Clean place. The room is done and clean once we get back from exploring. The people are great, very respectful.

Very beautiful place and it’s near the train station.

Good Location from everything.

We stayed here for two nights. It was everything we wanted. So near to all the tourist attraction and the local market place. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom in our room was renovated and had an excellent shower. The breakfast was repetitive but was good and healthy. I woke up to the beautiful smell of bread being baked each morning! Our had a tiny balcony and was very peaceful. The staff here was very welcoming and even let us keep our luggage here post checking out. Ps — the rooms have a safe too.

Four stars because the staff are helpful. No lift, refrigerator not efficient! Location is very good, rooms spacious and comfortable. Tram services, busses and trains as well as shopping close by.

Old furniture, cozy room. Good, varied breakfast. A couple of steps from Florence Station and not far from the center. The price is low, 113 euros per night room for three.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the local and tourist areas of the city. The room was clean and more than adequate with a huge bathroom and good spread for breakfast.

Very nice Hotel Our room for 3 was spacious. The breakfasts are at rich and at will. The staff are very friendly. The price was very interesting. It is very well placed for a tour of the city. The street has various good restaurants and the dome is at the end of the street.

One of the best 3 star hotel I have never been. Always smile receptionist and delishes breakfast.

We were staying at this hotel a few days ago. We did not have big claims that if the furniture was not the most modern we did not care, but and I say but, a stink stink coming from the bathroom, certainly due to a return of sewage accompanied us all the time and this really disturbed us. The friendly and helpful staff stayed with us distribuendoci valuable tips and various information about places to visit. Breakfast. I would have to go back to clear: B&B "stinks excluded".

Very nice Hotel, very helpful and friendly staff should be improved however EU furniture and refreshed EU plaster of the rooms because they are far too dated and not functional! Completely to remake the bathroom with old services (you save only the shower) and without even a hanger or a cabinet where you can put towels and furnishings.

This hotel is located very close to the train station. There are many small establishments around the hotel. It's very cozy and warm.

We stayed for a weekend and had a great time. Very clean cheap and very close to the center. Pretty much downtown.

Hotel absolutely not recommended, poor cleanliness, nay absent… excessively antique furniture and equipment. The location Plant showers are rusty, limestone everywhere, and in case the bidet is missing the solution has been found! Look under the sink and you will discover things that you humans can't even imagine. Well-deserved star of the friendly staff.

Nice place to stay in Florence.

Location The breakfast was very good and it was very nice. The excellent central location and easily accessible from Santa Maria Novella station and especially the great professionalism of the reception staff make this hotel absolutely advisable.

Great location to visit the city without using the means. Period furniture of great atmosphere would make more if the furnishings were kept better. Breakfast room A little small to accommodate all you risk to do the shifts.

Very friendly staff. The hotel is within the outskirts of the city centre but just 10 min away by walking. Great options to eat around that zone.

Congratulations to you for the old-fashioned style of the hotel. Great proximity to the old town and station x can safely move around on foot. We had a great time in these four days spent in Florence x Last of the year. Cute room a little little but furnished in a precise way and with style. Very pleasant the surprise of the hosts on the day of the Last of the Year in making us find in the room a panettone and a bottle of wine x Brindisi. As soon as it is possible we will return very willingly… good year at all.

First impression was the friendly, helpful staff and the offer of a cappuccino. We booked a small room and very surprised how comfy and clean. We also had use of a lovely terrace. Via Faenza is an interesting street with plenty of good eating places, a short walk to the main station and easy walking to the Duomo and other attractions.

A very good stay at the hotel I loved it and personally I think that anyone who are staying in Florence should be done at the Azzi.

Hotel is placed in a great location for major Florence attractions. Rooms look clean but small copared to what I have seen in other European hotels. Overall its a pleasant place to stay.

The hotel was clean, good looking on the inside, and we enjoyed the breakfast every morning. All amenities worked well and staff was very accommodating.

Good reception, the hotel is a building with several floors each floor is a separate small Inn and a separate classification but one administration. I stayed at the Inn Marin, 2 on the second floor for three days. Small room but clean contains her bath. Wi-Fi is available in the room and signal strength and good flow. It's quiet and far from the noise of falling on a side street but at the same time just minutes from the historic city centre and the train station. Steps away from the hotel, on the same street there is an Indian restaurant serves halal fast food: kebab, Falafel, and the region is packed with restaurants and shops. Add to all this the room rate was only € 38 per night fee to the city. Recommended hotel.

Very good hotel located a few minutes walk from the station of train Santa María Novelle de Florencia. The cleaning of the rooms is good, comfortable bathroom, and very good bed with new pillows. I recommend it widely.

Very good service — we're listening to Louis Armstrong right now in the lobby, perfect Wi-Fi, great service, espresso in the morning, very nice people. Stay here.
