Nice nice, small room but excellent breakfast.
As a title, the residence is very nice, but the room (not the bed) was very small.
The facilities in the room are all, the shower is however really too sacrificed, if you are a bit ' big you can have trouble getting in:)
Great breakfast, homemade cakes and omits, friendly and friendly staff.

Clean, comfortable, great location, friendly staff — but they CAN'T MAKE COFFEE and the breakfast was just a little underwhelming. Better off going to a local bar for that.

The average of the judgement is given by the overall, largely positive assessment of the building, including the Amphitheatre apartment (beautiful) and the insufficient one of the apartment Fillungo.
The locations are ideally located in the historic centre of Lucca. Excellent service parking. Reviewable the management of the rubbish dependent on the residents in the apartments, which if unmanaged involves an increase in cost of 50 euros…
App. To Fillungo to be revised in the bathroom (especially the shower), adjust the television and change blanket of wool in the master bedroom… alive saw the hair present and stuck inside (we advised not to wash and throw it). Spacious and functional spaces.
Average cost other species for the app. To Fillungo, the rest adjusted to the quality.

Lovely old palace. Chopped up in the way of these very old, oft repurposed buildings. Marta is a marvel: full of useful local information and recommendations and the preparer of and extraordinary breakfast!

Very welcoming and friendly, super clean rooms with nice linens. Made our stay in Lucca very special. Wifi was a little spotty but we did not go to Lucca for internet access. I would go there again.

We went to lucca because my family is originally from the place. We chose this hotel and we don't regret the impeccable attention, the fourth super comfortable. Good breakfast. In the historical center. With a Museum opposite which is interesting.
But the most important is the attention, is like really feel at home.
If arrive in auto can warn whenever there are to the hotel and take the auto until the entry (with calm since is a pedestrian) lower them suitcases and ask the key of the gate electric of the parking that this to some blocks, is payment but very accessible.
If they arrived by other means simply go walking through the ring that forms the historical center is passing just the Museum.

Great hotel for this crazy summer.

Our romantic getaway in Tuscany has been delighted by this romantic hotel in Lucca. Rooms are spacious and cosy, helpful staff and tasty big breakfast… what more could we ask? definitely recommended! :D.
