The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station. The amenities are luxurious! The room and bathroom are incredibly inviting and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is also delicious and plentiful. We had a few hiccups but the staff addressed them right away. I took off a star because everything wasn't explained to us upon check in, and the service could have been better. They charge you for making simple local calls. And they're concierge wasn't helpful when we needed. I also had to follow up several times to ensure my questions were addressed. Overall, a great stay and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, 10 minutes from the central station. The hotel has delicious breakfasts, friendly staff, clean, cozy, good internet.
You will always be helped with the suitcase. Delicious pizza in the restaurant.

This is my second stay, rooms are very good and very clean. Breakfast is very rich and delicious. Location of the hotel is in the middle of buenos aires street one of Milan's main areas.

Excellent service and great location. I wish they had more food options after 11:30p and I wish they didn’t have a smoking balcony that opens right into the gym. Other than that a good hotel for relatively reasonable price.

Great hotel in downtown Milan. The hotel is comfortable and in a good location. IT is easily reached by public transport, while it is very difficult to find parking nearby. I always parked in the hotel garage (with an additional cost of 27 €/night). The room is in a classic style, spacious but slightly outdated. Friendly and knowledgeable staff as you would expect from a hotel of this level.

We had a very good stay here. Nice staff, very good rooms and the location of the hotel to see Milan is perfect. Close to the metro and a nice neighbourhood with restaurants and bars.

Location Close to the Lima stations and Porta Venezia of Metro M1 and about ten minutes from Milan Central Station. Tastefully furnished room with everything you need. In essence, great value for money.

Following a train cancellation in the evening, we are obliged to extend our stay in Milan. I found this hotel on the hotel tonight app (very convenient! ). Good location within 10 min by bus from Milan Centrale train station and Lima Metro station.
Quiet, clean hotel, friendly staff. Big downside: the reception is below the entrance of the hotel and there is no ramp to get off the suitcases.
The room is standard size but well equipped. The bathroom is a little bit narrow. The bedding is comfortable.
The breakfast buffet is very good and very advantageous. Nice selection of bread, cereals, yogurt, charcuterie, pastries. They also offer fruit juices and hot dishes (bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages). All for only EUR 12 per person.

2 small holes to be fixed: The carpet had the appearance of being clean. But it is still carpeted and we are no longer in the years 70.
In double room, present the two occupants, a socket of the current is near the desk and the other of the two charge the phone in the bathroom. And the laptop.? and the pad.?
For a 4 star business hotel in downtown Milan I think I can expect more.

We have stayed previously, last year, and again this year because of its great location, close to shopping, eateries, train station, metro, plus the rooms & amenities are very comfortable, breakfast has many good choices, restaurant has good food & value for money however also great cafes within 50mtrs walk, staff are very helpful & knowledgeable re tourist & general information — excellent hotel, more than happy to recommend.

Great, a very remarkable luxury, very attentive staff and spectacular breakfast.

The hotel is nice, location OK, but my main problem was that, as a single room, I was in a communicating room and I could hear everything from the next room. I was here for business and it was disturbing me a lot. At least, in such case, these communicated rooms should be allocated to singles, so people are not talking.

From check in to check out was great. Clean, and comfortable hotel with great location. Tea, coffee and mini fridge facility. Enjoy staying. Only thing is no aircon, only hot air. Will definitely come back. Staff srr all fantastic.

Strategic location, a block parallel to Corso Buenos Aires, very welcoming and the staff is really courteous and very professional (Mr. Antonello in particular scrupulous and attentive to the needs of the clientele. Few like him in many hotels where I have been) the rooms are adequately spacious, bed comfortable and bathroom spotless and fragrant (small flaw, I was with my wife, but in the room they had forgotten to arrange the necessary for 2. But in 3 minutes the staff has been remedied. The fridge didn't cool enough.
The breakfast, though buffet and very varied to suit all the tastes of the guests, did not find in me and my wife the quality worthy of such a structure, let's say it is not in "line" with the context.
The cappuccino despite being served by the waitresses (polite and very attentive) had a very bitter taste, probably the mixture of coffee was not the best, or even better not suitable to make a cappuccino a good start of the day.
The cakes and the crossaint of medium quality, have much appearance, but very industrialized taste.
Fruit OK, jams ok, juices OK, the best brand, inevitable Nutella and yoghurt quality. Ultimately good, but for the excellent I await a clear improvement in this area.
For now the excellent goes to the staff also of Hall.

Clean and comfortable rooms close to the historic center. (20 minutes on foot). Subway just a few steps from the hotel. The staff are welcoming.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for work and felt at home. Very friendly staff, bright and super spacious room with every comfort. The restaurant is something unique and perfect from breakfast to dinner! It will become one of my Milanese landmarks also for its excellent location!

