Hotel not up to a 4 star.
Separate room from the main structure (former apartments) we felt treated as guests of Serie B.
Untreated structure, black marks on the walls of the main stairs.
The untreated, dirty room, presence of holes its walls, damaged fridge, TV disproportionate to the distance from the bed, different bedside tables, air conditioning and radiators with abundant dust.
Cleaning the rooms practically nothing (just bed makeover and changing towels).
Little-stocked fridge, only natural and sparkling water not suitable for a 4-star.
Swimming pool with complete lack of shade.
Breakfast not of quality brioche always cold and without division of ingredients (empty, cream, jam, wholemeal all in the same tray), hot fruit and sour (melon), glasses too small, only 2 sips obliged to get up several times from the table.
Hot drinks not kept cool.
Dry pastry.
Rooms not insulated from the noises of the others, flushing the toilet and shower water was like having them in your head.
Terraces divided between them only by two low plants.
Dinner available only from 19:30 to 20:30, sincerely in a place anyway of vacation and relaxation seemed too limited as time, unproven.
The air conditioner remote is attached to the wall with no possibility of raising or lowering the temperature at your own pace set fixed at 23 degrees.
I repeat Hotel not from 4 stars.

We luckily stayed 1 night… you can't call it a 4-star hotel! I booked and paid for a triple room we were trimmed a double room with an additional cot attached to the other two nets present.
Dirty walls, maybe a painting would look good every now and then.

Convenient location, clean room, good kitchen and good price, helpful and friendly staff. Pool small but nice. I recommend it!

Top hotel with great Comfort! Best Breakfast Buffet we've ever had in Italy. Terrace to breakfast outside never overcrowded. Very attentive and friendly Staff. Swimming Pool on the Building opposite with great Views of the City. In the Room Climate system and newly renovated Bathroom with large Rain shower. At this Price, you will be happy to return at any time!

I truly enjoy my stay at Boston, which started with an upgrade offered by the reception staff. A nice large lobby, and a room that I could only be satisfied in any single way. Large, decorated in a simple, practical but still stylish way, large bathroom that shined by how well it was maintained.

Nice and comfortable to turn the city center, also has private parking. Our room was spacious and very pretty.

Very good value for money, newly renovated room, very functional, new bathroom. Breakfast buffet with top quality products. Staff available. Hotel a few minutes from the centre of Montecatini and 10 minutes from the monumental spa complex.

Cozy, room with modern interiors, good breakfast. A reference from which to discover the territory.

Everything good service great and helpful in every occasion the food good and every exquisite breakfast. The room I didn't like very much in fact in the bathroom window there were water leaks.

An endless disappointment… The game is not worth the candle even with the offers! The staff is very close to the hotel and there are two rooms, a single and a triple with a double bed the first and a double and a cot the second, we found three single beds. Obviously the error was imputed to us, but I on booking I had well specified. I had many expectations but I was too disappointed.

We expected more, you have to improve the cleanliness of the rooms, we found many different skins in the bathroom, breakfast on the first day well then on the second day you could see that so many things were the advanced ones of the day before so you could not eat. So much to improve in my opinion…

Hotel at the top clean rooms restaurant All good I was for year end we were treated very well I recommend it to everyone.

I didn't find out between what was advertised, hotel clean but old fashioned. Little Bar provided with products for nothing wanted and very, too commercial. The room booked was for a double bed and a single and we were given the room with three sunbeds… In short, disappointed to say the least!

We really enjoyed our stay! Clean rooms, nice personnel. Our room was a bit noisy because it was facing the road, but other than that no problems at all! And the breakfast was great!

Unfortunately a slightly moldy room and no other get, breakfast u dinners were fine for Italian conditions.

The hotel Boston and disappointing clean but aging. Service ladies do their best. But the staff in the room and at the reception not Fairplay. Price of drinks at the head of the customer. Obliged to dine at the hour typing quickly done well. With the same people and at the same table.

Spacious room with balcony. We were put in the annex building but food was served in the restaurant in the main hotel. Location was good. Could walk to the town in about 10 mins. Food wasn't upto much but that's maybe cos we were part of a coach tour.

Good hotel. Quiet and close to the centre Excellent food and competent staff and friendliest. To recommend.

Very nice and helpful staff, nice clean rooms, and the pool was welcome at the end of hot summer days.

Soundproofing? not know!
We spent 10 days in this hotel because the location allowed us to visit much of Tuscany so this is a positive… for the rest… we were on the 1st floor side Street… absolutely no soundproofing! We felt like we were sleeping in the street. Until 1:00 in the morning we hear people at the terraces laughing and talking loud. Then at 5am arrive the incessant brooms of coaches and car claxons and the total disrespect of the other residents of the hotel slamming their doors (and I'm not talking about the pipe noises! ) and from 7am, the maids who speak loudly, also slam the doors, phone… and do not clean! The room was dirty when we arrived with suspicious tasks on the ground that we even cleaned. Fridge with traces of mildew. We complained and nothing moved. In short, a hotel to flee if you want quietness and cleanliness (the minimum we expect from a hotel! )

Place a little dated and unwelcoming if staying in the annexe. Breakfast was good though!

Very nice hotel I recommend everyone to visit it at least once.
