Took my wife for our 20th wedding anniversary and I could not have chosen a better hotel, easy to get to Florence even on public transport and they showed us where and how and what to do, could not fault anything.
Friendly family run hotel and they were happy to please us throughout our stay, hope to go back soon.

This is a perfect place for solo travelers. Location is perfect if you like walking. Everyone on the staff is very attractive.

A discreet hotel in a strategic location near the motorway exit of Florence South. The parking lot (not covered) is about 400 meters. Our room was nice and very large. A bit poor breakfast in a really cramped room.

Kozy Hotel near to all the attractions in Florence. Er love it.

Don't be fooled by its exterior appearance.
Located in the residential area of Florence, just 5 minutes by bus from downtown, it is beautifully located. Two minutes from a shopping center where you have everything (type Carrefour), 1 minute from several bus stops and with several restaurants around you (one of them attached to the hotel)
The rooms are simply spectacular. Large, spacious and exquisitely decorated.
I suppose the rating that has 3 stars is for lacking some restaurant-like services, but for the rest, there are many other hotels in Italy of 4 stars or more that would already like to look like this.
The staff is attentive and very friendly. They guide you in everything you need for your stay, provide you with a map of Florence and tell you how public transport works.
You can buy bus tickets right there to go when visiting the city center.
Breakfast is served on the ground floor and is buffet style. It is very complete and although the area is not very large (they have 4 tables) it is not usually full (we went in high season and there were never more than 2-3 tables).
On the first floor there is a common lounge with drinks and snacs that you can drink freely. The very complete mini bar is included in the room rate and features soft drinks, beer and snack ing.

Very good attention. But away from the center. Far away. Very difficult to get Parki ng. And a lot of stairs. Carry Little Baggage.

The hotel is very professionally run and operated. The staff goes above and beyond expectations and do much more for their guests than at other hotels. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the amenities are everywhere. There are free pastries and drinks in a beautiful intimate salon on the floor. The salon is comfortable and tasteful. I noticed some guests having a small meeting. This place is top.

Delightfully delabré, New England taste, very kind staff. So many little things available from samovar to the biscuits. Kettle in the room. Small but lovingly decorated rooms, all in miniature but delicious. Recommended.

Excellent small hotel on the outskirts of Florence. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast Exquisite decoration and very nice. Wifi a bit fair but enough. Each room with a different flower name and decoration.

Lovely hotel, very convenient for exploring Florence. Very helpful and a surprise gift at end of our stay.

Just returned from a week stay at this fabulous hotel in a fabulous city! The hotel is very homely and the staff are extremely helpful. Could go on for ever! TRY IT.

Such a nice and cozy place, feels like a second home as they try to be! Great value for money. Just take bus nr 31 to city center for 10 minutes!

Very clean and quaint hotel in the middle of a lovely area. Staff is wonderful and very helpful to those with little Italian knowledge. Morning breakfast is superb and included with your stay.

Our fourth visit and getting better every time. Thanks to Monica and family and staff for looking after us so well. We not only recommend to our friends but will be back next time we visit our favourite city of Firenze.

This was a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms. We had complimentary Wi-Fi and mini bar which was renewed daily. It's a very easy walk (about 20 mins) to central Florence. My only complaint would be that the hotel is on a busy street so if, like us, you sleep with the window open prepare yourself for a lot of loud traffic noise.

How much more welcoming there may be in Florence.

Location is excellent far enough out the centre of Florence to be quiet close enough to be able to visit everything. The rooms are lovely with a nice homely feel. Staff are brilliant very helpful and accommodating. Local services are also good with restraint shops and ice cream places as well as bus links on doorstep.

Great place to stay just very firm mattresses.

What a great find in Florence away from the maddening crowds, this little oasis, clean, friendly and very thoughtful. Monica the owner, helped in every detail of planning, bus lines, restaurants, sights, etc. The staff was friendly and very helpful as well. You will enjoy this very much.
