We had a wonderful time at this agriturismo. The hostess was so kind and helpful, providing excellent service. We enjoyed Tuscan wines with breathtaking views from our place.

We had originally booked another agriturismo but unfortunately the host had made a mistake and given our room to another couple!

We spent an amazing week in this beautiful villa, where everything worked well, and Paolo, the owner, was extremely nice and helpful. Also the garden and pool were perfect.

Great service — staff are lovely, room really pretty and well thought out, pool area great — only blip was the lunch mixed grill were cheap cuts and raw. But everything else spot on.

We stayed here for the weekend. There was sauna, jacuzzi and rooftop pool and bar. Very good place to have a relaxing time. Our room was warm and small and the first night we basically couldn’t sleep.

Comfortable and very clean. Such hard working and friendly staff especially in the restaurant where we breakfasted and often fined. Great food. Good location, central to town though not noisy.

Stayed here for 5 nights which were very enjoyable. All staff very pleasant and helpful.
We were upgraded to a suite. Nice to have a separate area to sit after a day out in the 40+ degree heat.

We have stayed in Montecatini-Terme four times over the years and this is the best hotel we have stayed in, so clean and quiet. The hotel looks better in real life than the photos.

We were looking forward to this holiday and were not at all disappointed. A warm welcome from the staff, nearly all the staff spoke better English than we did Italian.

On 6th December 5:30am, my wife was down with food poisoning requiring medical attention and was attended by an excellent young man at the reception.

Had a fantastic time, best rooms we ever have been in, excellent breakfast, and dinners and desserts. Great location!

From the minute we arrived staff were very accommodating and courteous. Hotel had a great location even had perfect parking. A/C in the room was great even though we were there during the heatwave.

I stayed at Palazzo Belvedere from December 22–26 and had a truly restorative experience. Amd celebrated Christmas with friends.

We liked this hotel for its comfort and traditional style. We stayed in room 214 on the second floor. The room was very nice, comfortable and spotlessly clean.

Hotel was old fashioned but exceptionally clean and meals very good. They catered very well for my partners vegetarian and gluten Free requirements.
