Beautiful location, super clean apartment.

My partner and I decided to stay at this property for our pleasure trip to Florence.
The owner and her daughter greeted us courteously upon arrival in the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with every comfort and is located a few steps from the Duomo.
Will definitely come back!

I was on holiday in Florence and I was fortunate enough to stay in one of the apartments of Design apartments Florence.
As soon as we arrived the owner kindly welcomed us.
The apartment was extremely cozy, clean and equipped with everything. Also the owner made us find inside the apartment the necessary for a breakfast and a bottle of wine.
Florence has just stayed in the heart and we will definitely return to this apartment.

Big dissatisfaction about the way they handled our arrival. Design apartment took initiative to cancel our booking and hold our luggages that we need to leverage local resources to get back the luggages and changed to another apartment in the midnight. The Next day they still applied the apartment fee from my credit card without notice.

Really nice apartment, loved how organised and supportive the host was and the satellite sky channels were an added bonus. Enjoyed the complimentary wine and snacks and all in all good location. Didn't take a liking to the small elevator and dark stairway but small price to pay.

I have booked an apartment with Apartments Florence on three separate occasions staying in three separate apartments, for both long and short term stays, and I have been more than pleased with each experience. Each accommodation, as well as the customer service, was impeccable. Anytime I needed anything, whether it was something as simple as replacing a lightbulb or a suggestion on where to have dinner, the staff at Apartments Florence NEVER disappointed! They were always readily available and everyone was extremely friendly while providing a helping hand. I will continue to recommend Apartments Florence as Florence's rental agency.

I absolutely LOVE Apartments Florence! Not only am I in my third (amazing) apartment that they found me, but I recommend them to family, friends and clients. They help me with anything that I need before, during and even after my stays. Everyone of the staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. All of the apartments I have stayed in (and my friends and family) have been very clean and filled with every amenity that one needs for a home away from home! They get 11 out of 10 stars!

Home anonymous, absolutely not up rooms, we also found hairs in the bed and the bathroom was not completely clean, and poor general hygiene, which is important for a pseudo-hotel. Do not continue to go to avoid.