We were welcomed at reception by friendly staff who immediately gave us free upgrade to suite with balcony as it was my wife's birthday. We had a really nice dinner in the hotel restaurant and the hotel is situated near metro, central station and 20 minutes walk from Duomo. Really excellent hotel!

I stayed at this hotel one night for a weekend visit to Milan. The hotel was very convenient to visit the city being close to the center and a short distance from the Metro (line M1).
On arrival our room was not ready, but with little waiting the front desk changed us to moving room in a deluxe, those 10 minutes waiting were well paid.
Very clean room with very comfortable bed and a very spacious bathroom, really great.
The breakfast (included with the prepaid rate) was very rich with great choice between hot and fresh drinks and sweet and savory food of every kind and of excellent quality.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

Good. But rather than 4 times, I'd give 3, 5 times. My double room was narrow with little room around the bed; Not enough for a 4 * hotel. The bed bed was comfortable. My bathroom was small, insufficient for a 4 * hotel; But there was everything you needed. Good cleaning. Breakfast good and varies, enough for a 4 *. Relatively close to the center.

Wonderful hotel, sumptuous and well equipped room, comfortable bed! Wonderful breakfast, delicious and hearty! Very good location (2 steps from main commercial artery) and secure parking.

A luxury we found at egg price… We were lucky for one night. One block from Corso Buenos Aires, ideal for shopping and near the train terminal.

We really enjoyed our vacations at the Starhotels Ritz in Milano. The location of the hotel is perfect. You can easily reach a lot of popular places in Milan and the Metro stations are near to the Hotel. Accomadation and service is good. I think in our next visit to Milan we will stay at the Starhotel Ritz.

The event room is spacious and well-appointed. In general and in all sincerity, the whole structure is beautiful and better than you can expect compared to the stars it brings. Located near the center, in Corso Buenos Aires, in the parallel street more exactly, offers a multitude of solutions for shopping and at the same time the tranquillity of a ban that the course can not guarantee.

The room was stylish and clean. The staff were always very friendly and attentive. I'd love to come back:)

Nice hotel near centre of Milano city. Rooms were a bit small at the price that I paid for my stay. But if someone is looking to stay near shopping places in Milan at a reasonable price, then this is the hotel to stay at.

Great location in the middle of Central Station and Scala. Good breakfast, courteous service. Room small, but everything is there.

This is a 4 star hotel, so we should compare hotels with same rating. Of course this hotel is much better than any other 3 star hotel in Milan. But I would have expected more such as better flat screen tv, bigger room. The room is modern and stylish but need to be renovated soon. The breakfast is amazing, you can find everything and beyond. The food and drink are all quality made most of them are hand crafted and organic. The staff are very friendly and professional. The common places are all very clean, modern and well designed. The underground garage a little bit uncomfortable but at least expensive.

I enjoyed the stay and will recommend it to my family/friends. The Dom is ca. 15min. Far away by walking. In addition, the emlpoyees were very nice and flexible. Thank you!

Good location, shops and restaurants nearby, ideal heating that you can regulate from your room to the temperature you want. Friendly and clean, Wi-Fi works very well.

Great hotel withing walking distance of the historic town centre. We went for a romantic city escape and would recommend this hotel. The only issue was the thermostat that didn't seem to be able to change the temperature at all, it was boiling in the room!

Nice hotel with small but cozy rooms. Comfortable bed. The room has everything for personal hygiene (except toothbrush) Daily cleaning. There is a bath in the bathroom. The view of the courtyard on the building, where now (Nov. 17) is reconstructed, so during the day audible sounds of the working perforator. A varied breakfast is included in the rate. The location of the hotel is 5 minutes from the Metro; Or 35 minutes ' walk from the city centre.

Hotel in strategic position to visit the city, external and internal structure of correct level (4 stars). Room clean and comfortable, maybe slightly small for 2 people but well structured. Obscene temperature, too hot. Turning off the heating you were able to sleep and after you first opened the window (end of November). Clean bathroom in the main components except for the washbasin all marked by limestone (taps, sink and shelf). This 4-Star is not acceptable (just use vinegar every now and then! ). Reception friendly and professional, staff to help luggage in reception without much sense since to arrive we have to make two flights of stairs (once you get to the desk is no use for anything). The second negative note is the parking: a precise telephone call has been ensured parking at the property. Arrived on site the parking was complete and the car could not stop in the area reserved for the property in front of the entrance (the hotel in front where I stayed in the past allows it instead). To argue that then law enforcement agencies do fine is nonsense (being reserved for them they can only call them). Result: Parking on Corso Buenos Aires at the modest figure of 32 euros.
Last negative point is the Wi-Fi: The evening was almost unusable, the morning already acceptable. Honestly for the next stay I will proceed to another facility.

