Hotels in Uji with Breakfast

They’re so nice and the room was quiet, cozy, and comfortable. The onsen on the 2nd floor is small but tattoos are okay. Traditional breakfast in a private room was perfect.

We had such a wonderful experience at Kagihei. We wish we stayed longer. What a lovely surprise to find such peace and tranquility so close to the busy Nishiki market.

Absolutely fantastic service, hospitality and food served here. The location is convenient and easily accessible from Kyoto Station as well.

Confusing website for bookings… Inadvertently booked a room that didn't include a kaiseki meal that I was really looking forward to experiencing.

Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Kyoto Station was a really lovely experience.

We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree Kyoto Station. The property takes great care of loyal Diamond members, and we certainly appreciated the room upgrade and status recognition.

I really liked my stay at the hotel. The staff was cordial and tried its best, even with the linguistic barrier.

Perfectly located just opposite Toji station with literally a 5 minute rail ride to Kyoto central station. Rooms are nice, quite spacious for Japan, and the breakfast is good.

Flawless check-in, spacious clean room, thorough daily cleaning, but the real stand out is breakfast — wow.

I believe Reign Hotel is easily in the top three hotels I’ve ever stayed in especially because of its exceptional level of service.

Just next to Kyoto station and Avanti mall. There’s also a small 7 Eleven shop at the ground floor next to the main entrance.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kyoto Station — 5 stars all the way.

It’s a good walk from the main station so get the local train service to Toji (1 stop) and walk around the corner to it. Doing this there is a small Nepal/Indian restaurant near the overpass that do

The hotel is situated in a not-so-busy area but is so close to public transportation options. I am happy to discover the area, especially when I joined their activity to the Toji Temple.

We had an amazing 3 days staying at Hotori. Yuri and Sanyuri were extremely helpful with their support and communication.

We loved Villa Hotori! It was a highlight of our trip to Japan! The house is so beautiful and relaxing, and staying at Hotori was an incredible experience.

Nice traditional ryokan in a prime Arashiyama spot, steps from the Luxury Collection hotel. The property is somewhat dated, but rooms are clean and comfortable, and all facilities are fully equipped.

There were mixed reviews, I am very satisfied with their amenities, foods (got half boarding), service, quietness, old but clean. It wasn't expensive either and even guests were courteous.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Only one block from the Kyoto train station. Beds are nice. The room is a decent size, especially for Japan.

Location: Chose REF Kyoto Hachijoguchi as the hotel was a cheap 4 star near to Kyoto station (~ 5 min walk). Nearby are two shopping malls.

Stayed here last Saturday and Sunday, and it was one of the highlights of my Japan trip!

Convenience, comfy, value for money. Got all I need and good sleep here. Within walking distance to tea shopping street and other view attractions.

This is a very nice and very well located traditional ryokan.

We had wanted the traditional Ryokan experience for our first time in Kyoto. You know, the whole Tatami mats and Futons business. And Yachiyo delivered. Lovely building and room.

Absolutely loved our time here. 6 of us stayed here together (including kids ages: 2, 7, and 10). Would love to come back.
Ryokan felt traditional and had character yet remained very comfortable.

What a great way to experience living in a Kyoto. The house was lovely and well equipped, sleeping on the tatami mats was fun and comfortable.

This stay at the Uji Ryokan was the most memorable experience of my two weeks in Japan. The rooms, onsen, breakfast and setting are divine.

A nice hotel by the serene Uji river. A great place to relax and have a quiet get away from hustle bustle city for a day.

The hotel has a very old style feel to it. The lobby is very small and shared with another small family store. You have to ring the notice bell for the staff to greet you.

Great location, close enough between all the touristy locations we were planning to explore! The host is extremely nice! Had early baggage checkin & provided toothbrush, shampoo, etc.

About 3 blocks away from Kyoto station. Walking distance but also close to a bus stop. It was pretty easy to find. The host sent detailed instructions on how to find the inn.

Really great people here and the space is extremely clean. It’s very close to everything (buses and trains) so it a great location. Definitely recommend staying!

Nice place for 1 night to feel like in real japan. Tea for welcoming is served. Breakfast is very nice.

I absolutely LOVED this little teahouse hotel. It's very beautiful and so homely you just feel so welcomed like you're staying with a host family.
