More like five stars than four. Everything is there and everything is at a high level.

Super pleased. The service was amazing. Staff were helpful and spoke English well. (Japanese is fine too but it was still nice to have people who could actually speak English to a proper standard) Buses too and from lobby were very convenient. The hotel room was clean and tidy. Will definitely be back if I ever head to Narita again.

This hotel is very service oriented. The staff are all extremely courteous and efficient. My room included a kimono, tea and coffee, some chocolates, free water, and plenty of space. Be aware the journey from Narita via the free shuttle bus is about 30 minutes. The only downsides were the water shower pressure in combination with a loose cloth shower curtain which turns the bathroom into a water park, and a lack of electrical outlets.

After 11 days in rooms — Loculo, finding a large and comfortable room closer to our habits was fabulous. Very nice Room and hotel environments, the only flaw are the old bathrooms and poorly cared For. The judgement is still very good.

The California Restaurant serves delicious food at a reasonable price, and the service is excellent. Or hotel room had everything that you could need for a comfortable stay. Reception and the shuttle staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Extremely friendly staff both at the desk and in the restaurants, all spoke English. But, the hotel and the rooms are dated, especially the bathrooms. Overall very clean. Transportation to and from the airport was very easy (free bus, check the hotel website for info) though took nearly 30 minutes.

Very nice hotel. Quite large with sprawling gardens and outdoors area. Tennis courts. Outdoor pool and sunbathing area. Indoor pool. Multiple restaurants and cafes on site. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Cherry blossoms in bloom while we were there.

Was only here for a few hours. Shuttle bus to the airport is nice, room was good. No complaints but didn't immediately seen to excel at anything.

The location is 30 minutes from the airport. It's old and no heater in room. Other restaurant is far away. Need to eat in the hotel. Easy to go to Narita airport because there is free shuttle bus. Tasty breakfast available.

Adequate and reliable hotel, but better options nearer to the airport or in Narita if you enjoy getting out and exploring. This property is quite isolated. Regular transit provided to the airport but it is a bit sporadic into Narita. Public transit available outside the hotel on the main street if you enjoy a bit of an adventure but remember you pay when you disembark. Fare about 480 yen. Nice bar and good restaurant in the hotel along with excellent staff. Rooms are clean and well designed. The heating/cooling is a bit finicky.

A hotel like another but very nice staff.

Excellent accommodation for stays near the airport, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, summer swimming pool, gym, currency exchange. Free shuttles A/R to reach the Airport, the Kensei Station and The nearby AEON shopping malls also include tax free and restaurants. From the hotel depart bus to Tokyo station, from where it is possible to reach all points of interest with the Metro, at a price of 1460 yen for adults and 730 yen for children, duration of the route about 1hr and 30 '. From the hotel on foot you reach the village of Narita and at 10 '/20 ' on foot there are restaurants and shops such as "Uniqlo" or "Daiso" or the large and stocked supermarket "Naritaya".

I have stayed at the hotel several times now, usually when I have to travel or collect guests from the airport, and the hotel has been fantastic every time. The rooms are clean and fresh and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is always a great way to start the day after staying overnight. The shuttle to and from the hotel is a life saver too. It only runs once an hour though, so be sure to give yourself enough time to get to it.

I wouldn't award this hotel the 4 starts that it currently claims it has. The rooms are old and lack amenities that every 4 and 5 star hotel has in 2017 (a coffee machine not instant coffee). The rooms heat is centrally controlled so unless you like sleeping with the window open expect a sweaty night. The gym is small and the equipment is old. I am being generous giving this hotel 3 stars. They have a shuttle bus to the airport, Marita station and the mall. It seems like the hotel is mainly used by airline crew and staff.

The building was only 11 floors and I was on the top floor with a nice view over a lush green area. I was also able to watch the sunset! SWEET! The staff here was very nice and accommodating. After I took my 3 trains to make it back to Narita Airport I went to the shuttle pick-up point for the hotel and the shuttle was right on time for the 12:40 pick-up time posted on the sign. The shuttle driver was very nice grabbed my luggage and we were off. I was going to help him when we got to the hotel he said no you go I will get a cart and take this. Check-in was easy. My room wasn’t ready yet (I assume because of all the pilots and crew checking out) so I ate at the hotel restaurant. Not my cup of tea but my food opinion doesn’t count for much. When I came back to check in he asked what time my flight was. I told him and he instantly said he would extend my checkout time so I could stay at the hotel until closer to my flight. Yay! I really enjoyed my stay at the Radisson. It is easy access to the airport and the free airport shuttle is great!

Lovely hotel about 25 minutes by shuttle bus from Narita Airport. Staff were very nice, the bar and restaurant have good food. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The only down side is there nothing close by. So you need to take a shuttle bus.

Nice hotel with a champion sports bar, good happy hour price for beer. Just a bit far from Narita airport and Narita village/train station. Nearest super market Tomasito is about 10 mins walk.

A very nice hotel at NRT Airport. Breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh options, but it was also a steep price. However, dinner at beer at the hotel bar/lounge restaurant was a bargain and good food too. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Hotel offered a bus to Tokyo center which was efficient and fair priced. A pleasant stay I had.

This place is great and convenient to the airport. We began and ended our journey to Japan at this hotel and it was a good choice. The restaurants seemed above average for an airport hotel.

