Lovely family hotel with a very friendly and professional staff. Great food, wines, cocktails etc in a beautiful location! We’ll be back!

We stayed here my wife and daughter and I have to say we had a good time.
The hotel shows that it is of a certain age and that it has been refurbished but with taste.
The staff is very courteous and attentive and the pool from one more point.
The restaurant is well run and the raw materials are of good quality.
I personally don't like the buffet. But only for the appetizer can stay there.
The room was well cared for, clean and elegant if you could see that it had some luster.
A night with dinner and aperitif 186 euros is not cheap but the wine and care of the staff are paid as the presence of the spa.
Mine is a positive assessment for the professionalism always shown.

All perfect room spacious and comfortable modern and clean.
The only new is the poorly equipped fridge bar.
The Spa is really relaxing and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
My congratulations go to the beautician Ilenia who gave me an afternoon of fantastic relaxation and a really effective facial.

Deplorable welcome: the smile is not the order of the day! Some really defective rooms.

Nice rooms. Had Some noise problems from the kitchen at night in room 120. We got a better room with a better view so all was good. Parking near hotel.

The hotel is located slightly outside the center the area is very quiet.
The sun-exposed outdoor pool is positioned sideways at the entrance is not the best. The room I used was really huge the four-poster bed makes a lot of scene.
Breakfast valid for hotels of this level.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Some dachets that entertain children and adults in case they use the outside for an aperitif.
The prices of the aperitif contained.
There is a spa, sauna and massage in the hotel, but they must be booked in the morning.

One of the most luxurious hotels in Montecatini Terme which also includes swimming pool E. Spa, beautiful rooms, very courteous waiters, excellent breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner very varied.

A pearl in the green of Montecatini altogether valuable: + Location: Montecatini Alta area, particularly quiet, many green areas and great panorama. + Parking: Free in all neighboring residential area. + Structure: Beautiful, clean and well maintained. + Staff: Courteous and helpful, personally we got an Upgrade to junior Suite at no extra cost, great. + Breakfast: Abundant and of good quality.

We start with the strengths: the location near the funicular (about Mt) and the park of the terme (10minuti on foot) is excellent. Nice swimming pool, with area suitable also for small children (40cm high). The staff were very helpful and friendly and nice.
Very clean and tidy room. Very large bathroom and huge shower compartment (one thing I love). Very comfortable bed.
Great restaurant and breakfast with great variety.
I think they lacked several items that for me should be basic, our room was a deluxe double (or superior do not remember well) with balcony. In fact the bed was bigger than a double. Not so the room, we turned to fatigue, the balcony rather dilapidated, the floor broken is certainly not a nice signal and the equipment of the room was quite poor: no map of the city, minibar with 2 bottles of water and nothing else, TV to which were missing Different channels.

Great place. Nice garden with pool kept in a manic way. Courteous proprietor is always present. The employees are also helpful. Highly recommended.

Excellent yes, but we keep saying that we did not like the clumsy attempt to trim the SPA route on the same day of arrival without notice and the difference in treatment between regular guests and Wanderbox package owners. We do not care what are the agreements between the Wonderbox and the hotel, but as a customer arrive in a room gaunt as a yurt Kazakh without SPA kit when you know that we have an included treatment, without the kit welcome kettle and Herbal tea while being in a four star is de Primer. That being said, the hotel is in a great location with ample private parking, clean and pleasant with everything, all the staff really nice and professional, and we would like to point out that the excellent is all about them. Great breakfast to improve the choice of fresh fruit but the rest deserves excellence. We also had dinner in the hotel, and this was a real surprise… We recommend at least once to dine in the restaurant if you do not Adirittura view the offer in the surroundings, to book directly with the formula half board, all exquisite and abundant, good. We will happily return to this property and recommend it from all points of view. What we strongly advise against IS the hotel to make arrangements with companies such as Wonderbox if they have to treat customers as standard B customers, and future customers to buy Wonderbox packages.

Really enjoyed our return visit to the Hotel where we found the high standards had been maintained. However, I left 5 postcards at reception which have not been delivered in the UK yet.

Public drinking cure (5 different thermal water) detoxification of the intestines bladder and many more also for prevention highly recommended after reading Monte Catini terme Italy We have been curing for 25 years my husband's thriving life only!

I just came back from staying at this hotel. At reception rude and obnoxious except a brunette girl. The spa offers only sauna and Turkish bath. Welcome the massage relaxing and friendly and helpful the beautician. Great food is very courteous the waiters.

For more than 20 years I spend here my August, for personal holidays.
I find it useless to spend words to praise various services, such as: excellent food, always cared for, excellent company and attention from all the staff, great family to me dear and the excellent rooms, clean and welcoming; Just because I think that if a person, like me, is so constant in the choice of the tourist destination, unchanged after all these years, it means that a little ' house can find it also on vacation.

Lovely hotel, in a quiet area, 10 minutes from the Center. There is a spa and free parking.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, the only unfortunate thing is too much dust that settles in the rooms.

Cozy, non sparkling clean, dust everywhere. Remote control with batteries. Little TV not centered with bed and not movable. Works a bit too old.

My parents were guests of the facility in early August 2015. Delusissimi. "Zero" by the reception staff. Not available to solve any complaints. Kitchen not treated with products not always fresh. Little care. Bathrooms not comfy and difficult to use especially for people with impaired. We do not recommend.

Price-performance ratio is super and the Service — but the Hotel has, unfortunately, the best time is left behind and can be seen in many Places. 4 stars I think is not justified. But still : a few days it wouldnt (quadruple approximately 80 €/night)

Front of hotel was nice upon approach. Very small elevator, Will only hold four. Only room for two people if you have luggage. Room was very small for two people. Bathroom was larger than bedroom. Balcony and view of Old Town was very nice. No air conditioning. Front desk told me to open balcony door. Buffet over priced for food.
