How can such a lovely, magic and caring place be described in a good enough way? It was my first time in Bormio and right from the arrival the most friendly, caring and thoughtful welcome was expecting me. Even before arrival, a small welcoming word with the request for preferences one may have regarding their room is sent so as to try to perfectly match the expectations, which is far from being a commun practice. Everywhere you go in the hotel : the Reception, take a drink in the bar, during breakfast, or going to a wonderful spa available in the hotel, everywhere you will be treated with the utmost, sincere care. Perfect hotel situation allows you to easily join the city center on foot, umbrellas are even made available on a rainy day :) The hotel is situated in a very charming environment, flowers, trees and magnificent landscapes will bring you serenity, peace and pure happiness. In the evening, you can enjoy a small aperitivo on the hotel's so cosy terrasse. Do not hesitate to take a lazy day and go enjoy the Spa, that is very well equipped and where you will as well find everything you need to relax. Lastly, the property is exceptional and everything is put in place and thought over to make you feel in perfect security, which is especially important in current context. I not only strongly recommend such a lovely and welcoming place but will myself be back for longer holidays next time.

We stayed in this fantastic hotel for a mini vacation and I can spend only beautiful words! At the reception, always kind and available for any request, the breakfast delicious with a wide choice and the waiters courteous and attentive, room cleaning always meticulous and precise. Finally, the spa of the hotel really made us relax! Would definitely stay there again!

A very decent, clean, very well equiped, warmly & historically decorated hotel. It is somewhat dated in terms of look & feel, but still very functional. Beds were good, parking & Wi-Fi are free and the breakfast buffet offers a wide range of food and drinks. It's only a few 100 meters from the village centre, which is very much alive. The hotel also has all sorts of Spa facilities if you want. The personnel can speak English quite well.

Great hotel for those who want to relax in the mountains! Indoor pool also suitable for children with wellness area and wine. Good restaurant with typical dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful!

We stayed 4 nights, hotel clean and comfortable great spa. Only sin the unpleasant breakfast waiters especially the woman and the mustdeal, disrespectful to some customers while with others she was very kind. Perhaps a check by the management would be appropriate.

We were there for a weekend at the end of May the hotel is very nice, a good 4 star, very clean nice rooms although a bit dated, the staff are very nice, unfortunately we couldn't try the restaurant which was still closed for the low season. The highlight of the hotel though is the spa truly worthy of the name with also a nice outdoor heated pool, a place to unplug for real. I recommend, who likes, a massage the workers are very good.

A lot more worn down rooms than expected. Otherwise OK for a night. Decent breakfast buffet. Cool dog at the front porch.

Great hotel a short walk from the center and on the main street. Great spa with everything you need mandatory rental of slippers and bathrobes (5th per person). I recommend booking directly with the hotel as you have access to the spa included in the price. Intercontinental coitation really good and with a lot of choice. Good rooms. Kind staff and ready to fulfill any request.

There is certainly no need for my review to understand that it is a level hotel. Huge double room spotless and with all the servants. Outstanding Spa. The staff is always helpful Good breakfast. Comfortable parking in front of the entrance. I will be out of season but also the price was great.

The room is really clean and the ladies very fast… In fact we wanted to fix us, but as soon as we got back from breakfast we found the impeccable room… Super Breakfast!

I'm still here for the last night… It was the best choice. Welcome, courtesy Availability features all the Miramonti staff. A nice SPA especially the tub with jacuzzi outside in the snow also sauna and more… very attentive and clean. Excellent kitchen also there are many services as well as babysitting for skiing in tranquility! I left my baby in extreme safety in the arms of Mr. Ra Lucia a really amazing woman. Thank you all really hope to see you again soon!

Equipped with all the comforts, from the SPA to the parking lot capacente, the spacious room, clean, the bathroom well stocked and quite large, the breakfast super abundant and varied, silence. Really great thing in the room, even at night you couldn't hear anything, the location then was great. Little distance from the center of Bormio a place that I already entered in my favorites.

Hotel within walking distance of the center. The rooms are large and clean, but the décor of the whole hotel should be modernized. For the price paid I would have expected something more.

Elegant sporty and welcoming environment. The staff and property live up to the excellent quality of the property. Excellent menu and curated fabulous breakfast… Wonderful holiday… absolutely to try!

