Helpful, friendly staff, courtesy bus. Clean, comfortable rooms & beds, quiet location but only short walk to some cafes. Good for transit passengers. Often have good deals on booking sites.

This place is old. Out dated. In the middle of no where. Hi bar, crappy breakfast. And crappy resultant that closes at 9 pm. Asked about food and was told to go to convenience store. Wth?

Free shuttle service at fixed times to the village and aeon mall. Small gift shop in the hotel. Larger convenience shop located just outside the hotel. Rooms are small but comfortable. The floorboards are wooden you must walk with light steps in order not to stomp. Sufficiently stocked toiletries. Small fridge available for use. No minibar in the rooms.

Quite dated on the interior but fully functional Excellent front desk staff and very helpful. Got all the required and what to expect amenities in the room. Clean and comfortable Enjoy your stay.

It's a nice hotel. It's all about quality. Buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are cozy, clean. The staff are polite and responsive. There's a gym. Jacuzzi is on the street, so in bad weather you can not use. There's no pool. Flight attendants practically all airlines stop here. In general I recommend.

Clean and functional. Normal-sized bathtub/shower. Restaurant. Next to walking trails that go up a hill. Next to small rice paddies, then the city of Nastia. About 15 minute walk to the Temple… 25 minutes to the two train stations downtown. Reasonable price. Shuttle to the Narita airport.

About 15 minutes away from the airport, to catch the machine, this is a good choice, the price is reasonable, many machine flight attendants have chosen to stay in this overnight, is a good place to eye.

Kindly provide again guest with rental bicycle, Tq. Years back, still remember riding hotel bicycle around this area.

Good place to rest for a night or two. Location is good. Shuttle service provided to airport, Aeon mall, train station and village.

Tourist standard hotel. Hotel staff are courteous and helpful. Rooms are clean and equipped with boiler and toiletries. Room is spacious. Guest lifts are small so be prepared for longer waiting time if big group of tourists checking in/out of hotel. There is a 24/7 Am/Pm convenient store in front of hotel about 150m away. Scheduled shuttle buses are available to airport, Aeon shopping mall and train station. Need to be conversant with the bus schedule. When at these places awaiting to return to hotel or otherwise, make sure board the right bus. Overall, not grand but comfortable stay.

I do not know about all the rooms, but the room given to me was too small. In addition to that I heard, all the rooms are equipped with two single beds which are very small. This is the only hotel I have seen which does not give complimentary water. If they do so, it is limited only for 2 small bottles. All the rooms are equipped with this particular power sockets, which are not the standard. These only can be seen in Japan and you have to beg for an additional socket for your standard devices. If you’re lucky and it’s available you can have one from the front office. Otherwise, you have to buy one on your own. Free shuttle services are available at the given times.

Hotel situated in convenient location. Free shuttle bus to Aeon Mall Narita and Narita Station. Rooms can make do with makeover as look is quite rustic.

The hotel is good f you need to be close to Narita airport. Free brakfast, compairing to North Amercan hotels is just great. Free shuttles (1 per hour) to the aiport and Keisei Narita station. About 2 hours to Tokyo station. Also you can take a limited express 1 hr 20 min. On the way back we took express and made it in less then 1 hour. The transportation in Japan is pretty expensive. So. The hotel is not an option if you're staying to see Tokyo's major attractions.

Hotel close to the city centre with free shuttles to the airport, shopping centre and JR train station (appreciable if you have JR Pass).
Room with furniture debatable but very spacious, clean, well soundproofed ' staff to English perfectible but very welcoming and friendly.

Clean hotel, polite helpful staff. Small rooms, hard bed. Resturant is not good food. Your better off going into town to eat.

People there ok. The cook thinks you owe her money never pay so dont ask her to do eggs for u. The housekeeper thinks that it is too much when u ask for 1 extra decaf for the coffee machine. Others were very nice and friendly. There must always be a black sheep somewhere.

Rooms are clean but small. Toilet is tiny. Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash to dispense. Other toiletries such as toothbrush etc are provided. Floors are carpet covered wood. So they do knock. Walls are thin. Minimart is located within the hotel and has limited opening hours, however just outside the hotel there is a convenience store open 24hrs. Bus timings for Aeon mall are limited. Hourly timings for Narita bus station available.

Location location location. This hotel is much better than narita gateway, excel and the Hilton. The garden hotel is half way between the airport and the JR station narita. While sharing the same price range with the other hotels, it is right next to a street with ton of restaurants in term of looking for decent food, you don't have to go far. Room is also bigger than the others, no hot toilet seat though.

The room is clean, and tidy. Staff are helpful. Wifi quite fast, and close to convenience store. The buffet also quite nice. J like to stay in this hotel.

