A hotel with high quality standards, very clean rooms and environments, attentive and helpful staff, with a good location outside the ZTL, but close to the major tourist points of interest, and above all an unexpected swimming pool on the roof garden (here, maybe a little green is missing…), not very large, but great for relaxing and sunbathing, enjoying a nice cocktail.
I feel like I can suggest this property which offers good value for money. Nh proves once again to be a reliable brand. Thank you for making my short stay in Florence once again, very pleasant!

Away from downtown and for us that was a good thing. Nice room with a beautiful view. Loved having a balcony. The breakfast had many offerings and started at 7:00 which was a little late for our plans but we managed. FYI no washcloths. Nice mattress.

Spacious comfortable room especially the bed. You can make the a/c extra cold which is great for sleeping. Extensive buffet breakfast.

This is the best hotel i've ever been to! realy the best food, the best workers and a pass my best salutations to the restaurant director, the receptionist, the receptionist, ti the whole team, I was very welcomed and Well treated my whole vacation. I highly recommend it to everyone! I am very satisfied with the hotel.

Extremely nice and professional staff. The rooftop pool and bar were a great way just to wind down between sightseeing and dinner. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Overall excellent experience. I'd come back here if I visit Florence again. Pros: Incredibly helpful and accommodating staff. Complimentary Smartphones per room! This was massively useful, and I'd give this place 6 stars just for this; the phone has in-built apps to hail taxis, guides and directions to tourist spots in Florence, 4G internet. Extremely useful! Amazing breakfast. Good size rooms and bathrooms. Very nice bar and pool on the roof. Cons: The location is quite far from the center of Florence (20+ min walk), so either walk, take the bus/tram or taxi. Weak free Wi-Fi in the hotel, but enough to browse web and check emails. Also, they don't give you free water in the rooms, so might want to buy some outside.

Very welcoming staff at reception desk. Very nice room, with old fashioned taps in bathroom, which gives a style. Bathroom was big and I do appreciate, but water debit in shower is limited. More would have been nice. Nice bar on the roof with nice landscapes on Florence, but I should admit I'll ask prices of beverages next time before ordering. Didn't tried the pool there. Elevators seem to be old and have been out of order during part of my stay. Breakfast is good but if you like your eggs cooked differently, you need pay an extra fee. I find this inappropriate for such hotel, when you see the price of breakfast. By the way, people saying that that was not included was rude. Valet car parking is available but at a cost.

I've been in so many hotels in so many countries, 4 stars hotel usualy would have better facilities over all and would have at least late room service.

New location, organized in everything from the gym to the pool on the terrace with a panorama of all Florence.
Upon arrival the welcome is at home, the staff is kind and courteous my favorite is Angelo always smiling and ready to have a chat.
To be so for those who want a pleasant stay.

Dated hotel but it is very well run. The terrzce pool and bar are great on a hot day. Restaurant did a nice breakfast.

Very nice and big Hotel, not far from the center. I stayed one night and I was very happy with it: The room is very nice, clean and large; The bathroom is also spacious and clean.

The staff are helpful, nice and the hotel has a complementary smartphone for guest to used during the stay.

Modern Hotel. Located 15-20 min walk from the centre. We had the junior suite room and it really was a pleasure! Bright and spacious with a huge terrace and a beautiful view. Bathroom very spacious and all very clean. Breakfast very complete, abundant, varied and very rich everything. The only thing we did not like was that the tram does the curve just in front of the hotel and the noise of the rails is a bit nasty, but hey, after all the beating from sightseeing all day a good night's sleep comfortable. By the way, the bed huge and soooo comfortable! I would repeat without doubt.

Staff spectacular. Very nice. The breakfast unbeatable. The room, junior suite, with very beautiful views. All more than correct. The tram passes close by and makes some noise. Nothing that cannot be fix by closing the window. Fully recommended.

