And I well you know I found really good helpful staff and quite prepared. The rooms are nice cosy. In addition, the availability of bicycles that give us a greater chance to move around the city for those who come from afar and do not want to have worries about the car park and want to live Lucca for the city that is.

The ideal, clean, comfortable, with private parking inside the property. A short walk from the walls of Lucca's old town, great for those who want to visit the beautiful town, or for those who go to the Lucca Summer Festival.

Very nice and clean place the owners available and courteous, convenient for the proximity to Porta Elisa and then to the walls to enter the old Lucca. Good breakfast.

Clean, with internal parking, a stone's throw from the sanctuary of Santa Gemma Galgani and a stone's throw from the walls.

There is parking available. Breakfast is sumptuous with a great cup of coffee. We got the ground floor room, which is large, but the Wi-Fi is rather weak since the room is one of the 2 furtherthest from the office. A very quaint B&B.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room equipped to accommodate disabled in wheelchairs wide, bright, and clean. Price is slightly higher than average, breakfast a little home cooking but plentiful. Very close to the walls of the old city. Internal parking. Deserves 5 stars.

Located not far from the walls… we were greeted by the very kind owner who provided us with all the info and map. We were assigned the apartment E x 5xsone. Convenient equipped with everything. Slept great! Good breakfast too! We will come back xè x visit lucca nn just a day. Recommended for those who want to feel at home!

Although located just outside the old town wall, it is very convenient to access both the old town wall and the railway. Helpful &friendly service. Good rooms. Can hire bikes, a good way to get about. Wi Fi available but not to every room. Would stay here again.

Echoing also available for info on sightseeing, packed bike rental in payment, modern and clean room. In the ground floor there is the bidet but the shower room and very comfortable, there's AC and TV, good breakfast. Just outside the walls to avoid ZTL. Suggested.

The family who runs this B&B are the most helpful and accomodating people I have run across in this type of facility. The room was neat and clean and the location was great, just a short walk to the walls of the city.

I was on this B&B on 2004 and 2006, for the some period (for Lucca Comics and Games) between end of october and begin of november. The rooms was very clean and recently renowed but something was not so good like you can aspect from a 60€ pp room. The breakfast was poor and quite sufficient, full of packed junk food (on 2004 for a better price we had handmade sandwiches with ham and fresh orange juice). The "rent-a-cycle" service was on payment (5€ per day) is the better way to reach the walls of town, and hotel personel leave to you the "bike tuning" with monkey wrench and screwdrivers. The parking space is a nightmare, the internal court is small and fully of hotel's owners and a near shop's owners, the only possibility for guest is try to park on the near church's park (just ask to the glady prey). On sum this B&B can try better for the customers, starting with the price then for the parking (owners not in advance of customers) and at the end a lot better breakfast service (please not pre-packed junk food and a microwave for cooking).
