Nice hotel but got ripped off with alleged minibar use. Didn't and never have touched a mini bar but their eftpos wasn't working. Made us go up to a bank and get cash out causing us to miss our first train then took thre money and then handed us the receipt… rushed out to try and get our train. Missed it and then checked the receipt extra 10.5 euro… not happy! Not going to use them again thanks!

Medium size City Hotel is conveniently located in heart of shopping Area on Buenos Aires Street in Milan… Located relatively close to beautiful Central Station. Convenient either you coming or leaving by plane (bus for/from airport Malpensa) or directly by train, this Hotel is located 950 metres only or by 7 minutes walk, 5 minutes by bus (#60) or 3 minutes by taxi (10 Euro). Only 100 meters from Subway. Walking distance to some attractions, like Porto Venezia, museums and parks, less than 1.7 km (25 min walk) of center, like Dome, Scala, Galleria… Outside appearance is nice. Modern, blue glass buildings look. Inside, neat, clean and quite, acclimatized, small but effective reception, but with no seating and resting area. Small but working elevator (1-2 person + luggage), with 7-8 stairs up from reception. (Not convenient if you have heavy luggage or disabled). Very slow, but no long waiting. Very helpful receptionists, kind stuff. Fast check in. Receptionist kindly gave coupons for complimentary drinks. Very nice on such a hot day. Thanks Massimo… Rooms are neat, quite and clean, nice looking with all amenities, beside standard, like free Wi-Fi, safe, fridge. Cold AC was already on. Which made very pleasant and calming experience after outside heat. Complimentary water, coffee, tea, etc. Cold drinks in fridge are for charge. We were on 6th floor with huge window, street view but inside was quite.

Disappointing experience. It is true that there was work in progress on my plan but at this point close it. Not comfortable access, lack of disabled access. Narrow elevator only allowed two people to enter. Decent breakfast but nothing to write home about. In the room it was communicated that services such as slippers were available but apparently it was only written, not real.

Stayed for one night only through a mistake booking. Excellent location, clean well appointed rooms with a balcony; a rareity in any city. Extremely pleasant and very helpful staff, I would certainly stay here again.

We visit Italy each year from Australia and always look forward to our stay at the Milan Best Western Hotel City. The location is literally metres from the Lima Metro station and good quality dining and shopping. The hotel offers a good quality breakfast, fast internet, and the rooms we have stayed in have always been clean and comfortable. Reception staff are alawys helpful and friendly.

Work was underway in the room adjacent to mine. There were pneumatic hammers and other work equipment in operation from 8 a. M. It was impossible to work because of the deafening noises. It is not acceptable for the hotel manager to do this. Adjacent rooms at least didn't go assyrating. In general then fixtures to be reviewed: The noises coming from Buenos Aires course were little attenuated. Other details also to be reviewed (shower, electrical outlets, …). Bad experience.

It does not look nor feel like a 4 star hotel. The male receptionist was not very gentle (maybe a homophobe? Because when I saw him speak to women he was a sweetheart). Rooms are big and clean… and the breakfast buffet made it worth it!

Very nice little hotel in Milan. Close to metro, supermarket and laundry. Cafe underneath is amazing. Clean. Comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff. Our first night we were treated to a free champagne in an evening reception for all guests.

The staff was very good and the room was very clean. In a word: perfect.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, especially Mr Lorenzo at reception. As far as the rooms are very cozy clean and quiet, each room a gorgeous view. I hope to go back soon. Fondly Mr Green from Ischia.

Location is great, the room is very comfortable. Haven't had too much interaction with the staff but the man on the front desk was very helpful. You also get a free welcome drink which is always s nice bonus!

The rooms on Corso Buenos Aires are noisier but refurbished. Good breakfast and nice staff.

Room is so small but this otel is so close to city center and lima metro station. It is clean breakfast is nice.

The hotel was OK, staff friendly and the room clean. The breakfast is not absolutely like the one in the picture. Also the buffet was not stocked regularly.

My experience can be summed up by the front desk's first comment, "the elevator is up the stairs". This place was an incredibly poor experience for my last night in Italy. They said the AC was turned off because the night was cool so we should open the window. The only problem with that… the window was broken and we were told not to open it. On top of the general rude service by most of the staff, the hotel is right on a Main Street and the noise was insane. If you are looking for a restful night, go somewhere else.

The room has a lot of space and it's very comfortable. Hotel is very clean and perfectly located. The breakfast is a very good buffet with several options to chose from. Definitely recommend it!

New, modern, cozy, clean, in the center of Milan, strategic for those who travel by train. Great international Breakfast.

Good location with clean, comfortable rooms and an excellent shower. Friendly and courteous service. Adequate continental breakfast. If you've stayed at a Premier Inn or the like, this hotel is comparable.

Excellent hotel in Corso Buenos Aires less than a kilometer from the station. The rooms are very clean and the room is very nice and the staff is very helpful. I took advantage of the service without breakfast and with only 3 euros you can make one with a wide choice, all in the face of an excellent cost/benefit ratio.

Central strategic location. Room discreetly decorated and very clean. Nice breakfast room with view of corso Buenos Aires. Shame we don't do catering but the area is full of restaurants. Good professional staff.

Offer limo service but have on my request if you have a limo service, this negates.
According to the website, the hotel service is also of the German language powerful — wrong!
2 German TV channels are offered but they were not available.
To get the sink Stopsel out again, I had to become an installer.
Room service, cleanliness and friendliness of the entire hotel staff: 1a — very clean, all tidy, all friendly — these are the first 3 stars.

Very good accomodation near to everything you need to explore the city. Good continental breakfast. 15 min. Walking distance to Central station.

Too bad this beautiful property, have a staff with a very inappropriate behavior. That instead of finding a resting place: listen yell on staff. This behavior does not like it.
