You have to warn if you have to climb stairs not at all it is easy to make them
Clean apartment. But minimal assistance.

Uncomfortable. To leave luggage.

Very nice location in the middle of the old city centre. But be warned: The surroundings are very popular with the locals, so it's very lound until late in the night.

Wonderful place, super central location. Very friendly staff and really very good breakfast! How the start of the Via Francigena was a very good start! All very recommended!

Not suitable for those accustomed to sleep in silence and complete darkness, and to those who have difficulty has to do the stairs… kind but not very explanatory. The apartment where we stayed is large and nice and the breakfast is substantial although a bit ' far from the apartment.

Very pleasantly surprised! Right in the centre next to the Place de Anfiteatro. We liked the charm of this city. When we arrived at B&B we were greeted by a very nice girl. She accompanied us to the rooms and we were under the spell. A fully equipped kitchen is available for all, tea, herbal teas, sugar. Great attention! The rooms pretty, very clean, the sanitary part also. Fridge, TV, satellite in the room (mini fridge made can cold but allows to keep and TV all in Italian lol). Towels and hygiene products at our disposal. Really great content of reasonable price.

We took a ' suite ' room for one night (the only one available where you could stay in 4, even though the kids had to sleep together in the same single. Not bad, we fit, and then were exhausted then a few stories) paying in part with a gift box. The room was very nice and large, clean, bathroom and shower very large. Hair dryer and TV. Comfortable bed, pleasant temperature even if the day (winter) was then turned rainy and windy. View on one of the streets of the pedestrian zone.

X Lucca Comics is really comfortable. If You have small children it is uncomfortable.

Living in Lucca… exceptional location, Lucca is beautiful, excellent furnishings and cleanliness! … and the tour of the walls is to be done!

Central starting point. Very clean. A/c was working perfectly. We a pinkish room. Besides the color is was beautiful. Also there is a balcony. And it is just a few meters away from the scenic anfiteatro!

Bad service. Tiny and noisy room. Bad.

Beautiful B, cozy and clean. It overlooks the square where you can see the Church of San Frediano in Romanesque style. Only flaw the bar fridge is empty.

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment. Couple of niggles like crap Wi-Fi and a dripping tap but a really lovely place to stay.

Beautiful old building right next to the Anfiteatro in Lucca. Spotlessly clean accommodation, very comfortable beds, modern bathroom. Breakfast is continetal with ample choice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Daily maid service ad very reasonably priced. I can't fault it, would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wishing to spend some time in Lucca.

Great place in center of Lucca, this has one drawback street noice, good breakfast nice staff.

Good B&B, the room was clean and taken care of. Very nice staff and breakfast satisfied us. The rooms are in different buildings than the reception.

The two rooms I have stayed in nicer square gives in Lucca. Very spacious and comfortable. Terrific experience.

We chose this bed and breakfast because during the period Comics was the most convenient for access to the fair and one of those with the best prices.
We were not wrong!
We were assigned the suite which is in a separate facility (a few tens of metres) and it truly was a pleasant holiday, the room was large and spacious, spotlessly clean and with a large bathroom.
Great decor and nice and the staff very helpful!
Breakfast to be normal (there is a breakfast room for guests in the suites, without having to go back to the first structure to have it).
Little bonus: the hotel Wi-Fi works very well and at great speed!
We hope to find a place again next year!

New rooms and in very good condition, friendly staff. Is located in the historic center and is the most that you could want. Recommended.

Very central to the old amphitheatre. All places of interest can be reached on foot from the hotel. The car must be parked outside the city. The rooms are somewhat thin.

Francesco, Hotel Manager, and his staff are very friendly. That makes you feel at home. The room is big and clean. Bathroom, too. BTW nice shower. Breakfast great and enough. The location is in the middle of the town. It was possible to leave the luggage until evening.
