Very good for its price. Good location reasonable price. Has all the necessities. They provided a kettle upon request. Room is small. Smells a little funny inside because it is old. Shower booth is tiny but water runs very well. Overall if you are looking for a moderate stay, this is the place.

I only evaluate three stars mainly considering the prices of the rooms in Milan. Probably due to the fact that I travel all over Europe, but the prices of Milan are absurd. The bed was comfortable the staff nice the shower outstanding. For the rest the room is very small furnished in a little sad way. The Internet connection is good comma the minibar working but empty.

Breakfast may be included based on your booking, if not, it's €7, the food is good quality, and the hostess gives full cafe style service, hotel is a very good Italian style hotel.

Cheap but no frills hotel. Rooms fairly basic but the key points of comfy beds and a good strong shower are here. Good location just a 5 minute walk from the central station and the nearest metro to the centre. Big supermarket directly opposite and a lovely gin bar a stone's throw behind it which was a lovely way to finish off each night. Stayed there for 3 nights and would definitely go back if I returned to Milan.

The hotel was very modern and clearly recently revamped, the staff were nice and helpful. The room itself was clean and nice apart from being slightly small. Our only problem was the walls were very thin so we could hear our neighbours at all times and on our last night I noticed an ant on my friends bed, I just knocked it away and never saw any other bugs of any kind. A perfect hotel if all you are really using it for is sleeping and showering with an amazing location.

The location is good because it is very close to the central station, for the rest, a very normal hotel cob the bathroom. Very small and breakfast very poor and not healthy.

From my experience the hotel does not provide the services as it should be, room in Pesimo state, poor attention and predisposicon by the reception staff. I never reomendaria it.

Excellent value for money, a double for one night only €54 on booking! And it's worth them, since the rooms are modern and clean, also well appointed. Nothing from complain, staff at the front desk very helpful, provides map of the city and recommend places to visit. The area is great for those who need to move with the Metro, since the station is at two steps and in the evening the street is quiet. In front of the hotel there is a discount store where you find everything at very low prices.

Freezing cold, noise from renovations, view over a trash dump. Very poor sleep quality, not even breakfast included for almost 70 euro.

Few minutes walk from Centrale Metro, there is a Penny mini market right opposite the hotel. The room size is acceptable. Shower is enjoyable with strong water pressure. Wi-Fi is working ok. Friendly staff. The hotel is under renovation (changing the carpet to tiles) and our room is really dusty. No kettle in the room.

Room a little small but very attentive treatment.

After the first night I changed hotel. The thermos light them at 6pm. 00 and turn them off at 6:00.00. With the draughts coming from the window after 20 minutes wax 8 degrees.

Rooms are small and not comfortable, old and in poor condition, with poor furnishings, without cupboard or drawers usable. Cramped and poorly cleaned bathrooms. Breakfast to be paid apart, but absolutely not recommended. Hotel to avoid.

It was nice hotel 7 years ago when I went it there first time. Now it's tottaly run down, used and not that clean. But it's still ok for a night.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is INCREDIBLE. They help you when you're lost in what to do in town. I have never felt so welcome in an hotel as I've felt down there. The breakfast was made by a lady who is incredible. Such a superwoman in the kitchen!
The reception had the best man in town. Honestly if their boss reads this: keep these people! They do their work incredibly good. Ps. I loved how clean the room was made every day. Awesome hotel.

The roon is small, we don't have a refrigerator in our room. The shower is great.

There were not bad but it seems to me for that little that I was just nice he in the room there was no bidet.

The strategic location of the hotel, just a few minutes from Milan Central Station and the possibility of a new discounted stay of 10% thanks to a promotion of the structure are certainly very positive aspects to be taken into account. Certainly it would be desirable a renovation of the structure in some points that highlight the signs of time! Cleanliness and staff always helpful.

Comfortable hotel, just steps from Milano Centrale train station, friendly staff, welcoming and helpful, free wi fi throughout the hotel, reasonably priced, chance to chek in — early check out — postponed; booking via phone, no surprises on arrival and applied discount on list price. Can breakfast buffet, no restaurant on site.

Great place near Stazione Centrale.

Quiet hotel in 2 minutes from the station. The reception is good, friendly staff. Room small and neat with all the bare essentials in line with the price.

The room was nice and cozy, just a bit of dust. The window looked out onto an interior courtyard and for this we slept without traffic noise.

The Hotel is very conveniently located, close to Central station. The room and bathroom were clean enough but could do better. The staff I did not find it very cosy but still available.

You can hear whatever sound when you stay here — luggage sound, water sound from your next door's neighbour and there is no sound proofing. The room is considered "spacious" and the hotel is very near to Metro station which is about 2-3 mins walk. Wifi speed is ok. The most irritating is still the sound proofing as you can hear your neighbors bathing when you try so hard to sleep.

Say they have sent the mail for moving to another hotel, the same day of arrival at the hotel, the email never made it personal with a sealing solution, found sick and broken.