Great location Very comfortable basement hotel parking, in Milan is a rarity. Very friendly Staff, on my arrival with child I was given a more spacious room than expected. International breakfast, waiters quick and kind. For me it is a reference point for my Milan transfers. Great value for money.

Hotel very well located not far from the central station and the airport of Milano Linate next to the Corso Buenos Aires (shopping). Large comfortable and ellegantes rooms. Good restaurant and breakfast with lots of choices. Very nice Bar with pianist. Staff very friendly and available. To advise. Very good value for money.

Everything was great beside the breakfest. The crew were thery nice, the location is amazing, the room was great. The breakfest wasn't good, not vegetables at all. The food wasn't good enough for 4 star hotel, there ere only 2/3 waitres who worked while the breakfest, they realy tried to help all the Customers but it was impossible. also the the refill of food/water/drinks was very slow. The parking is very expensive.

Stayed one night with the family. Everything was great staff room breakfast etc. Good location for shopping etc. Recommend to anyone.

Reasonably priced hotel, suitable for a night or two. A bit anodyne though, no real frills. The 'gym' consists of a few pieces of equipment with a sauna and steam room. Breakfast is reasonable, aside from the highly inappropriate music that is piped through the sound system (shifting from ambient background music to un-censored version of 50 Cent's P. I. M. P seamlessly! )

I got a room on very short notice and met nice and kind staff. High class room.

The location is perfect, near to Fashion shops, restaurants and the Lima metro. The hotel staff is super polite and nice. The room is great, with queen size bed. I highly recommend it!

All well enough. In particular:
1. Great kindness of the maitres at the restaurant.
2. I had asked when booking a room with a shower but I had a room with a bathtub!
3. In The bathroom there was only one towel per type. Those for the guest were locked in an envelope in the closet.
4. At the time of Ceck-in I have not been offered a free upgrade as stipulates the loyalty program "I'm STAR" to which I am registered.
5. Excellent dinner with the tasting menu.

Excellent room, excellent breakfast great staff would definitely stay here again.

We spent one night in the vicinity of the last New Year; We had a great time in the room and enjoyed a great breakfast. As only small note I can say that the breakfast room was presented at certain times somewhat congested forcing a few rows too. The best value for money I have ever found in Milan.

Terrible experience. Basically the location is "good", not terrific, there is a metro station near the hotel but in order to get to the central station you need to walk 15 min or take another line. The breakfast was really poor, first time I hear that fried eggs are not included and with extra fee (6 euros). The coffee wasn't available part of the time and no selection of cheese or fruit. Also the room was small and some with no chair at all. Finally and maybe worst of all… while we waited at the lobby for our flight back, someone got inside and stole one of our backpacks that had many value items inside it. I don't think we will get compensation from the hotel and\or the police and it's annoying and making us feeling helplessness. I'd advice you to think again whether you want to stay at a hotel that has thieves inside it that can steal your precious things.

Smallest room we've ever had… EVER, in all our travels. We were in a tour group and everyone said the same thing: insultingly small rooms. The bathroom was good, good counter space, nice shower. But the room? Unacceptable for two people. Plus the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful when my husband went down to ask very early if there were a place nearby where he could get coffee; we had to leave at 6:15 and the dining room didn't open till 7:00. The guy said No and turned and walked away. My husband walked outside and there was a place 100 feet away that sold coffee AND tea.

The hotel itself is ok. But, watch out if you have any problems getting to the hotel outside your control. I was stuck in London for two days back in Dec due to the air traffic problems and couldn't get to Milan. Even though I called early on both days and was told by the front desk that was no problem, I still got charged for those two days once I did arrive. The front desk wasn't even apologetic about it when I was checking out — seriously they could care less that I had no control of the situation. Beware — you will be paying for nights you booked and can't get there.

The Hotel is not bad. It is a bit far from the center, but in 30 min walk you are there. A plus that the Hotel is siutuated near the shopping street. Juice at breakfast weren't so good, cappuccino was ok. So, 4 Star are for this location too much, would say a 3 Star hotel.

The staff and service is excellent. The room we had was very comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast (International) super, plenty of variety and you can order your coffee as you like. Excellent location. 2-minute walk from the shops Corso Buenos Aires and 5 minutes to the Metro (station Venezia or Lima) have your dinner in the hotel's excellent restaurant or visit Mangiafuoco in the via Pisacana 40 top restaurant and not expensive. (Grilled) you eat the best meat. Open from 20 00 h, but you must reserve a table fully every day. We are in the hotel again soon.