Staff are all nice and accomodating aside from being polite specially the man managing the avanti restaurant, he suggested to us to choose the lunch buffet than having a la carte because the buffet is worth the price per person and he was right! We really enjoyed the food and we left with a happy tummy. Will surely stay again in this hotel next time.

Good rooms overall. Somewhat of a medium sized room with a low bed. Bed was also very firm. Fridge but didn't see a microwave. About 20 min walk to a major food and shopping area.

Basic business hotel. Nice buffet and friendly staff. Basic room but clean. Good for overnight stay. Regular bus service to nearby bus station and shopping mall.

I do not dislike this place, it is simply rated high. This is not a 3.7 stars place. Rooms are old. Bathroom floor moves when you walk. Turned air conditioning on and it has a smell of old filters. So again I do not dislike the place it’s a 1.5-2 star hotel.

Nice quiet hotel. The hotel is a little older but it has large rooms. Free shuttle to the airport, Narita train station (Narita town), and Aeon mall. There is a small convenience store and restaurant in the hotel. There is no ATM at the hotel but there is a convenience store just outside the hotel with an ATM.

Small rooms with quite hard beds. Convenient shuttle to airport and to downtown Narita. Buffet is not very good.

Rooms were nice and clean. Their soap was high quality and they provided toothbrushes, a brush, and a razor. Free Wi-Fi only in the lobby.

Good service, but rooms are very old. Not enough electrical sockets for 4 people on a 4 person room. Odd complaint, but it was pretty relevant. Nice shuttle service, going in and out of town and to the mall. Just another airport hotel, old, but redeemed by Japanese service.

Condition of the room is pretty decent with some Japanese touches to the room. Toilets won't resemble those of upscale hotels. Location is pretty deserted but have regular shuttle to jr station and to one aeon mall. 24hrs Convenience stall near hotel, with some restaurants which takes 5-10min walk.

Well all I can say is all the reviews must be from homeless people or people that only stay in hostels. I've stayed in them and they were half descent with breakfast and a snack. Old decor, hard bed, nasty rugs, dirty walls (not unusual), overly high tub that's very slippery, dated mini frig. Sheets the sheets are the only positive I could find… oh staff was nice. 5 stars give me a break.

Rather basic airport hotel. No swimming pool. Thin wall and u can hear noises from the corridor.

I have stayed here a number of times before an international flight. Basic, but clean, comfortable and value for money. The buffet breakfast is quite nice too. Friendly helpful staff. Free shuttle bus into town and to the airport. Little shop inside, but also a larger convenience store just 2 minutes walk away.

I was there in October 2014 and for my next trip to Japan (January 2015), I've already booked the same room. So practical, relaxing and fit for a tourist!

This was a good overnight stay. The room was dated but it was clean and comfortable. The bus shuttle service is a bonus which runs twice within the hours. Very small price for Wi-Fi in the rooms or you can use the free one in the nice size lobby.

Cosy hotel with free laundromat in B1 level. Free bus shuttle services to Aeon Mall and Narita airport / Keisei Narita train station (at the base of the hill) in the "village". Walking distance to supermarkets. 24 hours Mini Stop convenience store just outside the road entrance. Sukiya Restaurant (open from 10am) 1 km away — nice beef rice. Smoking rooms available. Room quality so so but quite and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.

This place was great after a long day of travelling. Close to the airport and nice rooms which weren't expensive. Nearby Aeon mall is great but the Naritasan temple is really amazing and worth visiting if you have to choose between the two.

Travelling from Australia to Tokyo, the Garden Hotel at Narita was selected online for it's locality to Narita Airport, and shuttle bus services to and from airport to hotel. After a nine hour flight, we did not particularly want to travel on to an unknown city for another hour or so to our accommodation, therefore, the Garden Hotel, with a good room rate was ideal. The shuttle service was quick to hotel, via Narita Hilton and Narita Port Hotels. The reception staff who understood and spoke some english made check-in easy and quick and issued our card for our top floor room. The Garden Hotel was our base for shopping (Aeon shopping mall via free shuttle) and to Narita airport terminal for bus connection to Disneyland. Our trip to Disney Sea was by JR rail, from Narita airport terminal 1, returned by bus for quick easy way back to Narita airport. The hotel has a lovely gift shop with a variety of souvenirs, foods and drinks and papers, the Avanti restaurant in the hotel served delicious buffet breakfast and dinner. (As another reviewer stated a 30% discount voucher available and breakfast 50% for guests, enquire at reception, or they will just give them to you. Free internet access, gym, well set out, outdoor jaquzzi and spa on 2nd floor, LCD television in rooms only has 12 channels, two in english — CNN and MTV (50% approx. ) Did not enquire if you could get movies with pay per view.
