An absolutely lovely hotel in a historic traditional japanese style building.

Very friendly and helpful hostess. She would make sure you have the most comfortable stay! She is also very happy to share her stories and tourist info about the island.

Stayed here for 5 nights in April 2025. Great hotel for single person. Bed was okay and pillow a bit hard. Can get a blanket and extra pillow if you want.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with a decent breakfast in the chain's charming "Library Cafe.

Small simple rooms, but convenient to train and shopping.

Large hotel with average size rooms. Clean and cheap on-site laundry room if needed.
Good location also right in the heart of the city and near lots of restaurants — car park around the corner too.

If you stay here I highly recommend having dinner at the Moroccan restaurant called “ilalika”.

Very happy with my stay here. The front desk was friendly and worked patiently with us, despite our not speaking Japanese. Rooms were relatively spacious, and location was fantastic.

A charming hotel! The rooms, while on the small side, are very picturesque and comfortable. Street noise is quite audible, even on the top floor.

Hotel lobby has distinct, nice smell as soon as you walk in, and through the corridors. Comfortable room with more space than most places I stayed in Japan. Little fridge with a few tasty beverages.

This was my second Super Hotel stay on Shikoku, and it was night and day difference with my previous experience in another city.

Great location, facilities are all well kept. Lots to do for families.

As we knew that there wouldn’t be many attraction on these days, we decided for a Japanese Style Hotel and we had great moments there.

Booked thru booking. Com for cheaper rates and stayed 3N. The perfect hotel to stay for a short trip into the city. But 10mins away from the castle as well as right opposite a major shopping district.

Great room size. Very clean. Great location steps away from Okaido shopping street and tram stop where you can take a short ride to Dogo Onsen. Walking to castle is possible.

Clean, great location, and super nice staff that went out of their way to make everyone comfortable.

All the staff are so friendly and so helpful, the whole place is beautifully clean and the beds really comfy. I really need 6 stars for those points.

We had a wonderful stay at My Lodge Naoshima. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the private sauna was an absolute highlight. We also enjoyed both dinner and breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's a medium — length walk from the ferry terminal at Miyanoura, with some uphill bits, but all on sealed roads. You can get your bags brought up, but we didn’t bother.

New renovated ryokan located in an ideal location for exploration of the area. There is huge carpark at the back of ryokan, need to roll our luggages up a ramp.

Excellent — This hotel is right at the entrance of the pathway to the Kotohiragu Shrine in Kotohira town.

I searched for glamping, but since it was cold, I ended up staying at GLAMPROOK Shimanami, which also has a hotel building.

Top-notch service, best hotel service in Kochi thus far. The location is convenient as it gets as it is in the middle of Obiyamachi. Despite location it is very quiet.

We checked in at JR Clement Inn Takamatsu earlier today as our 13th hotel on this journey. Its location right in front of Takamatsu Station makes travelling around the city incredibly easy.

Location is great. Rooms are pretty nice — standard size and price in Shikoku. But they are more generous than other places I have stayed.

We had the most wonderful private dining experience in our room. I’d like to commend our server, Maki, who was a paragon of compassion, kindness, wisdom and professionalism. She made our evening.

It stands out and is the first thing you see of Imabari coming from the Shiminami Kaido.

This hotel is in a great location, especially to the train station and shops. The concierge gave a professional and friendly welcome.

Great location for exploring the city and getting to the ferries. Our room was really spacious, a huge bathroom; but the sound proofing was poor—often hearing neighbours moving their things.

My son and I flew to Takamatsu from America to visit my oldest son and attend his wedding to his beautiful bride. Our hotel stay was very good. Everyone was so courteous, friendly and helpful.

Good little hotel if you want to be close to shops and restaurants, it's a short walk to the station and gardens. There are also a few rental places for cars a few km away.

Many restaurants around you. McDonald’s is opposite the hotel. The convenient store is behind the hotel. The Main shopping street is only crossing the road.
