Great place to stay, beautiful hosts, lovely breakfast and tasty wine!

Very authentic and unique place. Very nice people and outstanding service. You feel at home immediately. They craft great wines in „Demeter“ standard. Highly recommend it!

What a marvelous place to be! You feel the history of the house, you enjoy the friendliness of the owners and you get overwhelmed by the environment. On Top of things a perfect point of departure for visiting Lucca, Pisa or Firenze. Toscany as it should be.

The villa of the 700 is magnificent. The farm produces excellent wines and bio-dynamic oil. There is also the farmhouse, all managed by the owners with great passion and competence.

I stayed in a beautiful apartment of this property on the occasion of Lucca Comics 2017. It is a location that leaves an open mouth: the large rooms, the furnishings studied and cared for, the rustic of the floors, the ladders that always lead to new environments… really suggestive!
We had breakfast in Villa Sardi Tronci, with a table prepared impeccably and many delights ready to be tasted. The owner, the daughter and the girl who deals with the rooms are of a rare cuteness and sympathy to find! If I could give it 12 stars! We will definitely go back!

An exceptional place to stay. Gioanna and Guiseppe were great hosts. The villa is beautiful and its location is just wonderful. The views are fantastic. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay and explore Tuscany.

Frabbica di San Martino was the highlight of our recent trip to Italy. It is a true find. Giovanna and her husband are lovely, gracious, kind and very helpful. The apartments are charming, spacious, well appointed, and the views out the windows are of breathtaking countryside. Every detail is attended to, for example, a lovely bouquet of local flowers graced the coffee table when we arrived. The place is a working farm growing grapes and olive trees, which are all farmed organically, with great care and attention. The pool area is very appealing, and they welcome families. We highly recommend it, and already long to go back. Our only regret is that we did not drink enough of their wine, and eat more of their olive oil!

Surrounded by greenery, la Fabbrica di San Martino, a short distance from the historic centre of Lucca, has enabled us to spend a fantastic weekend. The interiors are treated in detail, wonderfully clean and furnished with restored antique furniture, and a breathtaking view. Jeanne, the owner, gave us a five-star hotel. Highly recommended!

This is the best agriturismo we stayed in thus far. We've been living in Italy for a year now. Giovanna, the owner is wonderful and very helpful. The apartments are indeed spacious and the location idyllic. We were welcomed with wild flowers on the table, fruit and fresh ricotta cheese straight from the shephard. We will definitely return for a longer stay. Thanks Giovanna.
