Friendly staff, affordable price and huge room. Room cleaning and breakfast on good levels. Structure suitable for the Florentine artistic context. I mean, to be a three-star, it's all worth it. Good location a 20-minute walk from the centre.

Very spacious, clean and beautiful room. Quiet area. The centre is reached with 10min on foot.

A good drive to reach the centre of Florence, 25 minutes "drive. Good bus service to Palazzo Pitti. Guarded parking.

The rooms are all different and I do not peace the Servis sel.

We had a room near the reception and the breakfast area. The hotel was outdated but I love the old europian style decoration especially at the lounge area. Our room is big with high up ceiling. We have the view of the garden. Friendly staff and the breakfast is decent.

Well located. The size of the bathrooms is minimal and the cleanliness has not been your forte. Very poor breakfast.

Cold cold cold place… Zero Heating! Bathroom dirty and to pee you had to get stuck between the toilet and the bidet… I'm a little girl and I pass. But if you have a few inches more than me… no Pee.

Bit dated hotel, typical european small space, had huge ceilings so felt more open. Very little sound barrier, can hear outside of the room fairly clearly, doors opening and closing would shake the door as well. Had a very friendly lobby setup, breakfast area was well organized.

Stayed here for 4 nights in June during the Firenze rocks festival. Excellent location, close to the main tourist attractions of Florence. Family run with friendly multilingual staff.

This hotel location to me quite better than other side of Train Station where is crowded, and must be more expensive. Here price is reasonable, roads are more clean, 3 minutes far from Carrefour, a minute to river and Abou 3 minutes far from USA embassy. Having lovely garden with tall and old trees (unfortunately the time we were there, they were suffering of lack of watering, which receptionist told us; due to water shortage, it's been prohibited by the community, and they are awaiting for rain in comming days). Lovely old stylish, where lobby, dining room were decorated with nice paints on wall, antic items and old furniture nearby a chimney.

Simple hotel in an old historic building. The rooms were a bit hot and the bathroom design a bit strange. The hotel service was very friendly and professional. The neighborhood is quiet and slept well even with the windows open. Good location, everything is walkable to the downtown or the central station (SMN). The backyard patio is very nice and relaxing. The price was reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

Sounds constantly, the front door to the room did not open, so thin the corner of the shower, that the water outside came out of it.
One of the lamps did not work, as far as the staff were concerned, it was always friendly.
But on 'loyalty' I would have doubts.

A nightmare experience, usually chocolate dream for tourists: the Hotel is an old 19th century gloomy, Dim and to tell the truth very spooky, horror, shame because the location was great. The building consists of 4 floors and 3 symmetric (ground floor) structurally different, it lacks the restaurant or rather there is only the breakfast area, nothing that qualitatively cappuccino usually watered down and various things that it is better not to speak, but for a 3star Florence we may stay, but the area is too small to accommodate all the cased and you have to take it in turns hand to the wallet and go for ergo put out for breakfast. Clean, horrible verging on "Vintage, " The gaunt bathroom without shower and bidet, you see it's unbearable noises during the night a thousand tourists will prefer the nightlife in Florence and since the public benches are not bad I'd do a little thought about where to sleep. Apart from personal comments, the motivation of "Sola" Star is the staff: grouchy and especially racist, without exaggeration, especially the Bellman Day/possible owner. Last note the price made it a bit more acceptable situation if it wasn't for the staff, I dare not think in peak season.

The photos promise more than reality. Better youth hostel. Breakfast "clear", cleanliness naaajaaaa. However, deficiencies were quickly rectified. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nothing to do with photos that appear, they gave us a room with shared bathroom was horrible smelly cigar and toilet very bad, my husband was to claim that was not what had quietly gave us another room equally but this brought its own bathroom, in the only bathroom walk sideways not caen 2 people at the same time, is a 3 star hotel I you draw 2 that left over you, I do not recommend it.

I have assigned a triple room as requested but x handicapped persons … without bidet … and smell urine even after housekeeping made … One day I wouldn't have changed the towel. No breakfast and varies from day to day. As it should but and still the same … The staff except one item and kind … All in all despite having made a short stay of only 3 days I am very disappointed …

It seems fair to bring back what happened. I booked a room online to a lucrative price through Hotel Info,
reservations I was confirmed. About 1 month after I contacted the hotel to confirm your reservation and only then told me the room
It could not be confirmed. After a brief debate with Hotel Info and the property I have imposed a different culture from price than has been confirmed to me and of course I accepted.
Never mind being able to cancel in advance, I can't imagine how it would end if I had gone to the hotel (sure of my reservation) and I would insult
asking a price significantly more (even spopositato respect to the facility in question).
The crudeness of the desk was a good frame.

20 minutes away from the Centre, antique furniture, poor breakfast, the floor was shaking, surly staff particularly with schoolchildren and bathrooms too small and hard to regulate the water.
