Not a very modern Hotel but nothing is modern in Florence… The magic from the past still lives here. The room was clean, the stuff VERY willing to help us and breakfast was decent with amazing coffee and fresh croissants! The location is very convenient as is in the center and you can visit anything on foot.

A nice little hotel close to the very centre of Florence. It took like 10min to Duomo by foot. The breakfast was very much on the sweet side which is typical in Italy.

Breakfast is very good I love the bathroom is beautiful the truth I put 4 by that so far this of the tourist places but if not for that it is a 5 star.

Great location, close to everything! I'd just say, watch out for the Rambo in the restaurant, you don't know what sympathy is. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great.

Great location, most interesting places within easy walking distance. Decent rooms and cleanliness that leaves you wanting (you forget to change towels). Overall acceptable.

Very discreet Hotel for a small stay of a couple of days. Nice and comfortable.

The staff at the front desk are friendly, at breakfast they are very attentive and pending that nothing is missing. Better maintenance and with the issue of parking, better not to say much, are a pirates. Some employees tell you there are and others don't.

Centrally located and about 10/15 minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo! :) More than satisfied also for the rooms, nothing very modern, but well kept and clean. Nn we could have asked for more for our stay in beautiful Florence!

Still here — Clean Extremely Quiet & the Breakfast buffet is very good — delicious warm Croissants are my fav… Awesome location near everything great restaurants & train station is a 8 minute walk if you want to catch a train to Venice or Rome or Siena etc… Just a heads up — there's no Uber — but it's great to just walk around…

Simple, the room was clean and the breakfast was very small.

Excellent and good location.

Room: 1 star — dingy, small (with the bed there was no gap to move around the room), no TV. The bathroom was fine.
Cleaning: 1 star — there was dust and a guest T-shirt filled with dust under the bed.
Location: 4 stars — a 11min walk from the train station and 15min from the Duomo, as well as having some good places to eat around.

Perfect location near the station and easy to visit the city good neighborhood and little noise at night. But our stay was not at all pleasant from the first moment we entered as we were told that there had been a problem with their booking program but that we were staying in a hotel of the same owners the same supposedly star square. When we entered it was a pension on a 3 floor of bad death of course we called the agency with which we had hired the trip and solved it. Already happy in our hotel room Malaespina I saw that there was no TV ask at the front desk and it was broken and it is what there was. It's okay, we weren't going to see her. But when we go in and see the room full of mosquitoes! But nose in an hour we killed the moment 15? I'm not really exaggerating. In fact it was the room full of zapatillazos in the looks with mosquitoes crushed from other guests… we go a whole experience. That's if the breakfast buffet is pretty good.

Nice hotel, located near the centre of Florence, good value for money, good breakfast service. The building is old, is well preserved, draws attention to the beautiful period furniture. Highly recommended to spend a few days.

Little hotel without praise… It only saves the staff with its exquisite kindness and friendliness with which it treats you… For the rest, a pitiful veil…

Hotel was good. Room was simple and bathroom was basic but if you're only staying there a few days it's perfect for basic lodgings and reasonably priced. Good location only 12 minutes away from the Cathedral and is located close to shops, restaurants and the train station. Wi-Fi was a bit weak and slow as it struggled to connect to both an IPhone 6 and a Galaxy S8.

One of the most shabby and inefficient hotels in Florence… maybe deserves 1/4 of Star…

I was entertained for a while, but the staff seemed helpful and polite.

The room was so small that you can not walk in the room from one side of the bed to the other side. The window is smaller than 50 cm.

The place is a bit run down we had to be moved as the room was to hot with the two sets of double glazed window yes two in one window just to keep the noise down and the airconditioning only available in the summer. … not impressed with the breakfast … all cold food the cold boiled eggs were bad no hot food at all unless you made your own toast. … can't have a drink in your room as no facilities to make one the fridge in one room they offered was missing had a fridge door but no fridge behind it florence is supposed to be a beautiful place but after going to Rome before I'm afraid it's a bit dull not much to see and it does actually smell of blocked sewers all over the place … 2 out of 10

Very nice and clean rooms. Fresh towels daily, and in a wonderful old building. Breakfast is delicious. Showers could use some anti mildew cleaning. Otherwise a wonderful stay. Short walk to train station and short walk to any tourist attraction. Also had their A/C turned off because apparently it got cool at night so they just said to open the windows. But mosquitos would enter if I did that, so I found that suggestion weird. But a nice stay for a great price!

Hotel within walking distance of major attractions, room clean and well taken care of. Helpful staff.

My wife and I together with two friends stayed here for four nights on the 20th April. We had two large rooms overlooking the square at the front of the hotel. The rooms were fine, the beds firm and the linen fresh and lovely. Breakfast not a vast choice but perfectly adequate and enjoyable. Reception staff very helpful and the young lady was charming. The location of the hotel was excellent, a quiet oasis to return to after a busy day site seeing in the City. Thank you team we will return.

A very nice hotel not far from the mercato vecchio and the duomo, the breakfast is a little "light" but the hotel is clean and spacious rooms.