3 stars because I don't know the price since it was a gift. Very nice SPA, also complete with a second outdoor sauna with outdoor whirlpool, in the snow, beautiful; I took the ball to the jump also to get a massage and it was fantastic! Martina, a super expert but very young girl was so good that 2 days later I had to find a pretext to replicate, given the prices even not exaggerated. Nor is it really worth it. Service staff to the restaurant (especially to the breakfasts), not attentive, courteous but distracted and for this slow and the buffet breakfast nothing special. I found much more courtesy and willingness to try to meet me for my food intolerances in a farm for only 2 nights, that in a 4-star hotel where I spent 5 nights. The 2 dinners we made at the hotel restaurant had very good dishes and spot on like soups while others just on the edge of the eatable. The rooms large but it depends where you happened, since our parents were on the first floor with a small room and bathroom without bidet. Cleanliness not so good as the service staff, nice, helpful and polite.

Booked in advance, TC begins the ski season. This made it possible to stop in the only room under the roof with a veranda and jacuzzi. Breakfast was good. In the sense that there was something to eat besides a croissant and coffee. Cheeses, muesli, cutting, eggs, fresh juice and fruit… The staff is helpful, tries to solve the arisen questions in time, to help. Near the lift on 3000, routes of different complexity. City center. Restaurant with good service and local kitchen.

Hotel a 2-minute walk from the centre of Bormio, spacious rooms and very nice furnishings. I took the room with the Jacuzzi with panoramic view. Great service, Big Breakfast and really nice spa. I didn't miss anything! I will be back soon and would highly recommend it.

I highly recommend being able to go, very nice and complete place for physical well being. Very nice rooms View beautiful mountains and under the winter suggestive of snow.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst cycling the local mountain passes — really well maintained hotel, lovely facilities and great views. Very accommodating for our bikes — told us we can leave them in our rooms or in the ski room. Breakfast was of a really high standard and catered for every taste in a buffet style.

Room was very dated with spider webs in the corner and a large crack across one of the walls. Not at all like the pictures.

Nice hotel within a short walking distance to the city centre. A pleasant stay in July 2017.

We booked the hotel only for one night in the summer, as we made a tour of the Alps. This hotel was by far the most beautiful hotel on our tour. The staff is very friendly, the room was lovely. The bathroom was modern and we liked it very much. For a really tasty 5-course meal, we paid €23 or €26 — a more than reasonable price. If you want pizza, you can find plenty of possibilities in the vicinity.
The hotel looked beautiful and well maintained from the outside. Flowers everywhere, a beautiful garden and plenty of parking spaces. We can recommend it with the best conscience.

Some services are not from 4 star hotels. Very helpful staff. When the internal parking is full you can park cars in front in a private area.

Comfortable room, gym pool massage sauna. Warmness. Good food cos other ask. Only Neo Internet connection not up to par. Often and happily non-existent.

We started our honeymoon here and loved it! The spa facilities are perfect and the staff is very helpful. Our room was very spacious :) Breakfast was very nice and there was a really good choice and plenty to eat. It's a shame the restaurant was closed while we stayed so can't say anything about it. Sally, the manager's dog was a delight too.

Absolutely luved it, our room was more than we expected spotless. Staff was really helpfull an friendly, chamber maid really luvly. Spa was great, and so relaxing. Breakfast there was enough for all needs and more, but I do like fresh fruit juices! Position of hotel is great, we would recommend this hotel very highly!

Outstanding value for money. We paid €79 between 2 people for 1 night. Which included aperitifs and other appetisers. We were basically full before we went to our evening meal which was great quality. The staff were very friendly. The room was a good size. Large TV and a large bathroom. Bed perfectly comfortable. Great mountainous view.

The hotel looks very nice from the outside and even inside proved to be a 4 star hotel. The restaurant is very good, especially for the first and the meat dishes. The rooms are nice, with good coverage of Wi-Fi. Only drawbacks are the heaters in the bathroom that you can adjust and are programmed to turn on at too low a temperature, and this is a disadvantage as it is difficult to dry the robes that are used in the spa. The spa is lovely, with a heated pool (not large), a steam room, a sauna, a heated Jacuzzi and a really pretty. There is also a relaxation area with herbal teas. The Centre of Bormio is a 5-minute walk away and the ski slopes are 15/20 minute walk.

4 stars for the services. 3 stars for the room that wasn't from 4. I found myself very well. Abundant breakfast and very friendly staff Recommended.