My first time at this hotel. While it is a 30 minutes bus ride from the airport, it is a very nice hotel. My favorable impressions include the beautiful grounds, the larger than normal rooms, the excellent buffet, and the above average customer service. Everyone went out of their way to assist and make my stay enjoyable. I appreciate that they called me 10 minutes before my airport shuttle to confirm/remind me that I was leaving at that time. My only issue was that I couldn't connect to the internet in my room. But the next day at breakfast, it connected just fine. Maybe a one time glitch? One more note is that this seems to be a flight crew hotel. A lot of international air staff. I will consider coming here again.

Good hotel with free shuttle to/from the airport & to/from Narita where you can catch train to Tokyo. Or you you can use shuttle survice (surcharge) from the hotel to Tokyo directly. Rooms clean and service proffesional and fast.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Certainly the nicest Radisson, by far. We stayed one night at the end of a short trip to Tokyo to shorten our trip to the airport the day before we left. Our top floor room had a gorgeous view. Although a bit smaller than usual rooms in the US, this room was immaculately clean and exceptionally quiet. We didn't hear one sound while in the room. Typical exceptional Japanese service from the check-in, the bellman who showed us how everything worked and where it was in the room (and was the only person who accepted a tip during our whole trip, although I didn't offer anyplace else except the restaurant at the hotel). We had a light lunch and walked around the beautifully groomed grounds which had two nice carpet tennis courts. Dinner and lunch were really pleasant surprises. Both were extremely good buffets that were quite reasonable. The clean and on-time shuttles we took to and from the airport made this last day and night in beautiful Japan a nice, restful time to recover from trying to see too much of the beautiful country. And the free Wi-Fi was some of the best we had the whole trip.

A perfect distance from Tokyo to be close but also in the country side. There is bus transportation to get you anywhere you need to go. Staff speaks English very well and is very polite and will help with anything they can. We would love to go back!

Not the nearest hotel to the Narita airport, but the hotel provides a free excellent and reliable shuttle bus /coach service. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms clean, plus generous breakfast buffet. Good Wi-Fi in rooms. Didn't get time to walk around the hotels extensive gardens. Highly recommended.

There's good reason flight crews stay at the Radisson. A great over-night stay if you are arriving late in the day at Narita or leaving very early in the morning. Breakfast buffet is very good. Coach to/from the airport is comfortable and much easier than dragging your luggage throughout the train system.

Excellent hotel. Caters to the Airline crews, but rooms are comfortable in the tower and the hotel staff are extremely nice.

Great hotel for overnight stay before or after your flight to NRT. Complimentary shuttle bus from airport to the hotel is a nice addition. Hotel is huge. Two pools (indoor and outdoor), kids play room, business center… They offer complimentary bus to the nearby shopping mall, which is also nice. The management is very proactive and helpful in non standard situations. Rooms are reasonably sized (on the bigger side for Japan).

This hotel was fantastic. I can not say enough good things about my stay. The staff was extremely helpful to us being English only speakers in Japan. They were very polite, courteous, and attended to our every need. Any time day or night the staff was available and willing to help enjoy our stay. The hotel itself was very beautiful, clean and inviting. We utilized the coffee bar a few times before we went out, the California Restaurant buffet breakfast once, and the ala carte menu before closing for dinner once. The food was excellent and the kitchen and wait staff were wonderful. The housekeeping crew was also excellent, we always had everything stocked in our room and the room was in excellent shape after we had been out all day. Excellent accommodations, fantastic staff. I would encourage any on my friends traveling to stay here. We stayed for 6 days and had the time of our life.

Standard American hotel. Compared to all other hotels in Japan, the rooms are huge. There's a free shuttle from the airport.

Enjoyed our stay here, was only for 2 nights, but it was comfortable, and the view was cool. Can't comment on breakfast, but the shuttle to the airport and Narita was very convenient.

Excellent staff, restaurant, and bar. Outdoor pool, as well as indoor pool and spa. Decent weight room. It is a little remote, but the bus service provided by the hotel works well. Further, there is a well-run city bus. It's Japan after all.

No place to parking, every one force to valet parking and charge $30 per night, I feel was ripped off.

Box like, cozy and very warm, literally. Arrived for overnight stay prior to flight to us. Everything was closing down for the night. Good thing I got my Marriott rewards so I got the night free.

Well, the waiter was very patient, I asked if any hot milk, they were to separate in order to heat a cup of Nice, gastritis made me very warm for the journey.

Stay twice in April 2009 This hotel is one of the cheapest in the Narita Airport Area but is actually far away from the Airport (for obscure reasons, there is no hotel inside the Narita Airport facilities surrounded by ultra tight security measures as opponents of the Airport seem to be still very active) so it takes roughly 30mn to go from/to the airport. Also, be warned that shuttle service from/to the airport is very reduced as it runs every 30mn and sometimes every 1h. Shuttle scheduled times can be found on the hotel web site. The new Narita Rapid Railway scheduled to open in 2010 will radically change the issue as central Tokyo by new Skyliner express trains with a maximum speed of 160 km/h will travel on this new line between Tokyo's Nippori Station and Airport Terminal 2 Station in 36 minutes avoiding all traffic jams. The basic rate was ¥8.500 for 2 adults + 1 kid (9 years old). In reality, you must add an extra bed for ¥4.000 + dinner (buffet ¥7.000) + breakfast (buffet ¥7.500) for a total of ¥27.000. The rooms are rather small but clean. Please note that there is a free Wi-Fi connection from lobby and restaurant but not in rooms (cable connection only) which is rather odd.