Nice and modern hotel. Little disturbing from nearby tram jar. The breakfast could be better. To much desserts in my opinion and almost no vegetables. Lack of some thing in the rooms, for example a shoehorn.

It is worth going to this hotel rather than the ones in the downtown area where its services and facilities are quite older. There is a tram next door and at a stop you are in the historic center. Very comfortable.

I have had the opportunity to stay at different NH in Europe and I really am in love with their facilities and their staff, recommended 100%

Meeting rooms of all types and sizes. Adjacent to car park (not cheap) and tram stop, a few steps from the fantastic park of the farmhouses and the old town, not yet ZTL. The location is perfect!

Correct location for visiting the city or going to run right across. Clean room and comfort. Grey big flat on breakfast not at the height of a NHotel.

I come for work in Florence and this hotel is very good. Close to the centre (10-15 minutes). Tram stop 3 minutes away. Good breakfast. Good facilities.

Discounted star for a couple of circumstances at this location. (Disclaimer, I've also stayed at the NH in Milan and had a better experience). First, the room smelled a little odd when I arrive. Second, I stayed for 5 nights. After my first night, I had no room service (i. E. Bed was not made, trash not emptied, etc. ). I didn't need fresh towels or anything but anyway, I inquired at the front desk. They first said, "you probably had your DND sign on the door". When I told them in fact I did not, they said, well the cleaning staff marked your room as complete… Regardless of this, I was also a bit bothered that the gym had certain opening hours which were 7am-10pm. Opening too late in the morning to do anything prior to work. Not sure why it had to be locked. Additionally, no parking nearby unless you want to get a ticket or pay the hotel 25 euros a day to take it to a garage. But the positive take away is that the breakfast is very large and has much to offer. Overall impression: average. Would I stay again? Probably not.

Very friendly and helpful to tourists. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was very nice. The main sightseeing areas are walkable, within a mile. Plan on walking 5 to 8 miles a day to sightsee.

Beautiful Hotel and food very good, we enjoyed it and the prices are balanced. We stayed at a fairly cold time and the weather was under control by the systems, maybe slightly windy. The bathrooms are very clean and the rooms are also. The reception is correct and very friendly. A smile to our children is not missed. Staff very courteous and committed to carry out their work with skill and professionalism. Thanks to you soon. We will try to stay on other occasions.

Good hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very well located, near the station, about fifteen minutes away, where trains depart to Venice, Rome or Luca. And close to the centre, about fifteen minutes along the Arno River.
Good buffet for breakfast.

We went for New year's. A comfortable hotel with comfortable spaces well located. Service was great. The staff all was kind and professional. We really enjoyed it, they did not miss anything. A note of merit certainly goes to Nadine, Federica, Francesco and Toufik. Often we are at the hotel and it is nice to recognize people who work with smiles. Recommended.

Great Hotel run in an exemplary way. Professional and trained staff. Entrance for disabled and structure prepared to welcome them. There is a ironing service available to customers and a small gym. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and modern. I liked the cleanliness of the room. There is an indoor restaurant with a great variety of meat dishes, fish, vegetarians and vegans based on your choices. Parking in front of the hotel is convenient. Suggested for couples and families.

Great hotel. Clean, elegant, staff prepared and courteous. Not a brand new external structure but with comfortable and modern rooms. Great choices for cooking including interesting vegan alternatives.
Also recommended for the location is the convenient parking.

Fantastic hotel in Firenze… about 15 minutes from downtown, but with a pleasant walk on the banks of the river Arno. Excellent attention!. Rooms very spacious and in every detail. Public transport at the door and with parking area… To repeat!

Recently renovated rooms. Very spacious and comfortable. Well located near a tram and bus station. One tram stop away from the main train station in Florence. Only negative was that the breakfast options were limited, especially compared to other places we had stayed at in Rome and Venice.

We had a very good experience. It is very well located (walking distance from dowtonw), clean and quiet. Also the team in the hotel was extremely helpful. They help us changing rooms, with city and taxi information etc. Etc.

