Was a good experience, it is locater 10 minutes from the main station and the first landmark. Friendly staff that were very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommend if you're coming for holiday.
Florence Ventuno B&B offers really clean, modern, and spacious rooms – though a kettle for tea drinkers would be a welcome addition! The location is excellent, a short walk or tram ride into Florence's city center.
The breakfast was fairly standard. The host is very friendly, but a bit of background music in the morning would help ease the awkwardness while guests are starting their day.
A minor note on booking: we found the direct website payment process a bit odd. For ease, consider booking through Booking. Com.
Overall, a good base for exploring Florence.

10/10 would recommend this place! 15 minutes to Santa Maria Novella train station and 25 minutes to the Duomo complex. The people here were so kind, the breakfast was perfect, and the room was spacious and comfortable. It's also right next to the Social Hub, which is great for food, relaxing, and views of the Duomo from far away. It's not the most central location, but it makes up for it with everything else!
