything about our experience.

Free shuttle. Check in was quick. Very roomy but dated. No shuttle to mall or town. No restaurant nearby. Only Lawson. Recommend taking shuttle back to airport to eat.

Excellent option if you have to stay in the area of the Narita airport, attention very good and breakfast excellent. Very comfortable rooms.

Rooms are big compare with those in downtown Tokyo. Hotel had just renovated a second building. If you arrive Narita at the late evening or going to depart in the early morning, it is an ideal place to stay for one night. Shuttles services are provided between hotel and Narita Airport from 05:30a. M. Until midnight. Complimentary breakfast are also included.

Great front desk and check — in staff. My room was very clean and nice. The morning breakfast was great. I look forward to staying there again soon.

Clean and comfortable room on the 13th floor with city view. Staff who speak English well. Slight lack of organization regarding my baggage that had been sent to the hotel, the employee did not find them in the room, it was I who had to help him to look for them.

Good Hotel! The location is excellent. In the city of Narita there is a beautiful Buddhist temple Narita-san.

The Toyoko in is a cozy place to stay not too far from Narita Airport. The rooms were small by American standards, but definitely beat out staying in a capsule. It was very affordable and even included breakfast, which is a nice touch. The maintenance and cleaning staff have done a very nice job keeping everything spotless. As for the check-in desk, they spoke a fair amount of English and were helpful in disclosing all of the features of the Inn. They also include a shuttle to and from the airport which is extremely nice to have. The Inn also has a Lawson's conveniently located within just by the check-in desk to buy anything you might need. Overall a nice place to stay if you are looking for a place to stay the night, especially if you have a flight the next day.

Comfortable, spacious and clean. Provides utensils for personal hygiene, has a fridge, kettle and even a safety deposit box. The breakfast buffet is the best.

Close to the airport, shuttle free. Comfortable rooms. The breakfast selection is small but adequate.

I always stay here before I fly out amd if my flight gets there late. Love free breakfast. If you arrive im theiddle of the day, there is no free shuttle. You need to take taxi amd will cost more than 20$ for only a mile or so.

Rooms were very clean, all amenities were catered for and staff are very friendly. A late check out service would be a nice touch though, especially when flying out at 9pm, have to be out of room by 10AM. However they will look after your gear at the lobby until you leave so as to let you explore Narita during the day.

Nice, quiet and convenient! Very close to NRT Airport. In typical Japanese fashion, single room is tiny, but seemed larger than others nearby. Friendly, helpful staff and quick check-in. In room hot pot, desk and flat screen HDTV. A Lawson's convenient store located in the lobby is very convenient! Fast free Wi-Fi & free BIG airport bus are always a big plus! Will stay here again.

No restaurant in the hotel for economy guests. They do however offer complimentary breakfast for all guests. Room are fine; everything you might need for a short stay. Kind of in the middle of no where, there is a convenience store nearby and a japanese restaurant. 20min walk to the airport. 5min free shuttle bus to airport; earliest bus is 0455. Taxi is roughly ¥800 to the airport.

The hotel is overlooking the runway, if you are lucky.

It is what you expect it is: an airport hotel with low room price. It is 5 minutes far from terminal 2. The room are big, clean, with air condition and free Wi-Fi. I can t talk about breakfast because my flight was very early. The staff speaks a good english. Near the hotel there is a restaurant named: arigaton. It s a good restaurant!