Renovated hotel rooms. Spacious bathrooms and creative, eco friendly design. The outlets in our room were not working. They had to fix this from downstairs. Trange smell in the hotel corridors. Staff is not pleasant. Bonus is that breakfast is included. Street parking is free on Sundays.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Same thing for the bathroom. From the roof top you can enjoy a beautiful view of Florence and the surrounding hills, with the possibility to enjoy an aperitif.

At check out I notice they don't wax my ray sunglasses anymore. Ban.
When I send it to the reception I will answer you do not worry we will let you know (a way to get off the boxes and let me go away). Never had an answer and to my phone call, after months of silence, I am answered: the management does not respond to the objects left in the room for this the rooms are equipped with safety deposit boxes.
Disappointment one book in a 4 star and then have these surprises, worse than a dump.
Disarming especially never been contacted by the management.
Advice if you are staying at the Nh in Florence put the trolley in the safety deposit boxes.

Clean room, large bathroom but I would suggest a top floor room as people above us were noisy.

Great hotel, Friendly staff, Comfortable rooms… My wife and I stayed at the NH Firenze for 4 days when we visited Florence. We had a very enjoyable time there The Hotel is perfectly located near the Arno river … Breakfast was plentiful and had good variety. The staff was helpful and friendly The room was so adorable, modern and clean. Overall, I would absolute recommend this hotel to anybody wanting to visit Florence.

Newly updated, good service. The room was a shade on the small side, but the patio made up for it. I do wish the breakfast buffet included fresh citrus instead of just pineapple and melon. Otherwise pretty great, great location.

Worst hotel in history there's bugs in the beds that bite you and horrible service don't let go here trust me it will be a horrible mistake.

Not as fantastic as I imagined. There is an odd scent when I first entered the room. The breakfast was disappointing, the kettle is extremely dirty. After I did the first boil, there was alot of white foam, floating substance on the top. I stopped using it for my 5 nights stay. Location was a tram station away. Will not return for stay.

Had to wait a long time for check in. The official check in time is supposedly 3pm but the room wasn't ready until almost 4pm! We had to wait around in the lobby until they decided it was ready. I also saw others waiting around in the lobby. Amenities: no shower caps and stingy on tea bags. The bedsheets were so rough. Haven't they heard of fabric softeners or higher thread count sheets… apparently not! The sheets felt like barb wires. The room has a mini bar fridge and a water heater which are both appreciated. Rooms are spacious but are overpriced given the amenities.

Great service, breakfast varied and tasty, and very well located for those who want nearness to the centre but with the serenity of a zoba residential. Recommended.

Charming hotel as the great city that is. Breakfast full and rich and the most comfortable hotel beds that I have slept. Very clean and very good care.

Good hotel at convenient location. We got a large, modern room at the 6th floor facing the Arno, great view from the balcony. Staff are friendly. Only con is that there's no coffee maker nor complimentary water.

Although it was only one night, I thought it was a fairly quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. Dinner was not quite right, since it is late, and it seems that the schedules in Italy are far above the comfort of guests.
In conclusion, recommended.

The room was fabulous! The dining nice and the lobby was just right. However, some people in our group ended up in a unrenovated room that was just awful. So you have to be careful about that.

I was robbed in the lobby of the hotel!, I was in this Hotel from 29 November to 3 December, for a convention, the Room was pretty, good enough for a 4 star hotel. When I was leaving the hotel, I stay for a moment in the Lobby, waiting for the chek out, when I left my bags and my photographic camera in a chair because I want to salute a friend. After 3 minutes I return to my chair and I realize that my backpack and my camera were not there! I go to the receptionfor make the notification of this loss, but the manager and the people of the Hotel make nothing about this, they not call the police, they not see the videos (they had not lit the lobby security camera), I felt I was treated like a foreigner of no importance and discriminated against me for being South American.
